Our brake light came on which was concerning because we were about to head home with a 7.5 hour drive, so I called Valley View. Robert picked up and even though we did not have an appointment, he told us to swing by and he'd be happy to take a look. As soon as we got there he followed us out, determined our fluid was low and filled us within 10 minutes. It's hard to find honest places that will go out of their way for people these days, but this is definitely one of those shops. Thanks again Robert!

Good experience, they got our van in and out the same day it was scheduled. The van is driving much smoother after having both front wheel bearings replaced. Nice people to work with.

When the dealership failed to initially deliver on a repair, Valley View delivered remarkably. Electrical drainage on the battery was the issue and that can always be tricky. Service coordination and finding the culprit was spectacular and in a very timely manor. Thanks for all you got done. Great to have a mechanic shop that still has pride and experience in how they serve their clients.

I've had my vehicle here twice now to get worked on and love the work they do, the communication is great keeping you in the loop with sending pictures of bad parts that need replaced or them calling with any questions they might have, I was told they are too expensive but I'll pay more for stuff done right rather then cheap and not done right! Totally recommend them.

I always get great service here! They understand it sucks when a vehicle does not start. Recently I ran my car out of gas and even after filling it I couldn't get it to start. I towed it (after hours) to Valley Views lot and dropped it off. John took the time and quickly diagnosed the problem and got me running the next day! Thank you for your kind and generous service!

I chust took my buggy in and dey replaced the oil and filter. They also changed/replaced a key for the buggy and now I’m not scared to lose my key because I have a backup. It’s such a relief! Thank you John the Amish Mechanic, I appreciate your hard work!

My car was out of oil due to a leak during a trip when I was visiting from out of state. The servicemen at valley view were able to get me back on the road safely and efficiently. They were very nice and knowledgeable.

My brakes went from questionable to scary during a drive down to Amish country and I contacted John in a panic because I was afraid to drive home with the noises my brakes were making. He squeezed me in and my car brakes great now! The damage was more extensive than I hoped but his technicians documented everything and sent me photos to show me what was happening with my car. Very helpful! I would recommend John and his team in a heartbeat.

Outstanding, was from out of town and broke a brake line at 1020 the morning of the 23rd of December. Mr Miller took me right in and had me going down the road in less than two hours. Twice this week I had an emergency come up on my truck. We deal with snow removal, so it was imperative we had this truck ASAP! Heard good stuff about them from other people. In the last week, took my brother's car and my other brother's pickup truck in there for separate issues and they identified and fixed them extremely quickly. Got a quote on a work vehicle and it was very reasonable and thorough. Looking forward to taking myc there as well since they really seem to know what they're doing.
