I've been going here for years. The owner is a honest man and they do great.

During Janurary of 2024, I was traveling from Michigan to South Carolina. It was snowing, and my vehicle started bucking and acting up and eventually shut off. I called precision and they came out to me on the highway,(in about 20 minutes) towed my vehicle back to the shop, fixed the issue and had me back on the road in about 2-3 hours as well as wished me a safe rest of my trip. They were booked out till the following Friday (it was a Wednesday morning) and still squeezed me in. Very amazing, fast and friendly service. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend this place! We were traveling from Michigan to the Carolinas and our transmission started acting up. We made it to a gas station and called Precision Auto Repair and Towing. (We had 5 kids with us). They sent the tow truck and a van to pick us all up. They did the repair in less than an hour and we were back on the road. They were extremely reasonable as well. We were so grateful!!

Precision Auto took care of my car in the same way they took care of me; with honesty, transparency and respect. They were also especially accommodating with my unique situation. Lori, whom I spoke to made sure to give me a call in advance when a scheduling issue came up. Not a less-than-hour notice like Tire Choice had given. My opinion: go with Precision Auto for your car repair needs. They are honestly priced and will treat you and your care with respect. After my repairs it was like driving a completely different car. I will be bringing my car here from now on.

Driver was very kind on the phone and gave much more reasonable rate than all of the other companies I called. My wife was waiting on the tow and also said the man was very friendly and made the process much less stressful for her.

I don’t think I’ll be going there again I went there to get my A/C fixed first time was $200 then it wasn’t fixed took it back again and then it was $700 dollars and still wasn’t fixed so now I still have no A/C and I’m out $900 Update: So after leaving this review they did call back and offer to fix it for free so they did make it right the only reason I’m not going up to a 3 star is I still had to bring it back 3 more times for them to get it right they did happen to put the splash guard back on upside down but easy fix

We were on route from Columbus to Michigan and had a minor problem develop but one that was best to have it taken care of rather than wait. We happened to be close to Marion and found Precision from a Google search. We called and they said to bring it in, we did and they immediately did a 5-minute fix and without charge! If we were locals, they would be our top choice for auto service and repairs! We really appreciated their friendly help!

They were very affordable compared to the other 2 I called here in town. 5 mile tow was $75. The other 2, one was $116 & $179.

Can’t say enough about this repair shop! Helpful and understanding throughout a unique situation, as they took very good care of our car!! Thank you, Precision!!

I have known Keith and Adam for approximately 25 years. Hands down… 2 of the best top notch mechanics around. Honest, thorough, local, efficient, confidence in quality repair, and value, are just a few things that come to mind about this shop.

My car just stopped working while I was driving home on 23. Eventually I got my car to Precision and they were amazing! So kind and helpful and made the repairs needed for thousands less than other places had quoted me. They provide excellent service and I have gone to them for repairs and oil changes ever since. I have never had a bad experience.

Everyone there experienced, has knowledge, and super accommodating. Jody is an amazing organizer, Adamn is A damn good mechanic. Hats off to Keith for running a great business.

Keith and his team saved me and my family during a blizzard and -5 temperatures. We got stuck in a snow mound, causing snow to build up in the engine and leaving the car dead. Keith came back for us and even called in more support to finish the job. They were beyond friendly and went out of their way to give the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I can’t thank Keith enough for his hard work and kind gesture.

Excellent experience with Precision! I needed to simply switch my plates out on my car and the job required additional attention from rusty screws. Isaac was able to address the issue quickly and was also professional and prompt! Thank you for getting me in Jody!

I go here for all the things my usual mechanic doesn’t have the equipment for!!! I have always had go service and the prices are fair. I have also used them to tow my cars after accidents and break downs! Very quick and they make things easy for the customer.

I broke down on the side of the highway had my vehicle towed in and asked them to look at it. Told them I lost oil they were told not sure if the motor was damaged or not needed checked out and where I lost oil. When I called in they said they didn't think it was fixable that they tried starting it twice and the engine made noise. I asked if they added oil before they tried starting it. They told me no they didn't as oil and started it twice and the engine made a racket. I asked who in their right mind tries to start a vehicle that lost oil with out adding oil. Their technician told me that it would not do any damage to the engine starting it without oil. Who are they trying to snowball.

