Amy from dispatch and their technician Brandon were incredibly helpful.
We blew out 2 tires on our 20 ft enclosed trailer around 11:20 last night. After my insurance roadside assistance couldn’t solve our problem, I called Ed’s 24 Hour Service.
At first Amy told us they don’t carry our tires in stock, but that she would ask her manager about it. I called other places who just said they couldn’t help. Amy called me back to say they found the tires we needed in their shop and was able to send help.
Brandon was a great and incredibly professional technician! He arrived 90 minutes after calling Ed’s and with his help, we were back on the road by 3:40 AM.
All in all, everyone from Ed’s was wonderful to interact with. If we ever breakdown in northwest Ohio again, they will be my first call.
Josh C., was sent to tow my company's Volvo truck (see a trend?) & trailer. Energetic, diligent, and cautious. Absolutely no complaints and the man knows good music to jam to. Unfortunate to be towed again, but enjoyed my experience.
It was a pleasure to meet Eric and he was so sweet to be able to come out in the rain to assist me in wrenching out my tractor. It was a delight to actually have someone who was a very punctual on time (actually, I was told 45 minutes, but Erik was there earlier than that), polite on the phone (calling me; Letting me know he was on the way) as well as polite in person (Extremely pleasant). I will most definitely recommend Erik coming out to assist anyone at Ed’s! If I’m ever in this area again and need service I will definitely call as for most specifically asking for Erik! Thank you for all your help!
Garrett Hart showed up way before the 45 minutes he was quoted to be there, he knew what he was doing and got my tire changed and me rolling out quick. I highly recommend Ed's and Garrett!!
ED’S 24 hours helped me when I was broke down they got me towed right away and the technician Joe in the shop did an awesome job getting me back on the road the next day. They took no time getting my truck in the shop and figuring out what the issue was. Will use them again and I’m in the area and need help
Dispatcher Rae Lynn from Findlay office was very professional and kindly helped me with any questions I had. I received a quick time turn around for my tow. James was the driver. I could not have asked for a more polite and knowledgeable young man. He did a great job loading my vehicle. I will recommend them to anyone in the Bluffton, Ohio area.

Ed’s service these guys are good very professional go for Dylan & Gary they deserve raise and much more .it was shivering with cold but still that didn’t stop em for getting me back on the road safely.not all heroes wear caps and duffs but these guys are real ones ✊ RESPECT.

Josh is an awesome dude, very professional and he got to my location super fast when my truck broke down on the side of the highway. He got me out of there very quick. Would call for his tow service again when needed.

2 amazing angels came to my rescue, Josh Liles and Candy here at Eds 24 hrs Towing rescued me at Speedway on 99 having locked my keys in my car, and no money to boot!! Josh came in the middle of the night and unlocked my car!! I can't say enough, if they are willing to do this, you cannot ever go wrong using this company as your main Go To. Very honest towing and repair company! We had a truck break down in Findlay and we called Ed's for emergency towing to get our driver safely off the side of the road. They towed the truck to their shop and also did the repairs for us in a VERY reasonable price. If it was any other company, the cost of the tow alone would've been the total invoice amount of what Ed's charged us!
Man the guy Josh came out and towed me they where fast and he even was nice enough to drop me off at the hotel and guided me to some good food . I might even go work for this company
