I went to autozone to by a battery on 12-3-24 while. Jim tested my battery and confirmed it was infact dead on the cold crank amp side. So Jim pulled my battery from the shelf and took my information for the warranty. While I was being checked out at the register Steve pulled the battery from my truck and proceeded to install the new battery along with the installation pads and electrical grease to help prevent corrosion. It's been along time since I've had costumer service like that "for free" these guys are AWSOME i highly recommend going to autozone in Napoleon for your needs... Thanks again guys!

Normally I would never make a post about an automotive store. Sure they have great products, amazing prices. The stuff you're used to hearing. But what you don't realize is this store has the most amazing staff I have seen in all my travels. Especially Michael Mathena who not only assisted with finding parts and tools. But also assisted with my truck repairs in the parking lot. His knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond without asking shows that he cares and saved me probably 3 hours in time to repair my truck which was not able to drive. Oh, it was also at night in mid 30 degree weather. A true hero. Ty Michael, and thank you Autozone.

Whenever I go into Auto Zone store #1749, I always feel very welcomed and the employees are always willing to help. They are so kind and curtious. I will not go to any other parts store. Fawn Campbell is always smiling even if she is dealing with a difficult person, she is very nice and willing to help in any way possible.

Fawn is super knowledgeable and so is Jim who helped me replace my brake lights. Great service and both were very helpful!

I needed wiper blades and I was not sure if they were open since it was Easter. To my surprise they were, I was greatful for that, and there was a very helpful young man behind the counter. I got what I needed and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

It's a chain auto parts store if you have a late model vehicle they probably have the part or can get it in a day or two. Prices are reasonable, I'm sure if you reach the web you can probably beat some of the prices. But if you just want to fix you car and get down the road your probably ok to shop here .

My daughter went in for windshield wipers and one off the employees was nice enough to come outside and put them on for her. (Wow she needed them bad)

I'm on an emergency roast trip and our car ran out of oil. The employee who helped me, Evan, was amazing. Polite, knowledgable, and concerned. I'd be lucky to have sick service at my local Autozone in my home state

They're Friendly, Fast, Helpful, everything you'd want. They know where stuff is, they nearly always have the part(s) you need, and they'll even install wiper blades for you! I'm young, but I grew up with a mechanic Dad so I'm not a complete idiot, regardless, they don't treat me like a kid who doesn't know anything. Highly respectful and professional environment. 10/10

Helpful and good prices on oil and oil filters, air filters, the basics. Just don't bring in the AutoZone coupons that inevitably come in the mail. Really throws the staff(and the computer) for a loop.

Favorite auto parts. Good quality at fair price. Like that I can order on line and pick up at store in less than half hour. Excellent rewards program also. Keep up the good work Auto Zone.
