Gave a worst case quote. Completed the job which was a timing chain on the 3.5 ford v6 and all the issues that resulted from it went away including the rattle I've had on start up that nobody could tell me what it was. Great service and very friendly.

I needed a major suspension overhaul on my 2012 KIA forte and had another shop give me an estimate of almost $1900. Due to not having that kind of money on hand I put it off longer than I should have. I ended up at Schads for a separate exhaust flex pipe issue and after a great price on that repair I got an estimate from Schads for the suspension and he quoted it at less than half the original. Even with an oil change, tune up and two used tires it still came in a little over half. AND it was done in half a day. John is great and the mechanics are good at what they do. It is now my new mechanic. Well done.
The new owner (Ali) is great! He’s attentive to what I need and assessed my entire vehicle and provided suggestions based on what most critical and affordable to address (rather than telling me everything needs to be fixed and take all my money like most auto shops). I definitely recommend his business and encourage others to take their vehicle to him.
Ali and his team were very helpful!! I was able to take my 2008 Toyota Avalon in to get the headlights fixed! Ali guided me on what part to buy and once I brought the part in his team was able to fix the issue for me! Ali and his team are friendly and the price was fair. I appreciate the help!!
When I took my car to this shop he told me the forsure problem was cam and crank shafts so I gave him the ok to fix it. That did not fix the problem but he still charged me $365.00 and when I asked to see the receipt for the pieces he so called purchased he told me no. Nobody ever called and communicated with me about the status of my car and I told them this when I making this statement he asked the lady who works in the office and she said “we did call you” they are so unprofessional, untrustworthy, they are not honest and he did not know what he was doing. He had my car for 2 weeks but still tried to say that I wouldn’t allow he time to fix it. I honestly feel like I got treated that way because I’m a woman. So I really just paid for something that did not fix the issue. I do not recommend this shop at all. And rating it 1 star is definitely an overstatement
So far I am very impressed with Shaad's Automotive and with service like the service they provide I won't be going anywhere else and I'll recommend them to everybody
My dad was in an accident and his car insurance couldn’t link us to a tow for 3 hours. We called Schaads and we were quoted 45 minutes. Tow actually showed up in 35 minutes. Guy was quick and did exactly what we needed.
They towed me off the interstate within 30 minutes of my call.After diagnosing the problem(steering hub, brakes caliper and abs)they completed the job within a few hoursunlike other places that take days .The price they told me was the price I paid(no surprises).Ashleigh at the counter was a joy to talk to as I was waiting. Why go anywhere else?

My experience with Schaad’s was a delightful one. My car had to be towed on 3/20/20 and the young man they sent out was top notch! He quickly identified the problem and called ahead for parts. My car was fixed promptly and has not caused any problems since. The level of service and professionalism demonstrated far exceeded my expectations and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would absolutely recommend this company!
Went to Schaad's to have my worn out engine replaced. They did an awesome job, and give me a wonderful deal! They took care of other minor issues that I didn't know were there (and showed them to me too). I highly recommend them if you want a job done right, and priced fairly!
I am a new customer, having just taken my late model Volvo to Schaad’s for service. I found Bob to be up front and honest with me concerning the cost of the repair- as well as how much time it would take to fix it. So far I am impressed and would not hesitate to return to Schaad’s for any future service needs.
Schaad's did the work I needed quickly (way more quick than I thought it would take) for a very fair price when I needed a new blower motor for my Grand Prix. They found a costumer for life!

Schadds does great work at a fair price. They are professional and explain to you what repairs your car needs before doing them and what repairs they performed after doing them. They do not try to use high pressure sales to get you to do extra work on your car but they do explain to you other issues they see and rank them in importance they need to be completed. Schadds will have my business as long as I live in the area!
We decided to give Schaads a chance when our usual repair shop started giving us issues and are we sure glad we did! Schaad's was fast, fair and honest. From the moment we called for a tow on a Sunday afternoon, Bob, the owner was awesome to work with. Bob was very honest and told us our vehicle would be safer at home for the night rather than sitting in the shop's parking lot. We agreed and Bob promised to pick it up Monday morning. The tow truck showed up bright and early Monday which left more time to get the job done. Bob was in communication with us all day as he did a safety check of the vehicle. When Bob called late afternoon the SAME DAY, we were shocked that the job was done correctly and promptly. Since this vehicle is our only family vehicle, we needed it! Thank you, Schaad's, for the great service!!!
Called my mechanic of 30 years to find out they had retired and switched their phones over to Schaad's. I was in desperate need of having my daughter's car repaired and Schaad's fixed her car in a matter of 3 hours! I was pleasantly surprised since I was a new customer. Excellent service, honest, and dependable business. I just found our new mechanic!

I can't even tell you how many times Bob Schaad has saved me from having my car fall apart on the highway. Schaad's has been my parents' mechanic for 40 years and mine since I had my first car. They're always trustworthy, tell you only what needs to be done, and get it done fast (they've got too much business to sit on your car all day). When people talk about "my mechanic" as the person they trust to do it right at a fair price, this is my mechanic. (And they never talk down to me like some mechanics do to women.) I recommend them without hesitation.
I have been taking my car to the dealer for maintenance since I purchased it new. A couple of months ago I had a quote from them for some expensive repair work and decided to get a second opinion. Since I try to support my neighborhood businesses, whenever possible, I stopped into Schaad’s for my second opinion. Imagine my surprise when they told me the work the dealer quoted would not have corrected my problem. I did not realize how bad my car was until they performed the work. Now it runs great. Schaad’s proved to be friendly plus professional and I will definitely be visiting them in the future for my car care.
They have always taken care of me and my vehicles. The price is always fair and always explain in detail everything they are going to do. I trust them completely and recommend them to everyone I know.
