Daughter put her car into a ditch on an icy road in Hancock County. Dick's Towing was called and they quickly dispatched a tow truck. Even in windy cold temperatures and snow two feet deep in the ditch, the driver, Jason Fish did a great job getting the car out of the ditch without any further damage. Jason was very professional and curtious. Could tell he knew what he was doing. Thanks!

Broke the shifting cable on my truck when they towed me. I went in to pick it up they bring it around to me and the guy says he can't put it in park asked if this is something that often happens LOL. Rigged it enough for me to get home but Took $300 to fix my truck. I would never use these guys for a tow.

They didn't pick up my gas tank or seat then when I was going to be under 30min late they are charging me a extra 165_$ for late pickup fees even though I called and I'm not from the area it took me 2hrs to drive hear. I feel like I got robbed two time. Once by the bike thief then by this tow company

Car broke down and I needed help. Candi and Raelynn in the office were knowledgeable and very kind. Lorenzo got there quickly and had my car loaded before I knew it. Highly recommend Dicks towing!

Not sure I would recommend this towing company as they price gouge people for the service that is received. The driver I got was not very helpful and I felt was rude. If I could offer one piece of advice it is cheaper to purchase a AAA membership @ $134 then it is to get your car jumped by this company!

Thank you Josh for the fast service. By the time I got home your wrecker was sitting in my driveway... less than 30 minutes. Everything went perfect except for me having the wrong air fitting on the R.V. Very reasonable in my opinion.

We called Dick’s after a family member ended up in the ditch. The driver was fantastic. We did have major sticker shock and figured out another way to get our vehicle out. Also, they wouldn’t tow until the police were called. I kind of understand where they were coming from but then again I don’t.

Excellent customer service from Rae Lynn and thorough understanding of process extremely polite and helpful throughout the entire procedure. Timmy was awesome as well with his knowledge skills and customer service. Amazing company and great people working there.

Dispatcher Gina was very professional explaining the process and had the driver to my address in record time. Chris C was very professional and did an amazing job getting the car from not an easy location to load on this truck. Will recommend Dick’s highly.

Called them at 8:30 at night because I had gotten a flat and had to leave my car stranded. Spoke with Candi on the phone and she was very kind and helpful, Curtis had my car towed to a shop very quickly. The whole process was fast, easy, and efficient, which definitely helped improve the very frustrating situation. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be going back next I need anything.

Caleb was the guy who helped get my car out of a ditch. This was my first time in a wreck and he made sure that I knew what he was doing and assured me he would get my car out without any further damage. He did an amazing job and I cannot be more grateful for his hard work today!

Caleb did a wonderful job! I broke down with my five year old son, it was getting dark and traffic was flying by me. From the initial call to being serviced was 20 to 30 minutes. He was a real help. Thank you

Dick's Towing Service went above and beyond in helping us in a "doubly" difficult situation. Erik provided advice and service, Donna was wonderful and supportive especially to my elderly mom who was a little banged up, and to Tim the tow truck driver who drove us all over the place with interesting commentary. Everyone was outstanding including the office staff who also had a hand in helping us out. Thank you all-we appreciated your concern and care.

I would like to give Caleb 10 stars if I could!!! He made sure me and my family got to a safe place and not left in the cold the day before the holiday. He didn’t leave us nor did he give up on helping us and I know it was a difficult task. We are very thankful for him and his services because he went above and beyond when most wouldn’t have. Thank you Caleb and I would never forget you!!!

If I could rate a 0 I would. The driver said I was 60 dollars short, but I was not. I owed $420 I counted 420 and gave it to him, well he counted like this and I quote “1, 2, 3, 4, 5, $100. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, $200. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, $300. 1, 2, 3, $360.” But that’s not how you count 20’s. He would have gotten $420 if he counted 1, 2, 3, 4, $100, 1, 2, 3, 4, $200, etc. or 20, 40, 60, 80, $100 or 2, 4, 6, 8, $100, etc. but no he stole $60 from me. I am severely upset with them I also called the other day and they did nothing. I don’t know the man’s name but he’s lucky I don’t or I would call him out by name. He needs to learn how to count cash PROPERLY!

We ran out of gas at midnight. Called and dispatch told us it would be an hour but Timmy was there within a half hour! Got us enough gas to make sure we could get to the closest gas station! Super friendly and great service!

Our driver Tim was super nice and very helpful he treated us like he knew us all his life. He even got along with are dogs talking to them and they even liked him. Thank You Tim for your professional service. We will Differently use them again

I locked my keys in my truck and Kalob came and had me back into my truck in less than 10 minutes. The night dispatcher Candy also worked with me to give me a fair price. Thank you both.

As I was making my way down Google’s list of “towing companies near me,” no closer companies were available or willing to tow my car from A to B (an hour drive). James was super friendly and helpful! He even made me laugh a few times, when I probably should have been upset with my situation. Yes, it was a hefty bill, but the service was unmatched! No complaints here!

My college age sons truck broke down and he is 2 hrs away from us. Everyone was great and my son said James was 100% awesome and was really great to he and his friend! He took them back to their college and dropped the truck off. Thank you for taking care of my son when we are so far away! Makes a mommas heart happy!

Called once to get a tow, they said to fill out the paperwork and they will be there soon. We waited 45 minutes then called back and asked when they would be here. He said we didn’t send the paperwork, which we did, until he actually looked and saw that we did. Then said it would be about an hour to get to us. We waited again for an hour and no one came. Called a third time and they said another hour and a half before they could get to us. We did not know we didn’t have to be at the car when it gets towed until we asked. The lack of communication is insane. They should have called when the time was being pushed back so we didn’t have to sit there waiting.

Were very quick to get to me and Josh the driver a was really cool. Needed to get my truck home after it unexpectedly stop, Josh check over the vehicle with me but we were unable to find why it stop. Overall I was satisfied 4 stars for me would of been five if it wasn't a pricey tow.

my cargo van got a flat while on a highway exit ramp, I called my insurance, and they sent a tow truck to come and change the tire, the guy failed to do so and my insurance company had to call duck's Towing, Josh Clark arrived and was able to get the tire changed within 10 minutes.

They saved the day on Friday! Thank you for getting both the car and myself safely to the shop. My driver was incredibly sweet, apologizing for his truck not being clean (It was clean) and took pictures to make sure there was no damage at the beginning and end of the trip. Thank you!

On a Sunday had a flat just outside of Findley headed to Columbus. Called and the tow truck arrived very quickly. Josh was very helpful and professional. He smiled even as he had to deal with a tire that didn't want to come off. Josh Thank You again for being so nice. Hope you enjoyed the cannoli and the b est BBQ chips in the world.
