Like many others who left reviews, the staff is just rude and look dead inside. They also mostly patch my problems as if they want me to come back asap to pay even more money. I now only go to Stoner’s for repairs because they get the job done the first time and are positive.
Alternator/serpentine belt shredded, other shops in area were too busy to help, Randy had my vehicle on the lift and belt replaced by end of same business day. Friendly, responsive, affordable, fast, honest, you name it. Will come back if need service in the future.
Randy and his staff are great. If you want an honest mechanic this is the place to go. He always comes out and explains what was done and why. His prices are reasonable as well. We've been going there for decades.

Randy really knows what he's talking about. Even though he is a busy guy if you have some patience he will absolutely take care of you. He does not overcharge, if anything, he undercharges and if you want he will show you what he is doing to your vehicle and why. Honestly, I will be taking my vehicles to him for the rest of my life because he is just so great. I highly reccomend.
We had just started an 1800 mile trip when the "check engine" light came on. I contacted Advanced Automotives and they checked it out, corrected the issue and we were back on the road. Too bad we don't live in Cambridge - I would know where I would take my cars to be serviced!
Randy is a good listener and a great automotive diagnostician. He treats you like he wants to have you coming back again. He charges you very fair prices.
I'm definitely glad I stopped in. Another shop diagnosed "the problem." Brought it in in an attempt to get a better price. Come to find out, it was something else. They fixed my breaks and got me going again without parts I didn't need. They are awesome. I would recommend it to everyone.

Randy saved us today, we had just picked up a puppy in northern Ohio, and he sacrificed himself and his people’s day. Go no where else. We broke down on I77 S, he didn’t have the time but took us anyway. He figured out the problem, fixed it, freaking burned himself when a cheap part broke away and spewed hot antifreeze all over him, but in the end was also very fair with the price. Truly want to express our sincerest gratitude. God bless Randy and his crew!

Randy did a valve job on my car instead of replacing all valves he only did 2. Put the car back together, now I'm back to the same problem because once he had it tore apart all should have been replaced. It's all about the money he's very rude and direspectful and I will never be back. He's a rip off period

My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years and since we got here we took our car to Randy and we were very happy with the results. Randy and his crew are awesome. Now we are moving about 30 min away but i will be willing to drive back anytime!!! Since the first time we met Randy we thought he was a very honest man, he always tried to save you money any way he can, he gave us advice on where we may find cheaper parts for our car and if it all failed he would just order them but he just charged the amount for the part nothing extra for him. He is just wonderful! I haven't heard anything bad about him since i have been here and I certainly refer people to him all the time!
