Wanted to give zero stars, but it would not let me. Called business and asked how much it would be to tow a car 15 miles. Guy was super rude. Told me I don’t do quotes and hung up on me. Guess they will never get my business!!
My vehicle got stuck in a snowy ditch within an inch of a tree behind my car. Southwest Towing arrived at 10:20 a.m. and did not leave until 2:20 p.m. he made sure that he not only got me out of the ditch but he also made sure that I could get back on the road from my 1/4 mile long icy snowy driveway. He also fought with my insurance when they denied my claim and they finally approved it.

The guy that came out to "recover" as he stated my vehicle off a cabin rental driveway lacked customer service skills, was very defensive over any question I asked and his response was mainly, "I can just charge you a service fee" instead of answering any of my questions. Also when I called to schedule this towing, he said nothing of a service fee that is until he arrived and kept mentioning he can just charge me the service fee which was $175 he said just for coming out "to assess the job." I ended up paying $546.55 which was broken down by the following:
Winch/Pull-out- $175; Recovery $100; Hard Rigging Equip $125, Soft Rigging $90 ; Tax $35.53; Admin Fee $21.02. Use another company, save yourself some money and avoid this guy.
The gentleman that ultimately towed our car for us helped educate us on what could potentially be wrong the the vehicle so we didn't get ripped off by our mechanic (we do trust him). But the driver helped us with the lingo and understand how the parts work that were malfunctioning. The best part is that we did NOT have to replace our starter! Thank you guys!
Very professional ,with the handeling og my vehicle (which is a 78 Ranchero) prices cant be beat ,very polite,will definitely call them again if i need a tow
Was down in Hocking Hills on vacation on New Years day...daughter's car broke down & tried a couple local (Logan) numbers..(closed) tried AAA, was on hold for 20 min while husband called this place out of Lancaster. Had a tow in 15 min & they even recommended a great place to have it fixed (Brooksies). Very friendly tow guy...highly recommend these guys!!