I needed a new set of tires, so I scheduled an appointment with Precision Auto and I am VERY PLEASED with the price and professionalism I received. I had gotten estimates from several places around Marion before hand and was shocked at the prices of tires and all of the little extra things they wanted to sell me. I talked to a friend and he suggested Precision Auto . I actually did not know that precision sold tires or I would have gone there first. Anyway if someone ever needs tires or auto repair , I highly recommend Keith and his staff of trained techs.

They originally were going to town my vehicle some where but turns out my insurance company was having it towed to a business that did not exist and gave me the wrong address over an hour away from the actual business. They fixed my water pump, put on a new belt and topped off the radiator. Highly recommend as they did it rather fast around Christmas. Thanks everyone!

Iv been taking my cars to precision since it was over off barnhart street. Iv always been treated very well. This is the only place I will take my car for repairs. Even in a pinch with a battery issue at the end of the day they quickly put in a new battery and I was on my way.

Precision is the ONLY place my family has gone for at least 10 years. My mom, myself, and both my sisters. They are HONEST, FAIR and will tell you if they cant' fix something or if you can get it done better somewhere else. Keith and Jodi and Adam and the whole crew are GOOD people and actually care about keeping you safe and on the road.

I won't take my vehicles any where else. Keith and Jody are both awesome, and they make sure to get what needs to be done - done. The prices are by far the best. I trust Keith, and therefore trust his judgement in who he employs. Just an awesome place to do business. Make sure to call ahead if possible, because they're always busy (which should speak for itself in they're reputation).

Would not recommend I wouldn't even give it one star, I took my Saturn Vue in for a shaking problem when I give it gas. They told me it was my timing belt and a almost $2000 to fix, they said " it's a common thing we're seeing in Saturn's right now". Thankfully I have car insurance and only had to pay $800 out of pocket for it they also changed my spark plugs and wires. They have my car for almost 2 months, given my car insurance did take some time to come through, but out of those two months they only called me once to tell me the cost of the timing belt/problem of car any other time I had to call to find out the update on my car. Once I did finally pick up my car, soon as I got on the highway it immediately began to do the same shaking feeling I brought it in to the shop to begin with. I brought it back to the shop with and drove it with the mechanic, to Witch he looks at me and says " oh your transmission fluid just needs change easy $40 fix" to which I'm just dumbfounded did my timing belt even need changed? They flushed my transmission and change the fluid and it quit doing the shaking feeling, but at this point I'm livid and then I asked him if my time belt even need to be change. They told me when they drove my car in the beginning they could hardly drive it or get it to run which is a total lie. The only problem with my car was the shaking when given gas. I don't understand how if it was hardly drivable how I got the car from Ashley Ohio to Marion which is a 45-minute drive. When they first diagnose my car I went back to Marion brought it home with no problem had to save up the $2,000 and drove it back to their shop with no problem, but it was hardly drivable from them. Finally when I did get it back my check engine light was on two other lights were on the dash, the code for my check engine is telling me my first cylinder is misfiring which is your spark plugs and wires which they changed, and now my car when stopped at lights or stop signs has a terrible shakes/ shutters when idling which didn't do before I got it back from the shop. I'm very disappointed I wouldn't recommend or if you do take you car to precision auto get a second opinion before you commit to them because I lost out on $800 and a shity car that's still not fixed right.

This auto shop has done quality work for me and my family and has very competitive prices. Highly recommend! Be sure to call in for an appointment; they are usually booked out for about a week in advance.

Fell in love with this place at the first visit! The prices are great! The team is very quick and reliable! And they are HONEST!! I just can't stress that enough. They are awesome! I won't take my car anywhere else!

This is the only place I will take my car. They are honest and try their best to keep repairs at a reasonable price. Absolutely love them and STRONGLY recommend that anyone needing repairs give Precision a call.
