These guys came in handy twice for us. Reasonably priced and quick to come out. Kyle towed us both times. He was very polite and friendly which was nice after a stressful night of car issues. Will be using again.

I would leave -5 stars if I could. I get the business of being illegally parked, but let’s review. The business we parked in was closed. Went to the towing place where there is nobody there to collect money and give your car back. We had to wait for the tow truck driver to come back. Find out it’s cash only?! Driver said $129 for the car. Come back and now it’s $156?! How does the price just change? And then the driver tried to not give us a receipt. All hours is scamming people. Also while we were waiting I watched the tow truck driver back someone’s truck right into the fence. So beware if you have damage to your car after being towed here.
Only accept cash and don’t have anyone on sight to take payment except the drivers. Driver has told us $129. (They only accept card on “regular tow” whatever that is. No signage indicating cash only). Went to ATM and went back. New driver showed up and said it was $156. Originally told all drivers have receipts. Driver said he didn’t have receipts. No documentation on my vehicle or when it was towed and from where. Terrible customer service and very rude. Would have left -5 stars if possible. All hours is a misleading name. Absolute nightmare to deal with.
Kyle came out and went to jump my car and in the process showed me what the real issue was saving time and more money. Greatly appreciated the service.
Most definitely don’t recommend. They tow your car then sit there when you find something they messed up on your car they sit there and deny that they even towed it.. really. Wow. Not freaking cool
I have never in my life came across people in a business that was so rude. The driver took forever to get to me, then had a massive attitude when they arrived. Then top it all off said they only would accept cash.. what kind of scam is this! It’s 2024 we use CARDS! SMH get with it. And hire nicer people. Never will I use this service again.
I parked my Porsche in the wrong lot and my car was towed.I was stressed but the guys were very helpful and let me get my car back. There was no damage to my car and the price was not astronomical.The lot is lighted , fenced, and barb wired. Thanks!@@
After a disaster waiting 5 hours for AAA to respond, we were very lucky we found All Hours. Dispatch quickly came to our aid.. Taylor arrived promptly quick and was incredibly professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
I was stuck in a Walmart parking lot. Gave them a call and he showed up in less than 10 mins and had me back on the road in minutes. If you need help in the Toledo area I promise you this will be the best service you can get! 10/10 recommend
These guys are amazing. I called for a tow and a young man was there within 20 minutes late at night. He even looked under my car to help figure out what part of my ball joint gave out/broke. Very nice, respectful, and quick. If I ever need or can recommend a towing company it would be these guys
I called this company and the man who answered told me about 45 min. He said "If you want to call around to see if you can find somewhere quicker, just let me know." So i tried a few places, AAA included, I ended up calling them back. He told me he was calling his driver. The driver called me for my location, and he was at my car, in EIGHT MINUTES!!! As soon as he pulled up he told me to get in his truck and warm up (its like 15° outside). He was very kind, he was there INCREDIBLY quick, and was very nice on the drive to my house. If i could give them 10 stars i would.
Helped us out when we really needed help. He was on time, and very friendly. Very reasonably priced, you can’t find good people anymore and this guy is one of them.
My fiancé were on our way home to Ohio from Michigan with our dog and our alternator went out. Pushed it as far as we could and it died as we got off the highway. After calling 2 towing companies that basically told us to **** off, we called All Hours Towing and Recovery. Got an answer almost immediately and said he’d come right out. Fiancé made reservations at a hotel in the meantime. We were picked up and in the tow truck in about 10 minutes or less. This man went so far out of his way just to make sure we got home THAT NIGHT. He drove us to an auto parts store, we got an alternator, he called his friend and his friend agreed to put it on for us. He even called the hotel (which he does towing for) and got our money back with no penalty. Arriving at his friends house, they put the alternator on in about 10 minutes and we were back on the road. All in all, we drove for a little 30 minutes and it was the CHEAPEST tow truck I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and go with All Hours Towing and Recovery and give these guys the business and respect they definitely deserve. Thanks SO much for the bail out guys!
they beat everyone's price although I had special circumstances ....there was a pricing issue but was Immediately resolved. Service was fast and the driver was courteous and reassuring. Thanks guys! for carefully transporting my Camaro....
Incredible service! They were there under a half hour, incredibly efficient and friendly. Great rates as well. I cannot recommend them enough. Faster and more affordably priced then I have ever had, check them out. Seriously!
