Cortez went above and beyond assisting me with replacement batteries for my vehicle key fob, handling everything quickly, professionally, and with a friendly attitude that made the entire experience effortless. This store consistently delivers guaranteed, five-star service — from product quality to customer care — and it’s clear the team truly values their customers. Manager was quick to welcome me and listen to my somewhat complex situation with a key fob. He helped me efficiently and effectively and then helped me again a few days later when I came back with another issue that was related. Very friendly and a great problem solver.

Got what I was looking for, which happened to be a specific battery 🔋 recieved assistance for the attendant to ensure it would work for my needs. Great experience overall.

Went there with my grandchildren to get batteries for their toy. They were very excited and were running around looking at things. Salesman asked if we needed help and quickly located the exact batteries we needed. Then he offerred lollypops to each child. Needless to say they were exstatic. It was a great experience and great customer service. I always find what I need when I go there. Great store.

Needed a battery replacement for an iPhone8. This was one of the few locations that would (or was willing to) install a replacment battery in an older model cell phone. Great service - less than an hour to replace the battery. Good price.

They forgot to mention my phones chassis would be torn up after replacing my battery so… that kind of sucks. After the initial battery replacement my phone was hot and restarting every 10 minutes or so and this lasted for about 8 hours and was tanking in battery for about a day and then was okay. Also, the battery replacement damaged the screen. So I went in for a screen and battery replacement and they refunded me but now my phone is much worse and restarting every 2 minutes and I cannot even complete an iCloud backup!! And there’s 2 blemished on my screen and the phone is hot but they ordered a new refurbished phone for me. 3 starts for being kind and trying to make things right.

Went in for a battery replacement and the phone was returned to us with a damaged screen and chassis. The screen has vertical lines appearing whenever the screen is on and the bezels increased in size. The chassis had scraped paint which we were told was normal during the repair process but that was not told to us on the website, email or in person before the battery replacement. We will be getting a replacement screen for free but that's just a given since the screen was damaged during the repair. If I have to do this again I would just spend a little extra money and go to Apple directly.

Kudos to staffer Harold, 83, who told us he didn't have a round 18-volt rechargeable battery we needed for an old portable radio but knew where we could get one -- at a vape shop! It took two vape shops to find the one we needed, but it was great advice. We bought some AAs, too.

Batteries Plus is a great place to get your key fob or watch batteries. The staff are professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products. They have a lifetime fee which is extremely cost effective for your key fobs or watch batteries. No matter where you are in the country, you can go to the store, give them your phone number and they will replace your battery if you paid the lifetime fee. They have so many other products to meet your needs for your electronics. They offer a military discount which is an extra savings for us vetersns. I highly recommend Batteries Plus

A friend recommended this business to me as he’d had a good experience. I went online and found that I could make an appointment to have my iPhone battery replaced. I did so, yet it didn’t seem as if the customer service provider was aware of it. It would have helped, because the battery was difficult to find. However, the work was completed very quickly (10-minutes) and everything is working well. I also received some good information regarding how I might extend the performance of my new battery. I am very satisfied and I’ll definitely return.

Great customer service. Ordered online and picked up at store. This is my third X2 battery in my cars. It has excellent construction and reviews. I recommend it to my family and friends. Downside: a bit more expensive but in the long term it lasts longer,

Stopped in Batteries Plus at the Gahanna store to have my Watch batteries replaced. They also do key fobs. Sales associate Nick was super helpful and he was very nice! Nice location!

I was traveling with my daughter and had just picked up a rental car from the airport. When starting the car I got a "key fob battery low" warning. I had no clue where to go nor how I was going to get reimbursed from the rental company. Battery+ was suggested to me and so I went to the Gahanna, OH location. The gentleman (Christopher) that helped me was extremely quick, efficient and kind. After I mentioned I was from Seattle and this was a rental car, he said, "It's on the house." Helping me even more by avoiding having to get reimbursed. This is the sort of kindness that makes me want to go back! Highly recommend this location!

Made the mistake of stopping here on a Sunday to get watch batteries replaced. Only one employee there, and he could not replace watch batteries. Ne advised I go to jewelry store. I have lifetime replacement at Batteries Plus! Last time, I asked for car remote batteries replaced, they told me remote needed to be reprogrammed for all high fee. Got batteries replaced at Lindsay Honda for $8.98! Store is half empty, but it's the closest to me. Boo.

