Towing of Cincinnati JunkYard in Reading (OH)

Both the client service on the phone and towing service in person was great!! We are out of towners and were visiting Cincinnati for the first time. Our battery died and this towing company saved us! Chris was wonderful!!! Such a nice man. Service was fast and accurate.

Very professional,arrived on time, friendly. Should an issue arise where I need towing services,they are the first I will call.

Chris picked up the phone at 10 pm after we were waiting for a tow through another service. Chris provided the cost of the tow over the phone and said he would be at our location within 30 min (which he was). 100% would recommend Towing of Cincinnati to anyone who is in a pinch. Towing of Cincinnati was kind enough to come and get us when our truck broke down on the interstate and everyone else that we called was not available and we are not from Ohio and didn't know anyone around. The driver, Bear, was so professional and nice, he even drove us to our rental car. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Towing of Cincinnati and Thank you Bear!!!

Great customer service, professional and helpful. My tow truck driver, Daryl, even informed me of the potential cause of failure on my vehicle. Hopefully I will not need to get my car towed again but if I do I know who to call.

I locked my keys out of my sometime last week and the cops wouldn’t come unlock for me and suggested finding a towing company. I called a few before this one but every one else was trying to charge me 70.00+ just to unlock my car. This towing company is cheap and I don’t remember the mans name but he drove a newer blue F-150 and he was really nice and punctual. I highly recommend this towing company 👍

Unfortunately, I had my car breakdown in Blue Ash. Fortunately, AAA called Towing of Cincinnati to tow my car. Even better, Steve from Towing of Cincinnati quickly got my car on the flat bed truck and transported it to the dealer for repair. He was very careful and took very good care of my car. I needed a towing service, called and got quick response with competitive fee. Had an emergency call, had to go out of town, called back to cancel with no problems. Will use this company again. Strongly recommend it.

Steve the tow truck driver was awesome, took great care of me and my car, I had a flat tire while on I 75 south, he came in about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company.

Me n my kids were on our way home n we blew a tire on the highway my kids r 8 and 11 so I was worried about them getting restless or another car hitting ours i called a couple places n they said they could b here the fastest they helped us out and were very friendly

I I called half a dozen places everybody was unavailable I called this place and Chris was there in half an hour a half- price was right. He almost beat us to the house with the car he was towing. I highly recommend this place

My car was broken down at a friends house. I had to drop the key off when the guy showed up. By the time I got there he had left. After a few times of calling him back, we finally get an answer after being ignored. Never have I heard a company only take cash to tow a car. Not calling this company ever again.

They were there extremely professional, and arrived timely. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Can't thank the guys here enough! Very reasonable prices.

Spoke to Chris and 45 minutes later, flat tire replaced with spare! Forget Honda roadside service. Towing of Cincinnati is the best!

Called at 6:30 am because my car broke down. They took my call and the tow truck came in 20 minutes. So they tow it to the car shop and drop me off at work.

Chris showed up quick at around 9pm on a weekday for an emergency call ( ball joint snapped and was stranded on side of the road) drove it all the way to mason for a good deal .

I had trouble changing a flat because my car kept trying to roll backwards off the jack. They had a guy out about 20 minutes later, and he changed my tire for me without making me feel stupid because it never occurred to me to try my parking brake. They just lose a star because their credit card reader was down.

Showed up on time and did a great job at getting my truck to the mechanic shop before they closed..

this is a terrible company.. the owner chriss duffy never paid me my last check because i didnt want to work for this shady company anymore.. did the same thing to my friend.. then called me and offered to pay me only if i take down the review.. i was told many times by chris to charge customers watever i wanted.. call another company if u dont want to feel robbed
