I went and had to buy a new battery after I got off of work today and the one worker told me that they could not put the new battery in for me because it was too dark and now my dad is trying to figure out how to put the battery in because I have to drive my car again tomorrow.

Me, my girlfriend, and a couple of our friends were taking a road trip for Labor Day weekend. I was calling to get a trnx number for a Core Battery return, so we could do the return near where we were going, because it would be easier for us. (They're not mechanically inclined, hence I handle all of this for them.) I was talking with one of the women that work there. (I can't recall her name UNFORTUNATELY.) As I'm giving her the account information, she spouts off very rudely, and I roughly quote "you do realize our system spans across all 50 states and I would have to look through all of that, right?" Basically implying that her time is too important to be helping me, and that she has better things to do. We eventually got it figured out. Yeah, I'd say this lady has no business working in customer service. I don't think I'll do business with this location again. Totally unprofessional!

Assist manager wasn't knowledgeable on there products or anything automotive. She was trying to use the computer for answering my questions. So I bought a part with no knowledge behind it only to have to return it. I said you know you used to be able to ask questions before you bought things. That bruised her ego and they kicked me out of the store. Very unprofessional and are also annoyed if you ask any questions. We are supposed to just shut up and purchase items and get out I guess.

I like the store, allot of turnover of workers. And I wish they would leave their brand favorites to themselves. I'm there to buy parts the should not be bias toward a brand.

Went in for a specific item. They had exactly what I was looking for. Store was very well kept. I was the only one in the store. Price was a little high ( license plate frame $24.99) same one on Amazon was 19.99 but I was impatient and didn't want to wait 2 days. Only reason I rated this a 3 was the 3 men in store were all very rude! Went to counter to pay and they all looked at each other like ..ok, who wants to cash her out? Youngest ended up cashing me out. I said "thank you have a great day" even though I was already very irritated, this is the way I was raised. No reply back! When someone enters a store, especially when Noone is in there...looking around for something...I would think "can I help you with something?" Would be good. Not pulling the woman card, but yes...older woman looking lost in store...maybe some help? Can see why they were empty. Usually give ratings where they are due. Never have to rate retails low...this is a first.

I went into the Napoleon store the other day ant there was 4 employees working 2 out of the 4 employees were not wearing mask the next time i will turn around and leave your store and never return again please follow the CDC guidelines

I returned there rental tool but they have not returned my rental deposit ben calling all day it was rented on June 12 and returned the next day it's almost a month and still no return not happy

I drive an hour and a half to get a part they said they had in stock. When I got there they didn't have the part and just said they probably didn't look on the shelf to make sure they had it when I was on the phone with them. Really disappointed in the service!!!

If they don't have it on the shelf or in back, they always seem to have whatever parts you need within 12-16 hours of when you order them. Also, from my experience, I'm convinced O'Reilly's keeps almost all the moving parts you'd need to build a 92 Honda from scratch in stock at every store.

They price match, however though, like so many auto parts store, people behind the counters act like mechanics and act like they know what they are talking about. As I purchased my part, I was told how to install, what I would need supplies wise, and length of time. Turns out the only thing they where correct about, was the part I asked for. Was told years ago by a manager at a parts store, if parts guys where so mechanically inclined, then why arnt they mechanics. I'd still go back though.

Rude as usual called about a part and they said well we have customers to deal with..... So when I come to your rude store to buy my part......am I not a customer? Jus something to think about.......defiantly won't be buying parts from there...... I jus online order.....they should record their phone calls. Rmfp
