Dakota was the amazing driver who helped me this morning getting out of a snowbank. It was my very first time getting a tow and as a very very scared 16 year old he walked me through exactly what I needed to do to help and was the absolute best. Got me going where I needed to go in like 5 minutes and made sure I was safe driving the rest of the way down my snow-covered gravel roads. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!

A deer hit my trailer driving up 77, causing the bend and pop my tire. Cory r. Called and said he was enroute, he made it in under 30 minutes. He was able to bend the fender back, change my trailer tire, and get me back on the road ASAP. Cory, great job man. Thank you

On August 1st, my car was towed after the battery died and the codes needed to be reset. Unfortunately, Twin Peaks Recovery & Roadside Services towed it improperly (according to Mercedes, they didn't use either tow hitch installed in the car) which caused significant damage to the rack and pinion—over $5,000 worth. I have video evidence, as well as photos from Mercedes and two certified mechanics (different auto shops) confirming that the damage resulted from the tow. Initially, I even gave the driver a good review because he was polite. AAA contacted Twin Peaks Towing with all the documentation and photos I provided, but the company denied responsibility. I personally called them twice and spoke with the secretary both times, explaining that I wasn’t trying to get the driver in trouble, I complimented what I liked about him, — I simply wanted them to take responsibility for the damage caused. I never received a return call. I’ve since contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB). While Twin Peaks isn’t an accredited member, the BBB does investigate complaints. The company currently holds a C+ rating and has a history of not responding to previous complaints or BBB outreach. Given their lack of response to both me and the BBB, it doesn’t look promising that they’ll address this voluntarily. I've given them over 2 months, which is fair enough to contact me about this. My insurance paid the claim and they will take their next steps. FYI ... If you need a tow and choose them, just know if they do damage to your car, they may treat you like they are me and the BBB, by not returning messages or fix their mistakes.

Twin Peaks to my rescue again!! This was the second time I have had to call them. Not only an excellent response time, but these guys are thorough, safe and respectful. Last time Cory rescued me. Today it was Billy, and he towed my ’65 pickup with no issues at all. I have absolutely no complaints and I will continue to call them every time. Don’t hesitate to give them a try!!
