My daughter in law had a flat tire on her way to work. I called at 8pm and within an hour they had the spare put on and she was ready to go. Very prompt, professional and friendly. We greatly appreciated their service!

Thank you. It warms our towing hearts to be supported by a company in our industry. We were in a pickle and just needed a quick ride for our tow truck operator to repair our downed truck. He quoted us a price, which was very reasonable, but chose to not collect from us. I hope someday be able to pass that along to them. We are all one team. Thank you! Sincerely. Always has saved me when my car has broke down on the road! Very quick to get to ya! I wouldn't call anyone else for towing but them! His wife has good sales on Bath and Body also!
This was the best towing experience of my life. I had just purchased my box truck the week before. My inexperience driving it led me to get stuck in a ditch. Aces came out in the middle of the night and got me out. Then when the box truck wouldn't start because it had been at such an angle for so long he even took me to go get diesel and let me borrow a gas can!
I wish there were more people in the world as kind an amazing as them!!! They went way way above a beyond for us!!! Most other tow company’s would have charges way more for!!! The price was definitely doable it wasn’t expensive really!!! If I had to choose to use them again I would in a heartbeat!!!!
Aces High is the only place we have used for detailing since we moved to Bellefontaine 10 yrs ago. Our vehicles are sometimes a "challenge" but Mark always makes them look great!
Great overall experience! My dad was stranded on the side of the road and this place jumped into action to help him by towing his car in for repair. I would highly recommend their services.
Only reason I'm not putting 5 stars is because I never actually met them myself, my husband dealt with them. But my husband's car broke down on the side of 33 right when all the nasty cold weather was hitting, the company was so easy to work with as far as planning a time to pick the car up and my husband went on and on about how friendly and pleasant the truck driver was despite having been out all day already in really cold weather. They were much more affordable than other towing places we have used, and very easy to communicate with to figure out when we could meet them to get our car towed home. Will definitely be using them again when needed!
Not only Mark the “owner“ of Aces High Towing does detailing but his own towing as well. I have used Mark numerous occasions most recently been when my car broke down on 33. I called Mark and he was there as fast as he could drive. He brought his rollback instead of a tow truck. We call Aces High Towing for ourselves, kids ! I have used Mark numerous times for detailing our trucks .
It’s true that Mark has young kids. It’s true that at times unforeseeable problems arises that he must attend to. So for the folks that does not understand , he is pretty much the only driver. There are times when he cannot be in two or three places at once. But Mark is a FAIR and DEPENDABLE tow truck driver. He is PROMPT and my FIRST choice. In fact, when my daughter totaled her car on 33, I arrived on scene and canceled the tow truck en route and asked for Aces High Towing to be contacted instead!
He is available anytime, day or night!! Really helped us out, when our motorcycle needed towed. He treated it like his own baby!!! I would recommend him all day long!!

Terrible experience. Scheduled an appointment on Monday for Friday and he (mark) said to call before arriving Friday at 7am. I called him at 7am he replied to call back between 8-9 because he had no one there. I called him at 830 and he told me that this is not a good day to have the detail done because he had to take daughter to Dr appt. In Columbus. I'm like..really. I explained to him I took a day off work to get this detail done and now I'm not! That was no issue to him he could care less.
I strongly recommend not to deal with this joker as he has no customer skills whatsoever and could care less for you. Heads up!
