These guys are the best out there! They care about their customers. Very reasonable and professional. All of the work done on my car was efficient and no follow ups were needed after repair. Great communication skills and phenomenal customer service from start to finish. If you ever need any repairs on your vehicle, this is the place to go!
I would highly recommend. Very fast and professional at an affordable rate. They helped me out in a time of need. Sorry, terrible with names but the guy driving the flatbed was superb and very good at what he does and personable. Said he had a boss, gentleman deserves a raise.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Braden’s . Was on my way to work when the engine in my car locked up and had no time to sit and wait on a tow so I called Braden’s and in no time at all they had a truck out to pick up my vehicle and I still made it to work on time ! Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a towing - wrecking company .
I hailed down one of their tow truck drivers this morning as my battery died. The driver came right down the road where I was and jumped it…only took a few seconds and it fired right up. I would have been late to my son’s athletic event if it wasn’t for their excellent service. Braden’s Auto rocks!

They are very knowledgeable, affordable, willing to go above and beyond to get the parts needed for Black Diamond , welcoming, and very accommodative with scheduling. I am definitely referring my friends and family because I know the job will get done. Now that’s service!

It's a challenge nowadays to find a trustworthy, honest, and fair pricing shop. Bradens Auto is just that. I've known Marcus and Steve for years and was happy to hear when Marcus opened up his own business. My ram needed a wheel bearing, and they got me in the next day and I got it back that same night. Checked out my truck and says might be able to fix the exhaust situation due to there connection being in the middle of moving will update when fixed. So far GREAT SERVICE AND they go out of there way to help well as of now just got a new client

What once was Adornis that was known for it's well mannered service, great prices, and well known and loved in Mogadore, has since changed names to Braden's. That's the only thing that's changed, they offer great service, priced and that small town feel that adoris had. I highly recommend using their service, they are honest and good!
The gentlemen who came to help tow my car was awesome. Great attitude, super helpful, and they showed up very quickly once they were given the call.
He let me know how far out he was and confirmed the location and he was even nice enough to help my gimpy self get off the truck when I had to help get the car onto the truck (clutch was out so kind of hard to work the controls and steer at the same time lol).
Anyways, I kept the card to leave a review because I feel he deserves it and usually I forget everything but I am finally remembering to do this!!! I would recommend to anyone.
The owner of Braden's Auto Marcus and his Brother Steve went to school and grew up with my Son. Kind of makes me proud that he has such a great business and is very fair and honest. I live in New Franklin do I take my car to Mogadore for them to work on. It's worth the extra drive. ?

Was able to get my car in for repair pretty quickly and fixed in less than an hour! Service was great and answered general questions I had. Even did a quick inspection on my car to make sure it was safe to drive and recommended things to pay attention to in the future. Prices were great and I will be coming back in the future.
Marcus responded to our tow request quickly, and he replaced our car’s brake lines. We highly recommend Braden’s for professional, friendly work at a fair price.
Bradens auto has definitely won my business, very polite and professional, and they honor their pricing, not only that but these guys worked extra time to get my truck done because I run a small garage door company and I had to have my truck done and Marcus met me to pick my truck up on a Sunday. if it wasn’t for these guys, I would have missed my deadline for a big job Monday morning, thank you so much guys, and I will be telling anybody I can about you guys. If you're looking to have your car looked at or fixed, this is the place. Really friendly and reliable staff. The owners are great people. I had a brake job done and 2 new tires put on. The service was excellent. I'll be back for any future service.
Braden’s auto has excellent service and the owner is friendly and helpful. I had an emergency situation come up with my car and they got it back to me same day at a great price for the service offered. I would recommend to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to call them for help again.
