Bank used this company to repo my car and instead of even trying to knock on the door for the keys they opted to destroy the yard, the previous night they "scoped the place out" and managed to get their truck stuck on a parking block used to mark the edge of the driveway. When asked about what were going to do for repairs, the company simply said, "you should've had ice down or had the driveway shoveled" sorry but you should've tried everything you could before putting a towel truck in someones yard, wether theyre late on their payments or not, its not even my house, its my parents, I just live here

Allen was a very professional driver, a very helpful person who came and rescued me and my car swiftly from the side of the road and got me to my destination safely and secure i appreciate triple j towing for there hard work

My son had an accident, so his insurance company had Triple J towing come out and tow him. My son had to wait for a determination if it would be covered from the insurance company. 2 weeks had passed before the determination. Turns out the insurance company wouldn't cover it because of a mechanical failure. My son called Triple J towing to have it towed back to Tiffin to have it worked on and they charged him 615.00 just for the tow and 45.00 a day for storage. This didn't include over 200.00 for tow back to Tiffin. I'm appalled at how much they overcharged him. Per Public Utilities Commision (PUCO), a vehicle under 10,000 pounds should be max 17.00 a day storage fee and 29.00 a day for over 10,000 pounds. You bet I'll be filing g a complaint with them and the BBB. It's truly disgusting how much this place gouges because they can and people have no other choice, but to pay. Avoid this place at all COSTS!!! Gross.

Very friendly, professional, and efficient service. I called at 3am from the middle of nowhere and the owner showed up and he had my vehicle on the flatbed and headed to the drop off location in about 30min. Most places would've let me sit for hrs at that time of night. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Had my truck inadvertently towed by this company, even though I had a tow truck on the way. My tow company arrived while they were hooking the vehicle up. They had my truck about an hour and a half and charged me over$250.... even after explaining the mix up and being in touch with them immediately when they were towing it. Then the worker/owner trash talked the other towing company. Not a good way to do business in my book.

Absolutely no complaints with this company, if I could give them 10 stars I would. I had a flat tire and Zack came out to assist me. Although the tire wasn't able to be changed through no fault of his, he still provided a good service, communication was excellent and I highly recommend triple j towing llc to any stranded motorists in need of assistance or recovery. If anyone from Triple J Towing is reading this, Thank you so much for your help and a throughly professional service.

After a lengthy delay for my tow in over 90° weather, when I got ahold of a different driver, Shannon, he was very apologetic and explained what went wrong. Shannon called me back as well while waiting to make sure I was alright and ensure the tow would be efficient.

Im over here at Mc Donald's in Gypsum. I happen to see triple J towing show up for a silver ranger. The trans action went smoothly.

Flat tire on I75 this morning called my roadside they sent triple j... Shannon came to the rescue. Was so fast and had me back on the road before I knew with. Super great employee communicated the entire time. Not from this area but felt totally looked out for.

We’re from out of town and had a breakdown. The man who came out today from Triple J (I wish I’d caught his name) was so kind and professional. A bright spot in a really frustrating situation and he assured me he would communicate accurately with the repair shop regarding the issues.

Set up a tow on 5/29 at 6:30pm for kia roadside assistance to have the car towed. Was told 90 minutes. 2 hours later called Tripple J number and guy was rude. Said 2 other calls came in after mine and wasnt really pleasant. Driver said at least another 50 minutes. No courtesy call to express anything or that he would be late. 90 minutes turning into 3 hours. The person's car being towed is disabled. I am a friend that came to sit and wait with him. I would have these people tow a bicycle after this experience. Negative stars! All it takes is good customer service and communication people, which was not given.

Would not allow me to get medicine from my car after they towed it to their lot. I spoke to a female and she said she doesn’t mess around with medications and I could go get it after I finished at the hospital. I called when I was done and a gentleman told me he could not release anything to me. I said it’s medication that is needed for tonight and he said I should have gotten out of the car before they towed it. I asked to speak to his boss and he said there’s no way I can talk to them. Worst towing service I have ever dealt with my far. Rude, unprofessional, and not helpful. Withheld my items from me and I never signed any papers or anything for them to even take my car.

I drove my F150 into a very deep ditch which caused issues when finding a tow service capable of handling the job. Triple J was very knowledgeable, fast, and up front with everything that would be involved and was up front with pricing too. Service and reliability 10/10 recommend.

Rude employees, over priced, lie about services that were never done and they charge anyways. Definitely going with madison next time! Thank you for screwing over my 19 year old daughter. Karma sucks!

I can’t remember the name of the driver who helped me out tonight, but I had a great experience. From putting in the roadside assistance on my insurance app, to loading, and unloading my car! The guy communicated everything, gave me an ETA, and let me know when he was on the way. He was personable and made my stressful evening a lot better! Definitely recommend this service company!

11/18/24 You ALWAYS provide professional, polite, knowledgeable and timely service. I dealt with Mr Kevin for last two service calls and he went over and beyond. I was driving heading North on Brush St where all 5 of my lugs popped off; consequently, tire came off. Mr Kevin came to my rescue and provided top notch service and he is extremely knowledgeable. Excellent! Driver Ben showed up five minutes after I called, and had my Jag on a flatbed ten minutes later. Came to a deal with Heather in their office in two minutes to keep going directly to North Coast Exotics in Cleveland for service. Fair prices, fast service and thoroughly enjoyable personalities. This was the second tow service my insurance provider had to contact. They were there as fast as they could be and the driver was really sweet. Excellent service. I especially since they were further way than the first one that didn't show.

Had to get my car towed on 4th of july . Kevin was my tow truck driver and he was there within 20 mins . Not a scratch on my car and he did great even though I had my car in a tricky position. Even gave me a ride with my car back home. Will always recommend them .

Great Service shows that this company trains their workers well and they love their jobs. I needed lockout service late evening on December 23rd. The 1st company my insurance dispatched (TommyBoy Towing) had yet to arrive 10 minutes after their ETA. I had to call them to find out that their driver had a flat tire and they wouldn’t be coming. Must have been a major issue for a tow company. :::eye roll::: The worst part was that they made me wait about an hour and didn’t communicate with me or my insurance company about the situation. I had to cancel the request myself which then made it more difficult to turn back around and ask for lockout service again. It took another half hour for my insurance company to identify a different company who could accept the service call. Triple J was nearly an hour away from me. They called me on arrival and arrived to the exact minute of my provided ETA. The guy who helped me was very kind and efficient. I was alone and without a coat on a cold, rainy night and it took me about 3 hours to finally gain access to my vehicle. Many, many tears were shed and I was very upset. Thank you so much to Triple J for taking my call and sending such a nice guy to help me. I’d give your company 100 stars if I could!!!

Jake the tow truck driver was very professional, communicated well, and helped make our terrible day a little better. Don’t hesitate to use these guys, seems like a really company.
