I do not recommend this place. The guy working was very disrespectful and very egotistical. He thought he knew more about my license status than I do. He wasn’t very bright. I would give the zero stars if I could. Very very disrespectful place
My boyfriends car had broken down in my driveway, starter done for and the key absolutely lost, had to get it out the driveway before 5 so I called here and he was there within an hour and helped out so much, figured out how to get into neutral without the key and towed it right up for me and moved it, he was also very kind and the customer service was amazing. So glad I called here.
I am from the Cincinnati area and today I locked my keys in my car. This gentleman came and saved the day. It's cold. It's raining and I'm so far away from home. He was friendly and so reasonable! Shout out to the Logan County police department for the suggestion! I am absolutely in love with Logan County and now I have more of a reason to love it! Thank you, Stan! You made my day!
Stan's the man! Locked myself out of truck. Stan was there in a short time even on a Saturday. He literally opened my door in a minute and my daughter and I were off to our lunch date. very very fair price.

I called Shaffer towing and he was with me in Rushsylvania within 25 min. He was professional, super friendly and kind. Gave me the feeling he truly was happy to help. Not just another call. Shaffer is good people and everyone will be happy they used his company.
Amazing! Stopped out 3 days after my crash and everyone here was so awesome, helped my husband and my dad get all my belonging out of my jeep and allowed me time to just take pictures and mourn my loss! Amazing folks!
I can't say how Thankful I am that Shafer's Towing came to my rescue when my truck broke down and I was sitting in the middle of the road. Stan was so nice and was quick to responding. He even helped me get my insurance to cover the expenses when they told me I would have to file on my own if I could not wait until the next day at 9am for a Towing service. I will recommend Shafer's Towing to anyone in need.
Shafer’s helped tow my car after I got in an accident recently. The service was outstanding, and Stan was very friendly and personable. Very kind and helpful. After my collision, he was there promptly and even made sure I wasn't left out in the cold and dropped me off at a safe place until my ride arrived, very helpful afterwards aswell in giving me options of what to do with the vehicle and I am glad with how things turned out. I recently moved here. I left the house not knowing my tire was losing pressure quickly. I managed to make it to a gas station. I called and the gentleman was quick to say he'd be there shortly. Less than 10 minutes later, he arrived. He was SO courteous, friendly, kind, and prompt. Anytime you need a tow, it usually isn't under desirable circumstances. Most of the people I have had contact with have been so rude. It was refreshing to have a gentle and compassionate individual come to the rescue. I wish I could give him 10 stars!!

We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Shafer's...they were very affordable and with the rollback, they were able to put our vehicle exactly where we needed it after being towed....Highly recommended!!
My car was totalled in an accident at work, they showed up, were very friendly and helpful. Made sure I was safe and had a ride. When I went to get the rest of my belongings out of the car he made sure that I was able to get my license plate off and made sure everything was taken care of.
