Great service and a wonderful job done on repairing my vehicle. It was an insurance claim. Wind kicked up and blew our trampoline which hit the house and then landed on my vehicle. Numerous scratches, dents, and a busted windshield. Can't even tell that it even happened now. Excellent job BnB.

They fixed front bumper fender and hood damage from a doe. They also fixed my hatch from a buck incident a year prior that dunning Chevrolet was supposed to fix and never did the hood b and b fixed still had anter scratches from the buck that dunning didn’t fix and the bumper that had to be fixed from the doe wasn’t aligned right by dunning from the buck after they (dunning) had my car for 3 weeks, b and b only had my car for a week. So overall very satisfied and Hank you again so very much

We had a Michigan Tech Husky Motors van break down recently in Cambridge, OH. The staff at B&B Body Shop and Towing went out of their way to assist us with a tow and finding a shop to work on our vehicle right away. I am so grateful for their service and going above and beyond for us. Thank You!

let’s just say that our night did not go as expected, firstly, our ride that takes usually 2.5 hours was going smooth until our truck just completely blew the transmission on the side of 70. we sat on the median of 70 for 4.5 hours awaiting AAA, which by the way is useless- call state highway patrol. b&b took the call right away and came to rescue us. i will say the guy that came to get us immediately knew who we were and saw us a few times while he was towing other vehicles. he was the nicest person and honestly saved us from a really bad bind we were in. he took us all the way back to columbus from the middle of cambridge. thank you guys so much for the great service and personality. i will always recommend you to anyone in the ohio valley are if they need a tow!!!

Had to have my Can-Am Spyder F3 towed. Driver was extremely respectful of the vehicle and was very knowledgeable and kind. Made this experience, despite the situation, a good one.

Love B&B! They made my car look brand new inside and out! I couldn’t believe it when I saw they cleaned the inside of my vehicle as well. Very nice people to work with and they were able to get my car in and out within a month. 100% recommend this place!

A tire blew on a trailer I was towing on Rt. 70 on a Saturday afternoon. I could not find any emergency roadside help, so called B&B to tow the trailer and tractor on it to my destination. John suggested calling TSC to see if they had a replacement tire, and they did. He ran me over to get it, replaced the wheel, and got me on my way. Saved my day! Highly recommend them.

I blew a tire on the interstate and not only did he show up promptly, he called six different tire shops to find the one that had the tires I needed. Then he towed my car 45+ miles to get it fixed. A+ for customer service B & B!

I highly recommend. They did car body work after a deer did damage to a whole side of my car. The work was well done. They are very nice and polite. I live on a very dirty road and the inside of my car was pretty messy when I took it in. I was not expecting it, but they detailed the inside. Can't say enough good things about them. Thanks.

Best towing service in the area, John was very polite ,nice and help me with the truck/ loaded trailer , he call one of the mechanics in the local truck shop repair to let him know about my situation.

The tow truck driver was very kind along with the gentleman that answered the phone. It was such a bad weather day I was lucky to get anyone out at all.

Very disappointed, got my car back 11/1/19 after having a scratch in the front bumper on the passenger side. It is now 12/24/19 and the paint is pealing. According to my estimate b&b we’re going to disassemble my font bumper, so that there would be no paint pealing, against the plastic pieces. I do not recommend them at all! U can tell that they definitely didn’t do as they promised. Update to the owners response1/15/20: Travis, I did not bring up the way you treated me and the billing issues that happened. So I'm not sure why you did, as that was very unprofessional. My review was based solely upon the fact that the workmanship of the paint job sucked. It should not have stared to peel and flake in the time that I have had the car back. And if this is your fault, why did you not offer to fix the issue?

Very disappointed in service. Sent my daughter to them to have bumper fixed. Pick up car after repairs to find that they had not done the work they promised that they would do. Questioned the work after getting it home to find out what happened. The person she talked to Named Travis said o they made a mistake and did not do all the work they promised and it would be cheaper Than their estimated price. My daughter then had to drive back to give them another check. For the repairs. At that time she questioned why the difference was not told to her. Travis said it was his fault because he did not read the body mans report on the fix. My daughter stated she would not use their establishment again. Travis then told her they did not want her business! WOW I guess a paying customer who asks questions is not wanted at B&B Body Shop And Towing. Beware this establishment make sure before you leave that your work is done. I guess we will need to find someone who want to get payed for HONEST work !

This place is an icon of the community! They saved me in an accident, cleared the highway and made everything safe! they went over and above the call of duty and drove me from the middle of Ohio back to Pittsburgh PA! Thanks!!!

Car broke down at a rest area on I 70. Was on our way to Pennsylvania. Called roadside assistance. This company came. The driver was so nice. Took our car to a garage which was Doug's Garage. It out in the middle of nowhere in Quacker City. The driver took us back into Cambridge to a hotel and even carried our bags in for us. He didn't have to. Be could have left us stranded. This company is very nice and courteous. Would highly recommend . Give 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

Excellent place to get automotive body work done. This place is very well operated, and the people are great. They did a fantastic job on my car following an accident (that was my fault...whoops). They had the car looking like new, and they even went ahead and made an additional repair at no charge. It is a very clean business. As they are a AAA ("Triple A") service provider, I have had occasion to use their emergency roadside service. Very fast response time

Visited them today the people and the office are very nice and helpful, and finished my car in a very timely fashion

Locked my keys in my truck on Christmas eve and they got to me and unlocked my vehicle within 20 minutes. Always super nice and happy to help! Thank You guys so much!
