I would highly recommend these guys when in need of a tow. They were the only ones that could tow my car that would not start out of a parking garage. They got there in a timely manner, very professional and nice. Will definitely contact again if ever in need in Toledo.
Steve is awesome! The best tow truck driver I ever had . He was very fast and got me connected to a tire shop that has good deals! Very nice and friendly !
If you need a tow there is no other place to go. Whether you are stuck on the road or repair is necessary. Dave and the whole team at D&M will get you off the road and back on it ASAP. They do most all repairs, regardless of year, make or model. They have you covered.

Very unorganized and unprofessional. I called to book a tow the day before I needed my vehicle towed to a dealership. The man didn't take my information just gave me a price and told me someone would get ahold of me the following day before the vehicle was going to get picked up. Needless to say no one called me, I called them and the same mam acted as if he knew nothing about me calling the day before. He finally took my address and vehicle information and said he would be there to get it within the hour. He never showed up, said he couldn't get his truck started when I CALLED HIM AN HOUR LATER BECAUSE HE DIDNT SHOW OR CALL!! I called another company and they sent a truck immediately and was able to get my vehicle to the dealership on time. This company is very unreliable and very poor service all around. If I could give them -5 stars I would!!
I recommend everybody to D&M the best in town get you in and get you out in a timely manner. Call up Dave and he will work with you with any issue you have with your car. They got the best reasonable prices in the city and it will be well worth it to get your car done by them. S/O to Dave he the best and fastest at what he do. Now he got me wanting to be a mechanic

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did they not bother showing up on two different occasions, but they never called to communicate where they were, why they didn't show up, if they cancelled and were coming a different time. I received zero communication from this company, and am truly baffled that someone actually owns this business with this much contempt for their customers.
State Farm roadside service could not find someone. After an hour stranded I called them and they came right out. They will be my personal roadside service from now on.

Called this co for a tow when my car broke down on 75 S around midnight this weekend.
Website said available 24 hrs, they were located near the breakdown incident & my home, plus had good reviews, seemed like a good choice.
The gentleman on the phone was pleasant & promised someone would be there shortly.
After over an hour of waiting with my 11 yr old son we walked home on the eway.
Passer bys offered more help than the tow company we had called.
My many return calls were met with a recording that said
this number does not currently have a voicemail set up for it at this time.
What 24 hr tow company doesnt have a vm?!!
I would definitely never recommend this company!

I ended up using J & J Towing on W Alexis - they were there in 10 mìn, professional, & charged a reasonable rate!!!
D & M is a great towing and auto service. I was in Toledo from out of town when i had some really bad car problems. They worked with me and my situation to come up with the best solution and they stuck to it and got the job done and got me back home. They also were super fair with me and not once did i feel like i was being taking advantage of. I would recommend this buisness to anyone who needs help or needs a car fixed because they are really good people and they will take care of you.
I've had work done through this company twice. He knew exactly what was wrong before even looking at the car both times. Very efficient and highly recommended
***Update: I rated this company 5 stars until today. I called and spoke to Dave at 8 this morning and he told me to call back btwn 9:30-10 and someone would be available to tow my car. So I did that and then was told that it would be a little longer and that he would contact me back. Hours go by and I hear nothing from him. Called again and was assured that they would get to me today....after wasting half of my day waiting on him to contact me, I finally realized that he was bs'ing me...knows his stuff but lacks lacks customer service... definitely won't be doing business with them again!
The man over the phone sounded a little shady, but they did everything they said they would. Showed up in the time frame he stated(which was pretty fast), and did the job with no hiccups.
Great service. Visiting from Arizona broke down at 3:30AM fast service, took me to the bank, and home without a problem. Definitely recommend everyone to use this service.
I just called and he told me it would cost 150.00 to tow a car. Then started snoring on the phone! And I asked why so much he said because I would have to send someone out at night from there family! I said I work for a towing company and they don’t charge that at night for a light duty tow. He said well you better call them then! Nice customer service!

Dave is the man! Girlfriend was broke down with a flat tire and dead battery at 7am. We called 3 other places before D & M and they wanted anywhere from $125-269 just to jump and change the tire. Outrageous. Dave was closer and his pricing was very reasonable. Was there within 15 minutes of calling and was done in less than 10. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience in an otherwise unpleasant situation. Thanks again, Dave!
Wow, after calling 2 other companies, and the other tow companys couldn't help. I called D&M and they friendly extremely friendly and arrived very quickly. I was very happy with the service!
I drove my car in a flood called d&m he responded too me very quickly pulled my car out and gave me a ride too where I needed too go. Very fast service and the driver was very helpful, nice , and comforting .. I would highly recommend D&M too anyone that needs tow services !!!!
