Stan’s the man! love this place, I don’t get out to the yard much anymore but every time I’ve been there it’s a good time. I always leave with more than what I went for. Great selection and fair prices. It’s always worth the adventure.

I just sold my car to this company. The whole process was simple and straightforward, and everyone I dealt with was very polite. I would definitely recommend them if you have an old car you no longer need or just need to scrap your car.

Extremely rude unprofessional workers there and not customer friendly at all..!!!! I mean it’s because of customers why you’re even in business..!!! If you don’t like take care of customers then don’t be in the business.. period…!! So I called to see if they had a control module for my daughters car because new part is on back order I provided them part number and lady on phone stated they had 3 vehicles that had this module and I am welcome to stop out this was only information provided on phone.. So then me and my 17yr old daughter drove all way to this facility ( granted I have never been there before) when I arrive there is so many signage and different buildings that extremely confusing.. I went to one building that had 2 lady’s inside with this extremely small window but door and I sat there observing them talking and never was asked if they could help or assist me…. Until I had to literally knock on door they finally came to window and was extremely rude and acted like I was 3yr old very disrespectful ( I am grown adult).. They stated I needed to sign in and provide drivers license like oh it’s privilege to go to there facility.. ( If they don’t want people on facility the pull your parts that easy..) explained what I needed provided part number and her response was we have 3 vehicles out back like we’re at ..?!?? Are they truly out back or 5 mile hike or what and stated she don’t know if the 3 cars has that part but on the phone earlier a different lady told me they had it.. There was so much chicken sketch signage like treating people like 3yr olds but if women over phone should explained this prior to me even coming out to there facility that I needed sign in and provide DL number and no one under 18 permitted.. I could been prepared but no wait till I drive all way too your facility then treat me and my 17yr old Daughter as a witness like some pre school.. Soooooo unprofessional and disrespectful at that point me my Daughter said forget this place and then went too Hopwell yard and they not only treated us like adults with respect but actually drove us out too each vehicles that has part and allowed us too look and pulled.. Worse customer service ever from this junk it place and huge waste of time.. Go to the other yards much better and I have my daughter as witness to verify this…. Huge WASTE of time…!!!

Great from start to finish, I had dealt with a company before them and I must say, dealing with this company was less the headache and worth the time. They offered way more for my 2002 Nissan Altima. Ran into a few issues but they were very patient and willing to work with both myself and my granddaughter. My granddaughter handled everything, they answered any questions she and I had, the representative was very friendly. Even though we didn’t sign the title on the back we thought we would have to wait the next day but we didn’t. My grand daughter received a phone call from them at 12:30 today saying they could pick up the car. Seeing that we had to get the car off the lot at our apartment complex in a short time this helped us a lot. Everyone the Driver, the Representative, everyone’s personality and customer service was impeccable! Definitely will use them again when needed and highly recommend.

An easy 5* for them, today was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised by how well organized it is, easy to find what you're looking for and very fair prices. Much better than the self-pull yards in Columbus

Liked it up until they started pulling the parts for you. Not many yards that let you pull parts anymore. Sad. Takes all the fun out of junkyards.

Customer appreciation day 3/19/22 saved my wallet big time. All the other junk yards around better step up their game. Best prices around. Easy grounds to navigate, organized. Muddy but smooth/flat terrain compared to anywhere close by. They got my future business for sure. Highly recommended.

They told me one price over the phone, when we got there they charged double.they tried to charge a another price for a piece that was part of the piece I needed.didn't tell us where to locate the vehicle to take the part from.had to walk around hunting for the vehicle that had the part on it.I WONT be returning.

Horrible experience!... You have to pull your own part... They told me they had a tail light I needed and I went there and walked around for 2 hours in ankle high mud in the freezing cold trying to find the vehicle because they don't tell you where it is and when I finally found the vehicles all the tail lights were gone... Did not get the part I needed after all of that... I highly recommend millers auto wrecking great place good service and they gave me the part for the same price ?

The staff is very nice, very helpful. Any and all my questions was answered. They have almost any and all vehicle types. The prices are amazing. Also even though all items are sold as is, if there is an issue they will help to resolve it as in an exchange. I mean, you can't beat that for parts that are sold as is. This will most definitely be a go to spot for me from now on. Just make sure you where comfy boots and be prepared to do a little walking. Make sure you have all the tools you will need and try to take something that you can wheel the parts to the checkout so you do not have to carry parts, tools, etc., and even maybe bring a helper as that makes it so much easier. I will most definitely be returning for more items for my cars...

Had a fantasic day there found parts wee needed people helped us if needed and moved cars out of the way if we needed to gwt to other parts just had a blast hooe to come back soon to find more parts woupd love to work around there if I was able too lol

Very amazing experience from the start. Called to get information and the rep was very friendly, polite. Helped with all my questions, gave me the highest payment for my vehicle (out of 3 companies I called) Driver came the same day. Very quick and easy process. Highly recommend their services. Will use them again if needed.

This is by far the best junkyard in muskingum county. New is better. Very friendly , helpful employees and owner. I will never go to any other.
