Grade A customer service! I didn't catch the fella's name who helped me but he had glasses and brown hair. But I came in for U bolts for the headache I am working on and he really helped me make sure I was getting the correct bolts! He even gave me the fix for my dad's truck that I have to bring back to have installed to make towing his camper easier. Thanks again see y'all soon!
The guys at the counter are always busy, multitasking multiple customers and orders but never fail to take the time to find the parts I need and ask if there us anything else they can do. Great group to deal with.

I spent 3 full days, and countless miles looking for a set of U-Bolts to wrap around a ford 8.8 rear end. After many hours of becoming acquainted with auto parts stores, industrial suppliers, and custom truck shops I was pointed towards Toledo Spring Parts & Service.
I brought in a spring I cut off my truck, they measured it at the counter, and within 20 minutes I had a custom set of high quality U-Bolts, with Nuts and Washers (even some extras) in my hands. For less than half of what I could find them for online.
I can confidently say that for all my future suspension parts needs I will be visiting the fine men and women of Toledo Spring.
They also have quite the assortment of off the shelf components, and tools (so much Milwaukee goodness)
If you’re in a bind, give them a visit, these people know their stuff, and are reasonably priced!!!
These are super helpful people. Brought a small trailer in, she measured the leaf springs, assembled all needed parts and I know I got a great deal. They have my business for life!
Took my trailer in for a broken leaf spring and was over charged.. I was desperate to get home (500 miles from home) so I didn’t say anything. My problem now is that they put a shortage in a trailer brake wiring and didn’t want to fix it :(
Great service & attitude. Had all my parts same day. Karla saved me $180 on a whole package of both rear leaf springs & axle U-bolts as well as a bolt kit vs my online pricing for only 2 springs. Will definitely be doing business with them again!!!
Not good at all people were not friendly a FedEx girl came walking in and every person in there needed to give her advice and ignored me. One person could have gave her directions not six
Driving like a maniac on the freeway. Almost caused 3 accidents not including making me slam on my breaks while towing a trailer.

Be prepared to wait if you show up and leave empty handed. I could have arrived on a off day. There were 5 employees in and out of the customer service area, and none of them acknowledged I was there. Answering the phone took more priority than paying customer right in front of them. I waited 1/2 hr for someone to help me and ended up leaving the store empty handed. I would recommend going someplace else that has more interest in serving the customers standing right in front of them. I wont be back.
Took truck in for wheel alignment they called and said I had a list of things wrong with it totaling 8k to repair so I said I'll just pick it up then they say it's $160 because they have a business to run. Took truck to another shop magically they could do the alignment and nothing tech at Toledo spring said needed to be changed was bad. I highly recommend you look at other shops before you let this company do work for you odds are you are being scammed since they have a business to run.
Good people the only thing is that my steering wheel is not in right away but great job on my truck springs bushings alignments is good ride's like new
Went in to find the plastic sleeves for trailer leave springs and found out they had a good selection of trailer repair parts from hardware to hangers and brakes.
Called to make an apt they said they are first come first serve , drive an hour away to this place and when I get there they say bring it on 2 days from then , essentially wanting to set up an appointment . Complete waste of 2 hours of my time and 40 dollars in gas . If you’re from out of town don’t waste your time
Found this shop on google after going to 2 other shops that did nothing but make my situation worse. My semi trailer air bags would not inflate to proper height other shops changed leveling valve and then routed my airbags to direct air tank pressure nothing these guys fixed there problems figured out the real issue and got me rolling in the same day Very knowledge would recommend to anyone 10/10
Toledo Spring does not take appointments for their “shake racks”. On Monday, I was told, I would need to bring the truck and leave it where they would get to it Wednesday morning. The truck was dropped on Monday morning. The truck had not been seen as of Wednesday at noon; a call to the shop resulted in the explanation that one of their racks went down but my truck was the next one to be brought in. A call Thursday morning has revealed that many truck was NOT the “next truck to be brought in” and furthermore, could not be guaranteed to be evaluated with any certainty this week. As an owner operator, a week’s lost revenue is not easily absorbed and not given up without necessity. If Toledo Spring cannot meet the obligation they committed to, there should at least be a telephone call to the customer informing them of the situation and their inability to complete work in the timeframe they themselves committed to. BOTTOM LINE, 4 days lost revenue, no evaluation, no repairs and no resolution.
We were traveling cross country and a rear axle spring broke on our travel trailer just after we entered Ohio. Toledo Spring told us to bring it in and Dustin worked very hard to get us not only heavy duty springs but both axles which got bent when the spring broke. Our experience with everyone we had contact with was positive and the office staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were able to get us back on the road the next day and the trip home was uneventful, we cannot thank Toledo Spring enough for working hard to keep our trip as close to being on schedule as possible. The only issue we had was during the required re-torquing of the 'U' bolts, one had stripped threads that required me to purchase a replacement "U" bolt which proved to be a minor setback. Thank you so much for Toledo Spring and especially Dustin for coming to the rescue in our time of need
Took my Rv in to get my axles checked greased and brakes adjusted,staff were very informitive,helpful and friendly,did a GREAT job on my RV...i will return for future repairs...prices were very fair too...
Yard is a little tight for a tractor trailer, but damn do they know suspension backwards and forwards. They spotted a butchered repair on my trailer while I was in for something else entirely and they got it done right for half the price, and even helped me get an insurance claim started with the other shop. They usually get started on my equipment same day, and they're definitely the only shop I'll go to for suspension and wheel end repair and modification. One note - they don't do tires, but they just send you down the street to Schrader for that, and they're easy to work with, too.
It's was a very nice shop, the crew were very nice & helpful.. service was very good.. had my brake & shock replace & brake drum on the truck & parking for a truck & trailer open 7am to 10 pm very nice hours
