I was stranded alone on the highway in the middle of the night. I was traveling from Michigan, to North Carolina. I hit a pothole in the dark and found myself with a sudden and unexpected flat tire. I didn't know where I was, and I didnt know how I was going to get home.
I was on the phone for over an hour calling all the places that my GPS said were nearby, and none of them were willing to help. Or, they were asking ridiculous fees.
This company, not only took my call, and had affordable rates, but the woman on the phone called me back, to check on me, and calm me, while I waited for the driver to come help. The driver arrived right on time, changed my tire, was very kind, and followed me a few miles to be sure I was back on the road safely.
I will be forever grateful to this company, and they deserve every good review, plus some. Thank you !
Got the best service from Kaveon at the scene of a huge accident on Wednesday, June 18th @ Airport Hwy and Holland-Sylvania Rd. He was so helpful, polite and professional. Even with the pouring rain, he was smiling and accomodating. Later that next day, before our vehicle was being removed from their storage lot, he assisted us (again, in a torrential downpour) in retrieving our belongs. This young man went "above and beyond" to assist us. It's obvious he loves his job and he certainly is a credit to the company. Good hire, Piasecki's. We've used Piasecki's for repairs over the years ... and people and service like this is why?
Very unprofessional. Was hoping to set up an account for my fleet but never heard back from any manager. Called to have one of my fleet vehicles towed. Robin seemed to be distracted with who I believe was a coworker. Pricing was over 30% more than competitors. Ultimately took my business to Bubbas Towing who was more than happy for the business.
Needed to get my car towed only a couple of miles to the nearest gas station after running out. After waiting on hold around 15 minutes they quoted me around $170. I’d shop around other companies you can find something around 100 bucks
Everyone at Piasecki Towing was amazing! I had to have my car towed on a Sunday morning while traveling through the area. Realynn, went out of her way to find a place that was open and could get me in. Eric arrived quickly and was also great! I would definitely recommend the company to anyone in the area.
Awesome company. Friendly dispatch and drivers. Sean got my truck hooked up quick and Candy answered any questions I had over the phone. Even at 4AM they came to pick me up, definitely worth the call.

They are capable but pricing is getting out of control. $329 to for a 15 mile tow. It was a two wheel drive F350 with aluminum boxes. $50 Fuel surcharge. A 5% credit card fee. I called three other local tow companies with comparable ratings and a flat bed truck to see if I was wrong for questioning it. Each were under $200 total including tax. One was $145, (even if I had a plow which I did not).
My motorhome broke down on i75 on one of the coldest days. After waiting 8 hours for a tow we finally connected with Piaseski. Sean the dispatcher Cindy and a younger driver that I didn’t get his name came to tow both the motorhome and the tow car. These drivers were so helpful and reassuring. It was amazing service at a reasonable cost that helped brighten a terrible day. THANKS! so much guys
We had a great experience with Sean. He was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to help us out when our box truck broke down. He handled everything with care and made the whole process stress-free. Also drove us back to our vehicles. Highly recommend Sean and this towing service!

Got towed by Tyler today, he's a good guy and provided great professional service. Pretty expensive tow for just one mile but it is what it is, I'm still happy I hired them.
this was my first experience with Piasecki. The driver arrived in 30 minutes like the dispatcher promised. Sean was very efficient and friendly. The cost for the tow was a bit high but I won't complain any further than that. I will definitely use their service again if needed. I recommend them.
Okay first let me start by saying I was angry because I had my car towed by these guys on a Saturday.My car was fixed that Sunday by my mechanic.I heard a rattle in my front end which wasn’t there. So I immediately called the office and spoke to someone. Monday came I called back and spoke to Tyler. He told me to bring it in after work and he will look at it.One of my bushings had came out which he stated he didn’t think they could cause that, long story short Tyler jacked my car up repaired it with no problem.Very respectful and great customer service. And thanks to Sean for keeping me company while Tyler was doing the labor. I don’t know if they drink but I know if I ever see them out rounds on me!! Thanks a lot! Definitely honest and know how to treat their customers!!

On approach the men working at Piaseki Towing seemed like they knew what they were doing, but my boyfriend and I quickly found out that is not the case. Tyler, the manager at the facility, has been very rude and has been very ill-informed on what we need to have to pick up his car. We will now be having to go there for the third time this week to get his car and I'm hoping this time will be better and maybe we can get some sort of discount since the fine is going up 35 dollars everyday. However, the girl I have been speaking to on the phone has been very kind and helpful. We need more people in this world like her!
This is the best tow I have ever had. Charles took really good care of us. He made sure that not only we were safe, but my car was taken care of. They were really fair on the price and made sure my f150 was parked not only near my place, but right infront of it. I will only be using them if I ever need a tow in Toledo, weather I'm in there in tow or out of town rate
Korbin helped me out when my control arm broke off on the highway and I was sitting in a terrible spot. Guy is a miracle worker; bless him and bless this business for hiring him! I could not recommend a higher commendation for his help, please do whatever it takes to keep him around. Between my mom and I, this business will be shared with ~11,000 followers, most of whom are in the Toledo area. Called and within a half hour, they had a driver out. He was super nice (kevin) and made me feel comfortable. First car towing isnt fun! But this company made it painless.
They also can haul these too guys I call this a perfect rescue mission lol great service I called ahead for the next morning they showed up on time loaded up and transported across town with no issues. great service can't thank them enough
The towing part of Piasecki was sold off. The new owner has drastically jacked up the prices. Was charged $232 to tow my car 7 miles to my repair shop. The bill reflected a milage charge of 34 mile. They claim it was for a round trip from their place of business and back. A bit of price gouging if you ask me. Think twice before using.
Huge shout out to Ed from piaseckis. My husband and I's truck lost its tire today. It was definitely a stressful situation and he did everything he could to make it as smooth as possible. He interacted with our 7 year old daughter and she thought it was the most amazing thing ever. He was quick to get there and got us home safely. We couldn't have asked for a better driver.
Great timing, little pricy, i needed a flat bed and it was $125. My car was just 2 miles from their shop. And my house was just 4 miles away for that price. Great worker that came threw. We chatted made the experiance as good as it gets from an auto accident.
Got myself stuck on an incline in my friends drive way. Called every tow company in the area and couldn’t get anyone. Piasecki answered the call and responded swiftly. Jim came out in the pouring rain and helped me get unstuck. He was crafty and precise. I was out in less than 25 minutes. He assisted in getting my car road ready so I could get to a shop. Jim delivered exceptional service and was extremely helpful. Definitely putting Piasecki Service as my tow company when I’m in the area
Great place for auto repair and tow! They are kind, courteous, and get the job done in a professionally manner. I had my car towed in the middle of rush hour traffic and the gentlemen was very nice and let me get in the cab while they were towing to keep warm. Once in the shop, they found the issue and did the necessary repairs. I have an older car, so I am glad that the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend this shop and am grateful I chose them instead of the other guys that rip you off. 5 star service!
I am returning to Piasecki for all future car repairs after getting unsatisfactory service at my dealership multiple times. I went to Piasecki for years before getting a new car; sorry I switched from this family-run business to the dealership for car repairs, as service at the dealership became very rushed, impersonal and more expensive.
Piasecki is always honest — they explain everything in detail and provide written estimates up front, reasonably priced, very friendly, appreciate their customers, and more than once have towed me and given me a free morning ride to work when I dropped off my car for servicing. Most importantly, driving a 15yo Camry, I always felt safe when I drove off their lot, as have several friends whom I’ve referred to Piasecki. GREAT place! Thanks, guys!
