Friendly people and good experience most of the time. Took some cleaned #1 ground wire in and they paid me #2 prices at window. Lady said I'd need to take up with guys that weighed it with any issues. They said since the wire was starting to turn green, it's now #2. It had no real oxidation, dirt, or insulation. I'm not one to stand there and argue, but keep that in mind to check when they're weighing.
This junk yard is a joke we live from Zanesville but was on a job in mcconnelsville so this was the closet junk yard my wife put it in her name we took a total of 3 loads to this junk yard one the 3rd one the lady said scale was broke to back up and we did next thing we new the junk yard called the law they tried to hem us up but wife had verification on her phone were the mower came then junk yard also lied and said we was in there 2 weeks ago so if you take a riding lawn mower to this scrap yard make sure you have verification cause they will say it is stolen they lie after about a hour and verify all of our scrap metal we was released we went back on scale to drop metal off that was verify bye the law it wasn't stolen and the lady was rude said what's going on we said cops said we was good her dra2 dropped and they refused to give my wife her id we are going in morning to get a lawsuit and press charges on t junk yard for falsey accusing us
Sold them 2 minivans. Gave me a check for the first one, and told me not to cash it for an hour. I took the check home to WV, and deposited it in my bank account. Delivered the second minivan the next day, and they paid me cash, (less than the first one, weight was almost the same). Couple days later, my bank sent me an insufficient funds notice for the check from GSR, and debits an additional $25 from my account for doing so. Banks do not release the original NSF check, yet GSR refused to accept the photocopy, After several phone calls, they agreed to refund the check amount, but refuse to pay the $25 NSF fee charged by my bank.
