Excellent service from tow truck driver ED!!! I had a tire that blew out on my Chevy S10 right down to the rim. He changed it out within minutes. He was VERY helpful, kind & professional!!! VERY reasonable prices. He deserves a 5 star all the way. This is the BEST service I ever had. Best Towing company around!!! Keep up the excellent service J&J Towing!!!

Greatest experience ever!! they were Jonny on the spot, there within 10 minutes. I had a flat tire, Patrick a.k.a. “big thunder.” was prompt definite, efficient and honest. Would highly recommend them it was 92° at 3:30 in the afternoon and he took care of business.
I had such a great experience with Austin the tow truck driver! He arrived quickly, was incredibly friendly and professional, and handled everything with care. You can tell he genuinely cared about helping people. He made a stressful situation so much easier. If I ever need a tow again, this is the person I’m calling. After having swerving into a curb to avoid an idiot that cut me off, I called 3 services and they either didn’t answer or there was a long wait time. J&J picked up and the girl that answered the phone was very helpful and had a truck out in 20 minutes. Ed, the driver, did a great job and was very friendly. They made a bad situation so much better.
I had to get a tow this morning because my truck was having transmission problems. JJ Towing was great. I hung up the phone with their awesome dispatcher and Ed was there in less than half an hour and got my truck towed. Ed was a very nice guy and I could tell he is very good and would make sure nothing happened to my truck. Great experience. Thank you JJ Towing.
My daughter was in a car accident this afternoon. Ed was the tow truck driver. He was very kind and extremely helpful and professional! I would highly recommend using him again!
Had a different company install a hitch and wiring for a brake controller that I couldn’t make work. Called J&J and asked if they could check over everything, as well as my camper to identify the faults. They were able to confirm everything worked and were great to work with. Jammie at J&J was a joy to work with. We had to retrieve a stolen vehicle from the impound where it was almost impossible to get anyone on the phone there. J&J made it easy and went to the impound paid the tow and storage fees and delivered it to the correct party the same day. Major win for us thanks again!!
If I could give no stars I would. I was helping out my sister get her car to a body shop after an accident since she was recovering from a major surgery. My sister and her insurance had arranged for J&J to tow her car and bill the insurance for roadside. After waiting for a truck for hours, my brother in law calls only to be told by Jamie their dispatcher the previous person he spoke to had left for the day and not contacted her insurance to verify coverage, delaying us getting a tow. She then hangs up and calls back to tell us someone at my sister’s agent’s office told her my sister had no roadside coverage with on her policy (not true). I suggested she call back and double check because that was false. Jamie then proceeded to get nasty to me, told me not to tell her what to do, that it’s not her job to call and I don’t sign her paycheck and I need to call. The rep from her agent’s office told us they never said that to her and called J&J to straighten it out. After 3 hours of back and forth, they dispatched a tow truck that took another hour to arrive. After almost 4 hours sitting at the impound lot for a truck to arrive. We didn’t get the callback we requested for when the driver arrived, although we left two callback numbers with Jamie. The driver loaded the car and took off super fast, we managed to catch up to him but he was easily going 15-20 MPH over the speed limit the entire way. We also watched him make an illegal U-turn in the tow truck because he missed the entrance to the body shop. Next time myself or anyone in my family needs a tow we will be calling Throne instead.
J&J auto service is very comprehensive. I get my oil changed and they change fluids and check other things. I'm very pleased because they make sure routine maintenance is thoroughly performed.
Took my personal vehicle there for a noise in the front. They took care of me and the noise is gone. Excellent work. Great customer service, honest and trustworthy. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much.
Never been to this shop, but one of their drivers brings their company tow truck on the weekends to the Raintree Village Mobile home park, to visit whoever, driving like it's a personal vehicle. I've seen it come in, because I live in the park. One Park rule specifically states, "no large commercial vehicles are allowed on the property, unless for business only." I hope the owner of this automotive establishment, will do his best to explain this rule to his drivers. Because asphalt of roads in a manufactured housing community, are different than regular roads. It's weaker, and can't take the punishment of large commercial vehicles.
Ed showed up faster than expected. Most tow companies show up after a couple hours and this company and Ed appears about 30 mins or less from the time I called Jamie and called back with a confirmation saying he was on his way. Thanks to the company I'm back on the road and heading home.
Called because tractor and 48 ft trailer stuck in grass at 6am. Literally had a wrecker on site in 45 min and didn't charge me a dollar more than what was quoted on the phone. Quick. Efficient. Fair. Would definitely recommend it if in Toledo or even southern MI. Will be a repeat customer.
Got a tow from big thunder and he was awesome! He gave me some valuable advice and information, was quick, polite, professional and really looked out for me. I appreciate all the help and support he gave me and I will always think of you guys when I need service because of it!!
We use these guys at work, and they are absolutely amazing! Last night when my vehicle would not start, Patrick came and got my car home safe and sound so I could figure out what was wrong! Not only did he provide fast & efficient services. He is ALWAYS so kind, and so polite!

After waiting 2 hours for AAA and them consistantly canceling our tow request. We called J&J at 6:15 tonight for our broke down car at my husbands work. They arrived about 20 minutes later and Patrick was absolutely outstanding. He was very respectful and patient with us. In today's world you don't find good customer service and his was outstanding. Huge shout out to TJ, one of J & J tow drivers. He was out on a run and saw something in the road. It was my wallet (I accidentally left it on top of my car). He turned around and retrieved it from the road and drove it to my home and he included a little personalized note wishing me a better day. What an honest and awesome man they have.
