Got a flat on 75 during rush hour Kimmy was so kind and consistently stayed in contact with me the whole time. Car was towed and tire was changed within an hour super reasonable price. Will continue to take my business here.
My husband called to setup a tow and Kimmie seemed great until the tow never came when scheduled for 5:30. My husband called about 5:45 to be told by Kimmie that they did not have him in the system, then said their driver got called to an accident (ok, that part is understandable) but driver never came and couldn't call them again because went to voicemail. I had to call a different company to get the vehicle towed.
UPDATE: Owner called and apologized and got our vehicle towed and didn't charge!! Very thankful and appreciative that they care about their customers!!

She was extremely helpful with getting my tow situated as I was havin a terrible time dealing with another very unprofessional towing company. She was able to get a driver to me right away. The guy that showed up went by the name of D he was super nice and was very quick to get my car loaded up on the flatbed and get me off the expressway. This repair shop is great. I needed one tire and they were the only ones that had it. They took care of quickly and professionally. I will highly recommend this repair shop to my friends.
Towed my truck there to do an axle. They removed the axle and in doing so they broke my brake lines. Told me that they couldn't do the job and left me even more of a broken down truck then I had before. These guys are clowns. Stick to towing and lay off the mechanical work because you guys have absolutely no business doing it. I mean they don't even have a lift you guys use jacks and can't reach crucial parts of the vehicle without messing things up

Billy was very professional and friendly when he arrived to pick up my car. The dispatcher called my phone and verified my pickup location. Because my location was tied to my GPS location, my insurance provider gave the tow service an incorrect address. After a simple phone with my provider, Bargain Towing was at my location within 15 mins. The shortest wait time I have experienced; with other companies I would have to wait 1.5 hrs - 3 hrs.
called about a set of 4 tires and they gave me the best price in the city and also gave me a set of tires that are almost brand new. my wait time was a total of 30 minutes. definitely recommend bargain towing for tires and more
Called every other place in Toledo and these guys were the only place that could put 38s on my truck . Gave me a great deal as well. Definitely guys you can trust . 100% reccomend ! They sell new and used tires as well as own a tow company !

1. Unfortunately, I have to give this a one star after the horrible experience on 3-8-25 I purchased a new /used tire around 11.00 clock after that my car wouldn’t start and I informed them, my battery posts were real lose. They tightened them up and I went about my day.
Around 11.30 the tire blew not even a full hour of use. I understand it is as used product , hell even if your off the lot .. good luck but a not even hour. I called and spoke to the owner and I was informed that I had to travel back and he would make it right. I subsequently went to earl bro closed on rynewick rd, an another place to finally I left in gods hands and made to belle tire.
Bell tire got me back on the road, but obviously the tire rim was messed up and I didn’t know that bell tire switch my tires and donut..

Since, I can’t respond did I ever lie and say that belle tire switch tires. There goal was to get me back on Ohio roadways. You decided not to help me after I called you 3 times to help. As I stated you take advantage of the working class people in that area. And you have no shame in doing so
I freely admit my disability and my anger got the best of me, I spent with this company for years and wasn’t valued. This owner, feels the same away you , but as grandma told my father you live and learn. I learned my lessons to never give this place a blood nickel of my income again
I had bought a car from a police impound and I got it towed back to my home with help from a man named Charles. He was very helpful and even let me grab a ride home in the truck. I would definitely use this service again because of him.

I was recommended to bargain towing from my favorite oil change place. I bought new used tires, they took care of me right away and gave me a price that nobody else would do for me. I purchased a new vehicle a few months later, I didn't know what was all needed to be fixed to be safe to drive. They looked at it for me and even let me go back to show me exactly what needed to be done today and in the future. Best price in the city for new axel, brakes and rotors plus a wheel alignment. Very honest and reliable. I am happy to find a good shop. I highly recommend
Bargain towing arrived very quick less than 20min after calling. Fady the driver was very professional and handled the situation and our car with care. We did not have a ride as we were over an hour from home so we road in the truck and it was very clean and comfortable.

Great service. They advised that they would be there in 15-20 minutes and they were. Driver was friendly and professional and skilled - our car was between two poles and he got it out.
I got 20 minutes towing and a new tire for a really good price. I have called so many other places that were closer to where my tire exploded, but they all asked for unreasonable price. So I really appreciate the good customer service and attitude comes with good price here. Would comeback and rcm for others in case of trouble.
