The girl that works there is completely rude... I hit a deer like two weeks ago... The guy that loaded my car when I was trying to get all my stuff was like u gotta hurry I'm taking it... Then I call and say I was just going to bring my title in to them... And her exact words nope it's too late you can throw that away... Then I asked if I could get my stuff out and she said yeah 50 bucks
Awesome team on staff. I needed to get a pipe adjusted and they were very knowledgeable. They got me in and out the next day! They also have good prices. Would visit again.
Very rude and unprofessional. Great prices but no help at all. Asked for a time frame on when it would be ready. Called at 9 when they opened and they said sometime today maybe. But quick to take my money but want to be rude. Disappointed.

They really lowball people who don’t have the time or money to pay whatever price they want. I wish another towing service towed my car because these people are selfish, lazy, and unable to work with you.
Told them I need gas tank they said we will check if good but u got to pay for it to be pulled out and then didn’t call back then when I called it was pulled for 2 days and I can pick up and put outside and I pick up and was worse then one I pulled from my car. Don’t buy nothing from them you can find better stuff on the side of the road
They are crooks … They charged my daughter $400 to tow from Hancock 18 near Owens to their facility .. They would only take cash and were well aware that they were taking advantage of a student not from around the area
Ask for Chad he is very good at his job. I will definitely return with further needs. Legit deal on my 1996 F250 talegate. Straps and all. Even put it on before I could ask and made sure it shut correctly.
Great experience! I needed a subframe for a Malibu,and checked here after being jerked around for 3 weeks at another yard. They had the part ready for me the day after I called! And it is in great condition. Plus 50 bucks less. I would definitely recommend.

Would not recommend these guys to anyone called them to tow my vehicle and they get there and say they can't tow it without a key I lost I call another company and not only can they haul it but they could do it cheaper and when the owner of this place found out he proceeded to go to the place I had it towed and call me a lier and many other things I won't say on here the unprofessionalism shown by this man is unmatched
I needed a hub for a SD 350 with the ball joints,they tore apart a perfectly good front rear end that was worth well over what they charged me they didn’t have to do that but they did and it saved me at least acouple hundred dollars...thanks again!! You definitely got my recommendation!.
Called ahead to see if they had the part I needed. They checked and even verified that the part was in good condition. I paid over the phone and the part was ready by the time I arrived.
Friends and I have tried this place multiple times, called before hand and they say they have the part and give a price, once we drive there (to waste gas & time) they wait about 15 mins and say "we can't find the part" mostly happens to colored customers. Just saying, don't waste your time this place blows!
I wasn't able to get there earlier in the day because of work but I called ahead and they had exactly what I needed and I got the parts for a great price. Check em out.
Called them about about a car part .They told me that they had it ,by the time I got over there they didn't .So I made a trip from Carey all the way to Mortimer and it was for nothing ,but that's okay .Sometimes they do have things that I do need .So thank you anyway.
Hard to rate service when they tell you that you aren’t worth their time. I asked them about purchasing a disabled car. An older man did make an offer after telling me 100 reasons why nobody wants a Taurus, and everything wrong with it without looking at it. I also asked if they do labor / repairs (replace an a/c condenser). He then told me 100 reasons why that was a pain in the rear. He told me to wait for another employee to come in to look at my condenser. A young man came in and when was told about the condenser, he just said “don’t wanna do it”. Lazy and unprofessional. They must stay in business by lowballing the desperate.
I have always received fast and excellent service from Ron and his family. The price quotes are fair and I would recommend them to anyone looking for car parts and repair. Thank you R & A.
Great place to find parts for your car. I have a couple of trucks from the 80's and I was able to get some inexpensive replacement parts for them. I saved half the cost compared to buying new panels or trim pieces. Just picked up a truck from the 70's and they had some clean replacement fenders for it.
I asked if the rear axle was tagged with a "4L10" (L means limited slip), and stressed that it was very important as I would be driving 3 hours to pick it up. Brian went out to take measurements on it and said that it was marked 4L10.
You know where this is going, right? I drove all the way to Findlay and the axle is tagged 4.10
He then tried to tell me that limited slip meant regular non posi and that the one in my truck is the wrong one.
Do NOT waste your time with this place.
