We financed a car here. The electrical system of the windows were messed up. The alternator was bad. And we lost cold ac 3 months after having the car (compressor) they claim that all the vehicles are serviced

Simply a great experience! Our son, who's stationed overseas is in the process of transitioning back to the mainland and was searching online and found his perfect truck. My wife and I went to see the truck and met with Kyle, we test drove it and my son wanted to buy it. Since I have a POA for my son, it makes the sale, financing and other paperwork a bit more difficult to ensure everything checks out. Both Kyle and the owner Craig were very patient and understanding and were willing to do whatever it took to ensure the process went as planned. Kyle had to spend extra time on the phone with financing and title departments to work through the details. We couldn't be happier with the level of customer service at Gahanna Auto Sales and were fortunate to find them. We know right where to come when it's time for our next vehicle.

Stopped in to look at the selection as I pass this place often and notice cars in and out frequently. Originally met with Craig a salesman (I thought) that turned out to be the owner. After some good conversation, I was introduced to Kyle as my salesman. Working with both of them was a breeze and made easy on my end. I have to appreciate that aspect of no pressure that’s different from many car lots I’ve visited. So far, very pleased with my purchase and willing to go back or recommend to friends/family.

When people say the salesmen at this dealership don't pressure you to buy, they are for real. Throughout the entire process, Kyle was helpful, cooperative, and never pressured me into buying a car. When unexpected issues arose, he did his best to help me out. This is really a nice, small dealership that isn't focused on making people buy cars. They let me take the car I bought out for a couple of hours to get it inspected with no problems. If you can do business with this dealership, you'll appreciate it a lot more than going to a bigger business who focuses on volume sales.

Just bought our 3rd car from them in the past 5 years. The service is exceptional with zero pressure. First time they let us test drive 5 cars with no time restrictions. When we left without a purchase there was no pressure, no calls, no questions asked. They understand! This last time we only drove one car and purchased it. Again, they didn’t press at all. Their pricing is fair and their trade in values are also. We live 25 minutes away. There are many used dealers much closer to us but Gahanna Auto Sales is the only place we will shop for cars.👍👍

I bought my car a month ago today and I couldn't be more happy. The guys took great care of me! They made sure I was getting what I wanted without trying to pressure me into an up-sale. Every car on the lot was clean. Growing up with a dad that worked for a dealership, I know how the game is played. These guys we genuine and honest. They didn't play the salesmen games. I was impressed! I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

My buying experience has far exceeded my expectations with this dealership. I traveled 3hrs thinking this was another big commercial dealership, however, to my surprise when I arrived this was a small local dealership. I was worried due to both past experiences and story’s from my friends from other dealerships such as these. I initially drove by the place and said I’m not buying a car here. My wife and I decided to look them up and found nothing but fabulous reviews some dating back as far as 6 years discussing how great Steve and Kyle are. We decided to go and give it a shot. I was surprised that Steve and Kyle were still salesman there, then even more to discover that they have been doing it for years. All the reviews talked about a low pressure, no hassle buying experience, I’m here to tell you that those are all true, but they go beyond that they get to know your true needs and wants and do their best to get you want you want instead. We were there to buy two cars, we were able to get one, but they said they will search for our second car and let us know, it has been over a week and I have talked to Kyle three times with updates on the search. These guys truly are great! The community should be proud to have a local family owned business in a flooded commercially market of car dealerships. Before you buy a car I highly encourage you to overlook your fears of small car dealers and go talked to these true professionals! You may not find what your looking for but you will not be displeased.

If I could give ten stars I would. I recently purchased a 2017 Elantra. I visited several other dealers and they were all the same - only interested in how I was paying and what my budget was. Kyle, at Gahanna auto sales, was only interested in answering my questions and making sure I was comfortable. You will find cheaper used cars elsewhere but they will not be of the same quality and likely they will have been in an accident or have some type of past damage. At Gahanna auto sales they only have the best used cars around and they are clean as can be. They get all their cars detailed and serviced before put on the lot. This cannot be said for any of the other places I went. This is a great family owned business that deserves your business. I strongly recommend Gahanna auto sales. They are honest, caring, and true to their word.

Great place! I live very far but found that they had the best deal and before driving multiple hours I called to make sure the car I was interested in was still there. They let me know that some of the car guru and other sites listed all "available" features on all their vehicles not just was they actually had. Kyle wanted to make sure I wasn't interested in a car that didn't actually have what I wanted, especially before driving all the way there. When I arrived I was a bit worried because I didn't see the car in the lot, then they drove it out of a garage freshly washed. It was nice of them to take it off the lot for me. Kyle was very nice and laid back, offering me directions for good areas to test drive it. It had a small hole in the backseat and a scratch on the windshield, so he deducted from its price and had them try something to help with the scratches in the garage. Ended up buying from them and it was all a good experience. Never felt like I was being pressured or that anything was being hidden from me. He even took the time to fill out a little extra paperwork in case the bank didn't accept my address so I didn't have to drive all the way back. I would recommend this dealership.

After searching for several weeks for the perfect vehicle a friend suggested we contact Gahanna Auto Motors. From our first visit we were impressed with not only their inventory but the condition and low miles of their vehicles. The sales manager, Kyle, was professional, honest and patient. He let us look at several styles of vehicles and was very knowledgeable about each one. We were looking for a newer used car for my son as he heads to college. We visited a few dealerships this morning then we arrived at Gahanna Auto Sales. We really did not know what to expect other than they had a vehicle of interest and the establishment rated well online. Craig was very friendly with a no pressure sales approach, just what we like. This has been the absolute best car buying experience my fiancé and I have ever experienced! After getting the run around with large corporate dealerships, days of wasted time we decided to go local. We purchased our other car from Byers and had a very stressful, time consuming, aggravating experience. This was the complete opposite. The vehicles are high quality and fairly priced. Kyle sold me my beautiful new car. He was friendly, genuine, patient, and straightforward. No stress and no high pressure sales. They were also very efficient. The entire purchase process was complete in a little over an hour. And he finished the sale by helping me link my cell phone to the car's bluetooth, explaining the navigation, and putting a full tank of gas into the car! Wonderful service and experience overall.
