The shop was closed at 8:00am today was very surprising when its was stated open on google maps and even on a post at the door showing open 7:30a-9:00p.

On 7/18/2024 I entered the Gahanna Location to make an exchange based on being given the wrong Oil Filter and was immediately met with aggression and racist stereotypes and slander. The female manager Gina, refused to look at my receipt and instantly stated” you people are always trying to get over”. Excuse me, I have a receipt in hand and had purchased 3 filters for my families vehicles of which one was the wrong size. I’ve reached out to the corporate office and left contact information as well as held on hold for the company’s escalation department. I have the receipt still in hand along with the filter and would like to be reimbursed for the money I’ve spent being as though the filter was given by Gina, which was the wrong filter for the vehicle requested. I’m a member of the Gahanna community and don’t feel like my patronage was appreciated and level of professionalism was applauding. I was made to feel like a criminal and for that I will never shop your stores again. I request a refund immediately. Please forward a direct number or email to get this matter resolved. Or I will file this grievance with the BBB of Ohio.

This location always exceeds expectations. Not only do my husband and I shop here for our vehicle needs, the Store Manager Dawn was very happy to donate to our car show event we are hosting. Thank you Dawn and your team for being great!

This customer service soo rude to begin with. I was not my fault that my husband had to go twice for my car. The first one I oder was online to begin with thought i need it, but to finding out from my husband told me it was right one, but know it was wrong size and my husband and his buddy went back to return it without any problems, so they had to get right one, but they decided they didn't it after. When I try return it the at customer service was given me attitude about not being having Receipt in being with when I ask my husband to give to me. He wouldn't give to me. It's my fault that we didn't it for my car. She never said your welcome or anything to make Situation better. I'm disappointed felt like it's a was fault not understand why she think I didn't need it . I never had any problems until know.

Every time I go the employees are super helpful I've gotten various items, and even done a return, and every employee, especially Ruben, is amazingly reassuring, knowledgeable, and what any confused customer would want and need Nothing but great experiences there, every time

I spoke with Rubin on yesterday regarding ordering a part for my car. He was absolutely wonderful, caring and very helpful.👍🏻 I called back this morning to place the order and spoke with a woman who doesn't have inviting customer service skills. She seemed to have a negative attitude that early in the morning. 😔I have now changed my mind about placing my order there.

I had a great experience working with Reuben today, as he helped me find wipers for my Nissan Versa. We talked about several different brands and styles, including which wipers he personally recommended, considering the pricepoint. After purchasing the wipers, he offered to help me install them, even though it was windy and raining outside. Overall, he provided very fast, high quality service! Thank you!

Went in for a battery. The woman automatically had an attitude. I had my VIN number ready, but after dealing with her horrible mood I decided to go next door to Autozone and get my battery. Customer service is important, especially when there’s a business right next door that can give me what I needed. They lost out on a $200 sale! Customer service is key!

I called for a part at the Gahanna store. Was told it was being ordered and it would be at that store for pickup. I was told to be there at 4:30. Arrived at 4:30, the part hadn't even been ordered. Sent to store on Morse rd ( paid for it at Gahanna store) FOR PICKUP. Arrive at THAT store and it took 30mins to find the order. I missed my repair appointment. Never again dealing with this company.

WATCH WHAT YOU BUY , when the mistake is made by O’REILLY they DO NOT TAKE CARE OF IT, they put me in touch with ROGER at this Gahanna store. He is awful tried to belittle me, very condescending, did not hear me out after ALL the time they wasted. Should not NEVER put him in charge of the problem he could care less about the customer. COULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING DECIDED TO DO NOTHING!! O’REILLY AUTO PARTS MADE A MAJOR MISTAKE AND NEVER TOOK RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT!! PER ROGER, & JASON BURNS!! THIS RATING SHOULD BE ZERO BUT IT MAKES YOU PICK A NUMBER. O’REILLY IS A SHADY COMPANY. O’REILLY MANUFACTURERS PACKAGE THE ITEMS WRONG SOMETIME I RECEIVED 2 LEFT CALIPERS, instead of A RIGHT & LEFT. IT CRASHED MY TRUCK!! The GM JASON BURNS SAID “O’REILLY WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT” HE HAD ME SEND IN ALL PAPERWORK, THEN HE DID NOTHING … O’REILLY DID NOTHING FOR THE MISTAKE THAT TURNED INTO 4000 of repairs , they are TRASHY!!!!

So I have to update my review about O'Reilly gahanna location due to the multiple experiences I've had. The last 5 times, this store claim to have parts and when I go to purchase the part, it is nowhere. Also, I have also a special order item in which I am told it will be there the following day to later tell me it would take another 5 days to receive. It looks like the store is in chaos with inventory. They tell you, the morse rd location has it but the morse rd location knows little about customer service and can care less about helping you. What is going on O'Reilly. REALLY. I thought you were better than that. Very disapointed.

Until my visit this morning I usually chose O'Reilly Auto parts for their friendliness and helpfulness. I purchased a ratchet set there yesterday and then returned it this morning discovering that I did not need it after all. The woman at the register basically accused me of lying when she told me that she thought I used it and then returned it. I don't appreciate being called a liar even indirectly. I'll shop somewhere else now.

I purchase a battery from Oreilly after a few months the battery would no longer hold a charge, I returned it and found that I was sold a expired battery that should have never been sold it was replaced, after a few months the 2nd battery is doing the same thing I return it, after already having the alternator chk ok and a new starter, thet say their battery is good, but I no longer want to deal with this battery or o'Reilly's so I ask for a portion of the cost of battery refunded they say I'm basically stuck with this battery, the so called manager did not even bother to come speak on the phone, this is BAD business and they are more concerned with a few dollar then a customer that is not satisfied with their defective product if I could they'd get a 0 star not 1. DON'T SHOP OREILLY'S FOR YOUR BATTERY TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

Great customer services. James was very helpful. I did not go there to buy any auto parts. I needed help replacing my license plates and James was very nice to help me unscrew the screws. They were very difficult for me to remove. He was very nice, generous, and respectful. I appreciate what you done James. Thank you so much!

The customer service is always incredible and they always have the parts we need. There are 2 other car parts stores with in shouting distance but O'Reilly's gets all of our business. I think his name is Daniel (?), he is always so helpful, kind and courteous which we appreciate.

Went in for a battery. They were super nice. They interested the battery plus he put a quart of oil. The gentleman went above and beyond.

Had power steering pump helped take the pressed on wheel off old and put it on new pump was walking nothing close at all to get it done. When it's finished I'll be bringing them a pizza. 5 star saved me time and alot of money

Staff is very helpful. But, don't buy their batteries. Three different cars have over exhausted their warranty replacements the past two years.

I stopped in because I ran out of windshield washer fluid. They had a good selection at decent prices. I checked out the store and it seemed they had everything you would need for your car with a good selection. I give 4 stars because the employee was leaning on the counter playing on his phone. I finally had to get his attention to ring me up.

Sure, they offer services such as battery/electrical system testing, but only if they have sufficient staffing (at 5:45 on a Tuesday , refused service even with no one else in the store or parking lot because the employee was the only one in the store and could not go outside to hook up the tester, nor let us use the tester ourselves). We visited there this evening and ended up going to the far more professional and staffed Advance Auto Parts across the street for help and got immediate service to diagnose our issue and expert advice on best resolution. On a block with 3 auto parts stores within 100 yards of each other, we will choose another store in the future.
