They have had my wheel over a month and now aren't responding. I was originally quoted $340, when they received my wheel it was going to cost $420 and then my card was run for $500. I paid over a month ago and still don't have my wheel back and have no idea when of if I'll get my wheel.
They had my motorcycle wheel for 6 weeks. Very poor communication, after giving a day I could pick it up they called 3 hours before and said it now had an air leak. It never leaked air before. I wish I would have just bought a new wheel and not dealt with the business.
They fixed huge dent in rear rim of my Honda vtx 1800 just wow magnificent work I recommend to any fellow bikers A+++ work do think twice coming here for hey treat you like family people me tell you something if you don’t come here and our missing out big time my rim looks new and flawless
Brian is the man . He answered my questions and more and the reason behind many things that are done .Never new there was so much that goes into fixing a cracked wheel the right way .
years ago I sent my front wheel for my BMW motorcycle in to be straightened... They did a decent job of that, but painted my wheel the wrong color...
Now 2 years later my wheel bearing went out, that they installed and I discovered they lost my BMW wheel spacer parts and apparently fabricated something they thought would work, which is what probably lead to the wheel bearing failure. I am including a picture of the part that was in my wheel and the parts from the BMW microfiche... All I can say is, I would no longer trust them to do any repair for me again after finding this out. As you can see from the photo, the spacer I removed looks nothing like the 2 piece spacers required. part #2 and #8
Took car in to dealer to have front tires balanced. I was told wheels are bent and need fixed or replaced. Wheel Warehouse recommended by a friend. They straightened , removed corrosion , curb rash , and refinished all four wheels and a lot more, to like new finish. They did an outstanding job. Absolutely no more vibration and they look great.
I contacted Rick at Wheel Warehouse for a specific set of wheels for our Range Rover. He gave me such quick and expert information that I bought tires too. They came quickly and were perfect. These guys are now my go-to wheel and tire dealer.
This place might do good work but the thing that gets me is that I told them I need the rims done by Wednesday morning because I have a Rental car I have to take back. I called them at 9am and ask them are my rims done and are the tires on the rims yet they told me they will call me back at 11am I said okay. Now it's about 1pm and no call not I have to spend $40 on the rental car for an extra day. Not to happy I don't thank I will come back do to The turnaround time they tell you and customer service. And they charge me $1100 to powder coat 4 rims black. This is a rip off. And they were damaged when I pick them up. Never again will I come back to this place beware.
Wow! Damaged 2 wheels beyond [what I thought was] and Wheel Warehouse repaired my wheels and made them look BRAND NEW!!!!! Highly recommend. Thank you!
They promised 9 business days on my two bent wheels off my BMW R1200RT, ended up taking almost twice that. Prices as stated on the site are a "starting point" My total bill- including mounting new tires (which I supplied) was close to $750.
The wheels look phenomenal- and ride fine.
Much cheaper than replacement wheels.
Communications were OK- not fantastic. But, in the end- I'm happy that I had someone local do my wheels.
People are amazing whiners. I will guarantee you that this good review here on Google was not from the company but from a repeat customer. These guys are great. Period.
