I’m 1000% sure that this is not a real company. This is a scam. I called them for a tow was on hold for almost an hour just to be told that they couldn’t get any drivers until the next morning. Only because I wanted to pay on my credit card and not physical cash. Seems like a scam.
They got my car. That is what I wanted. It was from the impound which other places were like "nah, we don't do that stuff." This place did. They were very nice and very prompt. Faris was great. 10/10 would get my car stolen again.
The owner was absolutely a life saver. I called for an ETA for my road side assistance, he said his other driver would be 90 min so he personally drove out to me in 30 min to tow me out of a busy intersection. He gave me and my boyfriend a ride 20+ min to the car shop and made sure we had safe transportation home. Couldn’t recommend this more!!!

This is going to sound like something from the movies.. On a dark cold night and far away from home I was out doing a deliery and found myself in a ditch and Towing X came to my rescue. He was very PROMPT & HE WAS KIND & PATIENCE, reassureing that everything was going to be ok. After He took his time pulling my car out and sat by the road and let me drive a few minutes making sure I was ok. He made a very scary moment a pleasant experience.
Driver was awesome!! Professional, thorough, great help even with accidentally sending wrong address.. Dont find many like him anymore.. Truly appreciated!!
