Highly recommend this family owned towing service! I hit a deer going 70mph at 7:30 in the evening. They arrived quickly and were very professional. They went above and beyond to make me feel safe and informed. I’m very grateful!!
Lloyd and his family hooked me up with a sweet 22 Challenger he had in his toy room. He even took me on a little tour of his shop and fired up some of the cool cars from his collection! Great people to do business with.
A group of us attended Deerassic Classic this year. We rented 4 spots and had three campers. The first camper was already in place from earlier in the week. Upon arrival we found the other 3 spots to be a mud hole with standing water partially taking up the site. The 8500 pound truck pulling my 5th wheel, which weighs about 15,000 pounds got stuck pulling it uphill headed to the site. The other truck and bumper pull camper made it to the site. It immediately got stuck and had to be unhooked to get the camper out.we called Lloyds Towing and let me tell you, he saved the day.Lloyd responded without delay and took control of the situation. He used a skid steer to pull the number pull camper and had it placed with in minutes. After that task was complete, he then used a wrecker and a winch to pull my truck and 5th wheel up the hill.when the exact spot was determined we place wooden planks on the hillside. Lloyd winched the truck and camper while positioning the trailer tires perfectly on the planks, giving us a level camper.
I would highly recommend Lloyds Towing Service for their superior mechanical knowledge, and use of top notch equipment.
Extremely quick and professional! My rv broke down nearby and they came out within 35 minutes of calling. Really saved me in a pinch. The tow man was kind, helpful and quick! Highly recommend!!
I needed help getting an apple tree stump out of my yard!! He and Brenda came after they had a birthday dinner with their daughter!!! I mean he personally came and took care of it. How many owners do that!! Thank you so much for everything ?
About a month ago we had locked our keys in our truck. We were very short on time as we had an event to get ready for. Scott was very speedy, very pleasant, and very professional. It was a fast and painless process and I was pleased with the fee. If we are ever in another situation like that. I know who we will be calling and I look forward to seeing Scott again.

We attended the Deerasic Classic for the first time from WNY. It was pouring, and our camper got stuck. Llyod's Towing was there in minutes. They were friendly, quick, and highly professional. You could tell they knew what they were doing. They were donating their time to the event to benefit the community. What a great group! I highly recommend Lloyd's Towing!

I got a large moving truck stuck in a muddy yard and hadn't even started my move. I called Lloyd's after trying everything and only managing to get more stuck. Chris showed up in short time and calmly helped me get back on the muddy gravel road we were on. He stayed and made sure I got the truck parked without getting stuck again. Chris was very professional and calmed my frayed nerves. The price was amazing, the service was amazing, I would call these guys every single time. Chris has made me a life long fan of Lloyd's.
We can't say enough about Lloyd's customer service and expertise. When traveling , our car warning light appeared that indicated we needed to stop driving immediately. We pulled into Lloyds as the first service station we saw and it turned out that it was a day the office was closed (by appointment only). We saw someone inside and knocked, intending to ask for an open service station nearby, but they opened their door, asked what we needed and resolved the issue on the spot. Both were polite, patient and understanding of our predicament and they quickly and efficiently repaired the problem. This was a rare and significant kindness. We wish them the best in future business.
Had to use Loyds Towing for a van and am from the Cleveland area. What a class act. The best customer service I have ever experienced!!!! A family run business that is second to none. Last Friday night my fiancee and I were in Cambridge and she locked the keys in her car. We called Lloyds for help and in less than 30 minutes they arrived and unlocked the door. What really impressed me was he was so very careful not to damage her car while he was unlocking the door. If you ever need automobile assistance, call Lloyds, they are the best.
Best tow company I’ve had dealt with! From my car accident when I was a young teenager to today when I accidentally locked my keys in the car. They have always come to help. I pulled up on the scene of an accident and it just so happened to be one of my friends from school. I asked him how long he had been there and he said about 5 minutes. After making sure he was okay my other friend, Trey from school, who is Lloyd’s son was right around the turn to come get him out of the weeds. I’ve personally never needed a tow and hope I don’t, but I do know these are all dependable people and if I ever do need help I know I’ll be calling Lloyd’s Towing.
