Could not recommend Hocking Hills towing and recovery enough!! They was there in a matter of minutes to hep my daughter in her first accident. Very reliable, professional, and affordable. The owner is exceptional to his customers.
Hocking Hills Towing & Recovery helped my 18 year old son get his truck out of a ditch on our icy steep driveway. They arrived when promised and took great care of my son's car. He had to use just about every cable, hook and pulley and a couple of trees, but he safely got the truck free and was very polite and supportive to my son. I can't say enough about how professional he was.
So thankful and grateful for their service! Within in a matter of 15 minutes of me calling they were already on location to help my daughter. My daughter said they were the sweetest and definitely saints.
We received a great service from them. They were able to arrive very quickly and provided us with an extra transport alternative out of their own kindness when other members in our group were stranded. Really appreciate it!
We ended up with a flat tire immediately as we left our cabin headed back home. We were stressed but this company quickly turned our situation around. We got stuck in the mud. They came in 45 minutes (exactly what they told us). He was very trustworthy and got the car out super quick and at a reasonable price.

We were traveling home from vacation when our truck broke down. They were quick to the rescue, took us to a nice, safe location to lodge, told us places to eat around our hotel, and fixed our truck on their next working day. They picked us back up from the hotel to take us to our truck. Their prices were very fair. Very friendly staff.
The only place in town I trust to touch my vehicles. I'm a do it your self person but when I don't have time they are my go to. They don't make to many auto shops like this anymore.

Excellent Service! I asked about my exhaust and on the spot they were able to look at my vehicle, repair what was wrong with it, and in less than an hours time I had my car back. Definitely recommend!
They replaced my alternator. He came and towed me 2xs. Very friendly, on time, and knowledgeable. He directed me to what was good and bad being i was from out of state. Prices were pretty reasonable. Ever in a pickle this guy is your guy.

These guys are my heroes. My office is on the west side of Columbus. My wife is in sales and calls me at 3:30 PM
from Logan to tell me her tail pipe on the Accura has come loose and is dragging. I figure my only option is to have the car towed or see if I can wire it up to get her home. As an afterthought, I suggested she ask her customers in Logan to see if they knew of anyone who might be able to help. One of them suggested Andys. I jumped in the truck to pick her up, thinking that, at best, they might be able to get to it the next day. Before I get to Lancaster, my wife calls to tell me Andys roadside assistance people are there and have determined they can fix it in no time. They jury rigged things to get her back to their shop and had it repaired in less an hour at a price that was far less than I expected. Based on our experience, these guys are a class act who do great work and won't take advantage of you.
Scheduled appt for the next day service. Dropped off vehicle. Within 10 minutes (after I left the shop), I got a call about the problem and the costs to fix. They said they would have it fixed within 20 mins. 15 mins later I got a call ot was fixed and ready to go. Got vehicle and it was solved. Couldn't be any better. And was not expensive at all.
Brought truck in 3 times for dual exaughst suppose to be from cat back no muffler and come out behind tires they put a muffler on it and pipes out back and charged more than quoted 3 visits to get it done right
Thank you Andy's for the customer service and the work you did on my husbands car. I called and told them what I needed to have done and added repairs to the work they had scheduled to repair. They got the car done AMAZINGLY fast even with adding additional repairs and were not angry with the addional work I added at the last minute. And I was impressed with the price to do the repairs, I do believe that I have a new mechanic shop from now on.
These guys are great. They always have the best price and theyre very friendly.
*UPDATE*
I just had to pay another mechanic to fix issues that were supposed to have been fixed by Andys 5 months ago. They were pd to replace valve cover gasket and plugs, but when i finally took it to my old mechanic he showed me that these parts were cracked and leaking. No way they were replaced 5 months ago. Im very upset and I will not be going back
