All Pro Towing provided a very positive experience. The service was extremely professional, the people are very friendly, the pricing is upfront and very reasonable. All Pro Towing is highly recommended because it is a business that puts integrity and service into action.
It is nice to work with genuinely nice people. My experience with All Pro has been nothing but pleasant. They are in my phone contacts if I would need towing or assistance in the future.
I work with Tow Companies across the states, and this has been one of the very few that got the job done in a timely manner and kept me posted 24/7! I 100% recommend them and will be coming back for any work in this area!

Fantastic service! Super fast response on a Friday afternoon, it took only 47 minutes from the time I called in to the time they dropped off the car in my driveway. The Driver (John) was the most professional Tow Truck driver I've ever dealt with in my 41 years of driving. He was polite, courteous, and very friendly. He was professionally dressed in a clean (tucked in) uniform driving a spotless clean new Tow Truck. He was gracious and so polite to my 91 year old mother and even complimented her beautiful flower garden she's so proud of. I highly recommend AllPro towing and ask for John.
Probably the most unprofessional and irresponsible company I've witnessed. While they do get the job done and I appreciate the work done. Ive witnessed drivers running their lights and speeding through traffic, cutting off other drivers and practically touching their rear bumper so they get out of the way. I will not be using this companies services again. Unsafe.

Great prices, great & fast service. What should have been frustrating or cost extra $ (by some Co's) -didn't. He waited 30 min for our ride to show up (we live 90 miles away) in a huge delivery cargo van & only charged $300 (way cheaper than others). They literally saved us from catastrophic financial stress too. Had 3 angels that day -tow truck driver, guardian angel, & police officer that called his dad (in Cali) just to get the name of THIS SERVICE! Thank God for em! Truly grateful. A scary situation turned into a feeling of being cared for and about (not very typical in this situation).
Best tow experience I've ever had. Cheapest you'll find too! Had to go almost 100 miles, in a large Cargo van so had to use flatbed & only charge $315 other co's wanted much more. They were SO GOOD I'm trying to find as many places to review them! They guy even sat with us for minutes until our ride showed up & didn't charge us extra. Time is $$ in that world. Just an outstanding guy!!
The guy who helped me was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. They were quick to arrive, efficient and took great care of my truck. I would recommend them 100%.
I would leave zero stars if I could. I've been sitting here for over 2 1/2 hours in my car as I write this. I was continually lied to saying the driver is enroute. Just got off the phone with this company, and the guy that answered the phone says "Oh Jesus Christ, just call someone else!" And hangs up on me. If you can't tow cars don't keep lying to people saying you’re going to be there in 15 minutes for over 2 1/2 hours! I work for MetLife and whom I used the roadside service through, and I'm going to work on having this company pulled from our roadside service list as well as other insurance companies I write for.

