Terrible service, went in to check starter and was told no issues. Battery cable was so loose I pulled it off without any tools. And of course truck kept messing up, pulled on cable, broke in half. Do not come here.
My tire blew out on the highway and Chris came as soon as possible, provided very friendly service and made sure the shop he towed my car to had my tire in stock before leaving. Highly recommend this company!
This is not the trusted auto repair you would expect from a professional. What should have taken. A few days to fix ended up taking weeks! Then when I did get it back it was a jigger rig fix that broke down again a week later finally found a real professional that got the job done right. Wasted time and money is all they got me . If you have time and money you like and want to waste I would recommend Bud
They don't want new business. They just told me they didn't have time to work on my breaks. Could not even put me on the schedule. Don't have time for a mechanic that don't have time for me.
If you need a mechanic around New Paris, Ohio. Then look up Bud Rieds Garage. It's one of the oldest Buildings in all of New Paris. My family's work truck wouldn't start on lunch break a couple weeks ago. We called the garage and they came and towed it to New Paris and went thru the fuel and electrical components to see what it was. They knew within a day that the fuel filter was clogged and that even when clean, it wasn't producing the volume it needed. Hence, the fuel pump was bad! Thank you guys! You rock Chris. Well actually, I better make that plural "Chris's". Also, a shout out to their secretary, Terri!
