Seriously, these folks do business a notch above the rest. Their prices couldn't be beat, and he helped us get an even better price based on the equine discount program. Upon pick up, they showed us how to use our mover, answered any questions and didn't rush us, gave us some nice swag and sent us a really nice thank you gift to boot! Go check them out!
Great shop! I have been going to Charm Engine for over 10 years for all my equipment repair and mower needs even though I live over 90 miles away, I have never been disappointed. It is always as top notch as humanly possible The staff (esp John) is awesome. I recently purchased a zero turn mower. John went above and beyond to help me pick out the right mower for my needs. I could not be any more satisfied with this purchase. I highly recommend this facility for all your repair work and new equipment purchases. As I mentioned, this is not my first time coming here and it sure will not be the last.
This is one of the best places to buy lawnmowers, weed eaters and chain saws. They are professional and honest. I have been dealing with them for 40+ years.

Very disappointed ? took our tractor was having engine problems still under warranty to find out they had to replace the engine but could not get an engine for it after almost a year and many phone calls finally got the call that it was ready after getting it home and going over it found out they did not hook the tack back up and some other things ? never again.
Only here a few times but service was awesome~I walked in at 5 pm. Charm engine had the blades in stock, while staff was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous & very respectful. Nice show room, clean, & spacious.

Went to Charm Engine to a purchase a STIHL hedge trimmer. Had the exact one I was looking for! Salesman was super friendly and helpful! Not my first time coming here and won’t be my last !
I have bought 6 mowers and various hand tools from Charm Engine and the service has been perfect every time. In addition their service department has been fantastic, always going above and beyond to make sure my equipment is fixed right.

They have a large assortment of Stihl chainsaw and other products as well as Xmark , Simplicity and Snapper riding mowers. Plus they have a wide variety of engines and generators and a repair center.
I had a Stihl chainsaw that quit working. It was 2 1/2 years old and had been worked hard but I always used the Stihl premium gas additive. Also, the warranty was not in my name in that I had a friend buy it for me because he was going to the dealer that day and would save me a trip. On top of that, I did not buy it at Charm Engine. The mechanic at Charm Engine determined that the damage in the engine was something that should not have happened. He said in 20 years he had not seen this sort of damage before. It would require new piston and cylinders and rings and bearings. He argued for 2 weeks with Stihl and finally they said they would need to see it for themselves because they did not believe what he told them. After the Stihl people saw it they supplied all the parts for free. The mechanic at Charm engine argued for this and the net effect was not having to pay for parts. Charm engine just charged me for the labor and it runs again like new. The guys at Charm Engine are the best and I will never every take my Stihl products to any other dealer.
