J&J came out to my location very quickly after the major snowfall we had in the Toledo area. They towed my car with ease and made me feel safe and secure in arriving at the shop of choice.
I called J&J in the early morning after losing control in bad weather and damaging my vehicle. The dispatched driver, Ed, was extremely professional and friendly. Truck was clean, and he worked quickly to get me off the road in icy conditions.

Excellent service from tow truck driver ED!!! I had a tire that blew out on my Chevy S10 right down to the rim. He changed it out within minutes. He was VERY helpful, kind & professional!!! Greatest experience ever!! they were Jonny on the spot, there within 10 minutes. I had a flat tire, Patrick a.k.a. “big thunder.” was prompt definite, efficient and honest. Would highly recommend them it was 92° at 3:30 in the afternoon and he took care of business.

After having swerving into a curb to avoid an idiot that cut me off, I called 3 services and they either didn’t answer or there was a long wait time. J&J picked up and the girl that answered the phone was very helpful and had a truck out in 20 minutes. Ed, the driver, did a great job and was very friendly. They made a bad situation so much better.

Ed showed up faster than expected. Most tow companies show up after a couple hours and this company and Ed appears about 30 mins or less from the time I called Jamie and called back with a confirmation saying he was on his way. Thanks to the company I'm back on the road and heading home.
Called because tractor and 48 ft trailer stuck in grass at 6am. Literally had a wrecker on site in 45 min and didn't charge me a dollar more than what was quoted on the phone. Quick. Efficient. Fair. Would definitely recommend it if in Toledo or even southern MI. Will be a repeat customer.
