Was broke down in Mack cl700. Hose blew called Napa they were willing to help. Delivered my parts to broke down location.Great experience thank you guys.

Not a very friendly place. One guy is always at a terminal, never looks at you and never ever greets you. The other guy looked but did not say a thing until I checked out. Most items are not priced as they hang so you might be in for a surprise when you check out.

Took my flywheel into have it turn, was told it would be 3 dollars an inch, so it would have been 18 dollars before tax, I get there and am being charged 100 dollars for labor that I was not aware of. Was told that someone was called and okayed the price.( even though I was never contacted I still had to pay for it) ridiculous since a brand new fly wheel is way less than 100. Would rate less if possible. Highly recommend not going there, unless you want to be cheated out of your money