All-Pro was pretty quick to get to us. The guy that helped us was knowledgeable about what happened to my car, knew how to fix it. He made sure that my car was in a safe location when he dropped us off with my car.
All Pro was amazing and arrived very quick. They were flexible with my tow and reassured me everything was handled appropriately. If you want someone that will treat you with respect and kindness, I highly recommend this towing company!!
If I could give a zero....I would. Called to set up a tow for my car and was told 90 minutes. Fine. 2 hours later I called to check on arrival time, and was told the driver assigned to me had to go home for the day...oops- sorry. We can still get to you but it will be several hours. I am 60 miles from home- sitting in a parking lot on a 90 degree day. A phone call to let me know that they would not be able to handle my business that day would have been all that was needed. Simple customer service- courtesy. Apparently not a thing here. Thanks All pro for making a bad day- even worse.
Stopped by their shop to request a tow to a local service center. Went home and Jon (the driver) arrived about 25 minutes later. Somewhat complex situation since the car was in a garage and not easily accessible for a flatbed.
Jon was able to improvise and got the vehicle loaded with ease and no issues. The vehicle is a rare 53 year old classic. I do appreciate his work and knowledge.
I accidently locked keys in the car in Waynesville, Ohio. State Farm Roadside Assistance set them. Friendly guy quickly opened my vehicle and I was on the road in no time. Highly recommend them!
I will give negative rating if there was one. I had the worst experience. They did not show up to tow my car after waiting for 3 hours and calling them twice to make sure they are coming. I was told the driver is headed to me but no one showed up and I was left stranded. I left to my home leaving my car where it was. They did not even call back to apologize, no humanism at all. I don’t know how they can sleep peacefully.
Please don’t call this company. You will be terribly disappointed.
They were super friendly and came in a timely manner to help solve my car issue. They are super helpful, kind, nice, knowledgeable, humble and can not emphasize more on how friendly they are. If you need any help with your car or jump start or getting your car tow, they should be your first choose ! They’re honest too! (Their towing truck seems to be really new too)
I was very impressed with their services. They were able to get a truck out to my car with a quoted time of 20 minutes, but I didn’t even wait 10 before the truck arrived. The person answering the phone and the driver were both friendly and professional. In the unfortunate event you find yourself needing a tow truck give them a call!
Two days before Christmas, the ball joint in my Mazda gave way. This then caused my wheel arm to pop off. My one front wheel looked straight and the other wheel looked off and under my car. I called All-Pro, as I was stranded in the intersection of McDonald's and Meijers on Wilmington Pk. Within 15 minutes, Jim Spade, my hero showed up. He had my car on his truck; gracefully done with only 3 wheels and the 4th stuck under the car itself. It was impressive to see Mr. Spade, a master of his profession, at work! He delivered both my broken car and myself safely home. Thank you for being my hero that day!

I was in the unfortunate position of helping my son get his car out of impound after an accident. Thank goodness my son was not injured however I had recent events going on in my life that made this task seem impossible. Mike Pennington from All Pro was the driver dispatched to the impound lot. He had to wait (and get permission from his boss to wait) while I dealt with the impound lot. Mike was kind and patient despite having many other calls that he needed to deal with. He had no way of knowing how his patience with us meant the world but in these dark days, he was a kind and smiling face. Thank you All Pro and Mike.
Called them without checking any referrals just a google search for the closest tow service. I got lucky and found a group of guys that went far and above what was expected. Very courteous, professional and their rates are reasonable. They spent a great deal of time securing my vehicle properly.
Was referred to All-Pro to help me move my toolboxes. Driver showed up quickly and on time. He was courteous and professional, and I was very happy with the level of precaution he took in securing the toolboxes on the truck. I would recommend them to anyone.
I locked my keys in my car, called All-Pro. Was told they would be there in 5 - 10 minutes. Within 15 minutes we were on the road. I would call them again if I needed their help.
The rep (named Kevin) had a bad attitude from the second I got him on the phone. approximately 9:45 AM we contacted our roadside assistance about our lug nut being stripped (we were able to break loose all but the last lug which was stripped), the rep (in India) said they would send a "technician" to see if he could remove the tire, but ensure that he had a tow truck to tow it if he could not removed the stripped lug nut; they said the technician would arrive in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later we called and they said another 30 minutes. We waited an hour and at that point a police officer had arrived and of course wanted us off the road since we were blocking traffic but we could not pull over because of a high snow bank. He was very nice and said he would just wait behind us with his lights on for our safety.
30 minutes later we call again and get the number for All-Pro who was supposed to arrive 2 hours ago. Needless to say he told me someone would be there in 30 minutes and he claims the insurance company had just contacted him an hour ago; while i was talking to him the officer came up to get an update, while i was talking to the officer Kevin hung up on me.
At that point We were very frustrated and the officer wanted us off the road we had been blocking for 5 hours, he said he could call a tow and it be there in 5 minutes so we went ahead and did that...true to his word Sandy's towing was there in 5 minutes, it cost us $90 but we got to Pep boys (who only charged us $5 to remove the stripped lug and put on the spare.
DO NOT USE ALL-PRO TOWING not only did they keep telling me 30 minutes all day they were very rude and unprofessional.