Exemplary service and they will help you get exactly what you need. Went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I got the correct battery installed immediately. Professional courteous and knowledgeable. This is not the first time I have visited for my battery needs. It won't be the last. Special shout-out to Michael who provided the best customer service.

I had a great experience doing business with this store, excellent customer service, great & friendly team members that truly understand what customer service is. Nice to see that still exist in out country as customer service is quickly diminishing in America. But I am so happy to have given them my business and will bring them more business. Definitely your go-to shop for batteries. Just ask and they will help you.

I was a little disappointed with customer service. The gentleman told.my husband he would call as soon as my part came in. By late afternoon, I called and he said yes your part is here. So, I don't think he wanted to work on my phone until the next day. I took it in before they closed on Friday and picked it up Saturday afternoon. By this point, I had been without my phone for 4 days. This is counting from when I turned the claim in, having the part shipped and getting my phone back. The reason I give 4 stars is, other than the setback of getting my phone fixed, they are very professional, polite and do a great job on their work. The store is neat and clean.

I highly recommend this location. I lost a set of car keys and they ordered a new fob and cut a new key. My car is older and reprogramming the fob took longer than anticipated, they didn't complain and made sure everything was in working order before I left the store. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and greet you as you enter.

When needing a new car battery I called and spoke to an employee named Trey. He verified that he had the battery I needed in stock and he could install it for me at no charge. Upon arriving he immediately had me pull around the back of the store, checked my battery and alternator and confirmed that I needed a new battery. He then installed it and confirmed that my alternator was good. Whew! Trey was very pleasant and helpful and gave me the discount that I had viewed on line. I highly recommend Trey and this location of Batteries Plus.

Replaced watch batteries. $15 per watch, however, I was informed that the batteries are covered for life. That's great as usually I'm replacing every few years so pretty good deal. One little perk I've not experienced at other watch stores is they actually corrected the time and date on the watches. The two associates I met during drop-off and pick-up were courteous and nice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is both times I entered the store the associate was on a lengthy customer service call and there was no other staff on-hand so it took a little longer than wanted. Overall a very good experience.

Cullen did a wonderful job of fixing my problems. One of my key fobs broke. He replaced batteries in one key fob and actually made a 2nd, new key fob, for my Lexus. This would have cost $500 at Lexus, but was only $40 at Batteries Plus. Thanks Cullen.

These guys were amazing! Courteous knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get us the batteries we needed. Will definitely be referring friends here. They helped identify our old batteries, ensured we got the right ones and tbh, only place in Columbus that had what we needed. Thanks so much.

I ordered a car battery on line and went to the store to have it installed. Such an easy process and Steve was great to work with and did a great job. Everytime, I have been in the store, all the associates are very helpful and informative. You don't get this customer service at many places anymore.

It was super easy to schedule my appointment online. Once in the store, the associate was friendly and professional. Replacing my battery only took about 20 min since they were not busy with walk-ins. Already, the new battery is working well. I am glad it comes with a 6 month warranty in case anything goes wrong but I doubt it will. Overall, pretty happy with my experience!

I had a great experience with the staff at this store. Dave C helped me check the battery on my car for an electrical leak, which he found, but he also confirmed that my battery was otherwise in good condition. I ended up purchasing a battery jump pack that is going to be very helpful to me. I really appreciate the dedicated service I got here, and will definitely be back to do business with them again.

John, the master tech who helped me yesterday was absolutely amazing. Best repair experience I've ever had. I had a water damaged iPhone 6S+ that stopped turning on and I just wanted to grab my photos off. I drove 50 minutes to Apple just for them to hear "water damage" and simply offer "no" or "pay 1000 dollars and we can send it to a data recovery lab", not even one other solution or option... I pulled up my map and noticed this shop was 7 minutes away. I called just to see if it's something they do and got "yes, absolutely!" instead of "no", which was an instant relief. Great customer service-- I scheduled an appointment and they took me immediately when I walked in, and I got a discount just for scheduling ahead!!! The repair took 10 minutes tops, which absolutely blew my mind. John was thorough, trying more than one method to fix when the first when did not work -- not all stores are willing to go that extra mile. Being a female who also works in technology support/ repair, I was also very impressed with how the technicians didn't try to use intimidating tech speak, or try to act like I was an idiot :) Good people helping good people. I will 1000% be visiting them again for any repair needed. Thank you so much John, my superhero! Saved all my vacation photos which was well worth the very reasonable price.
