Dwayne's experience in auto repair and his sincere concern for his clients is unmatched. My 2013 Tundra had significant damage from the front to the rear fender from hitting a mailbox: A neighbor referred me to Dwayne, and Dwayne did a beautiful job on it for a very reasonable price! :)
I had a few cars repaired there; they were always subpar work that took way too long, and the owner is a real nut job, save yourself the frustration, and go somewhere else
My new car returned to pre loss condition after hitting a deer.

Duane did a wonderful job repairing my car after an accident. The driver's side fender & door was struck at an intersection. There was also suspension damage that also needed to be repaired. I'm happy to have my car back and I would recommend Valley Auto Works for anyone looking at body shops for repairs.
These guys are really good at dealing with automotive engines. I went to their shop to have something looked at, and they were very respectful and told me that I could fix the problem myself...Thank to the guys at this shop. They are really good at what they do.
Had all of the dings and dents and scratches taken out of our car. Couldn't be happier with the end result. Car literally looks brand new! Also had good communication from the owner. Would definitely go back to have more work done. Hopefully won't need to :-)
All I can say is Wow ! My car was heavily damaged and I have had it back for a little bit now... It drives perfect, and looks Outstanding !

Anyway, I had my vehicle repaired here and am thrilled with the results !
The color match is spot on , all panels fit perfectly, even my interior and door jambs are cleaner than when I dropped the vehicle off !

I don't know what was worse the worse customer service I received, or the fact he charged me money for service he didn't even do. I had to go to another auto service the same day because of the same issue.
