Chris was the biggest help after dealing with a car fiasco post vacation! Everyone knows how terrible that is, but he was quick to get to me and load my car up without any trouble. Glad I called Ed’s towing!
I highly recommend Ed's 24 hour service!!! I spoke with Jeff and Ralph was the tow truck driver and BOTH were awesome!!!! On MY END I had some hiccups but they understood and were amazing with me!!!! They never got upset or anything!!! They were totally calm and professional's!!!! I would definitely use them in the future!!!! Thank you again for doing an amazing job!!!! If I were your boss I'd give you both a raise!!!!
Great & speedy service, Robyn scheduled and coordinated the service within 30 minutes. Ralph was able to get us back on the road in no time, very professional.
I was involved in an accident and this company damaged My Corvette beyond what occurred in the wreck. Inexperienced and/or not concerned about proper towing procedures is going to rack Me up another thousand dollars in repairs. If You need a tow, just know that this company is going to make a bad situation even worse.

They tried to charge us $180 to come pick our items up out of our car after an accident. Then when we got there there was a ton of mud and standing water that we had to wade through but they didn't bother to warn us to wear flood boots. The guy stood and stared at us the entire time like we were going to steal the lot of trashed cars while walking through the swamp.
Stay away!!! They gonna rip you off. Had service call, the hose needed to be replaced. 20-30 min job.... They charged us $975.Very greedy people! Stay away!
It's an impound lot. What are you supposed to say about it They got your car in there You got to pay out the butt to get it out. The guys are helpful about insurance and what we need to do. I didn't go there for a tow so I don't know how that is They got a piggyback that makes it nice. Price I don't like but was told around $169 for a tow. $100 just for initially calling them to pick your car up. Rest is mileage.I'm like whoa. Don't quote me on it I'm not 100% sure. I know it's over $100 that's ridiculous.
If you want to get robbed, that’s the right service to hire. Guy came to change fuel filter, couldn’t take it off, broke the hole filter base and said that nearest dealer has it 150 miles away. So nothing has been done but charge was 780$ . Very profitable business model . Stay away
Derek was great! No one wants to be in a situation where they need a tow, but I was glad it was him who was there to help. Would give more stars if I could!
Wish i could give no stars. These people are a rip off. Quoted 30 minutes $250 and it took over an hour and hidden costs totaling over $500. Do not trust what dispatch tells you they leave out all the extra charges drive time etc. Never again!
I was stranded on the interstate coming from MI and they got to me in less than 30mins, even gave me a ride to my hotel while they did repairs. Even worked on their day off to get me back home! Ontop of that, they picked me up from the hotel and brought me to the shop
Good work got the job done professionally and respectfully but got me for an extra hour as they charged me from the time I called vs the time they dispatched and sent the wrong truck vs what I requested it all worked out but could have caused damage to my truck if I would of known they were not sending the truck I requested I would have called someone else and saved 2 hours vs the 4 they charged me and risked less damage to my truck ... no harm no foul but would of been nice to know the truck we discussed wasnt the truck they sent prices are fair for the work involved but I didnt want my truck hauled that way due to the situation .... but thanks for helping reguardless
My van has broken down more than the Lord allows. I hated my insurance company at the time because I hate waiting in the car for 2 or 3 hours at a time. (I’m also disabled in a wheelchair). I checked the towing company closest to me and it was Ed’s. I relayed this to my insurance company and they came in less than 20 minutes! Outstanding! So I knew they were contracted and I used them each time. So much they knew me my name. Once in a while I may have to wait 30 minutes or so but never hours at a time. The staff is fantastic and they treat my vehicle with care.
My daughter was left stranded on side of hwy 75 at night in first snow storm of the year. AAA let her down. Left her sitting for 4 hrs in storm. Her tow truck took one of the other cars slid off and left her once again stranded then stated couldn't get her anyone. This tow driver saw her checked on her helped her to get SEA correct on their position and got her on her way SAFELY. Thank you Brendan you are our knight in shining armor.

Had a lockout was told driver would be to my location in 45 minutes and the bill would be 80 some bucks and 2 1/2 hours later driver shows up and the bill is 133. Over charge. Said it was out of town. How you going to charge 50 extra dollars for out of town when I was 20 minutes out of town and taking way longer then I was told. Not happy at all.
Locked my keys in my trunk today at work, called AAA and was told it would be 30 minutes to an hour, which I expected since my experience in the past with AAA is they tell you an hour and normally turns into 2-4. However within 10 minutes of calling James Andrews called me and was there and had my car unlocked within 15 minutes of my initial call for help!!! Definitely keeping this contact information on hand for the future. Thank you so much for great, fast and friendly service!!!!
This place is a rip off. Simple truck stuck in the mud right next to the road in the very town Marion where they are located. To use their winch they charged me two hours labor at $250 an hour $25 for shop supplies and $25 for me to pay with my credit card over the phone when I'm 10 hours away from the scene.
