  This is actually the first time I've had Chris tow my 1948 car and I would never think about using a different tow service. Even though my car needs a lot of work, Chris handles the car as if it's brand new and showroom quality. Chris is professional, extremely knowledgeable and goes completely out of his way to provide an absolutely amazing service. You pay for what you get and I couldn't ask for anything better!

  Strange for me to say it was a pleasant towing experience, but it was! The man that towed our car was on time, professional, and nice to boot. It was clear he was knowledgeable and provided us with quality service at the best price I found after calling 4 or 5 local spots. 100% would recommend Vera Towing Services!

  I would highly recommend Vera Towing Service to anyone. Chris took extra care in towing our son's car. We didn't know that the manufacturer recommended that his type of car should be towed with a flatbed. Chris took the time to look and brought the right truck. The cost was very reasonable and Chris was great! We are so thankful for the extra care that was taken and was very pleased with Chris. We will definitely use this towing company again.   I really appreciate Vera towing! When I called in I got a very fair quote of $60, scheduled the tow waited about an hour which was nothing compared to the day before a competitor had us waiting 5 hours! Technician was very professional and friendly. I will absolutely call in again to Vera should I need further services. Thank you Chris!

  Fantastic service. I was broken down at a gas station and Chris tried to help me jump my car. After we couldn't get it started because the fuel pump was broke he gave me a great deal on towing. Very considerate, fast service, and a stand up guy doing the towing. If I ever need towed again I know who to call.

  Best Experience This is probably the most stressless & most professional towing experience I’ve ever had. He was on time, gave me updates when he was on the way, polite, professional, respected me and dressed very well. He asked me questions and even gave me an update when & where he dropped the car.!   This is my first time using Vera Towing. I gave them a call, and he gave me a estimated time that he will be out here to tow our vehicle to a local dealership. He was on time and very professional. Since he noticed that there is another car that is identical to ours, he called and asked which one our car is. Very professional, very nice and told me that he will call to let us know that our car is at the dealership. Thank you to our driver for being courteous and professional.

  I’ve never in life had an experience with a tow like I was provided yesterday. Christian N was the driver and was absolutely professional and amazing in the knowledge of his job. I even paid him too much money and he called me back to return it to me. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Very few people like that these days and gives hope to me that not all people are mean these days. Very honest, professional and extremely polite- because I was a mess. Sorry Christian N. If I was a mess and thank u again so much.

  I have had my truck towed twice by Vera towing and both experiences were great. One time from Bexley to Westerville and then another time from grandview to Westerville. Extremely fair pricing compared to other towing services I've used. Almost half the cost to be specific. The driver is always super courteous and honest about when he can get to you. He takes his time loading the vehicle and making it secure. I will not use any other tow company from here on out. If you're looking for a tow in Columbus this is the company to use!!!

  This is an example of American ethics at work. Professional, knowledgeable, and customer service at its best, over and above in my opinion.. You know you called the right number when you feel like you should be giving the guy more money than he says you owe him. Whens the last time you felt you should be paying $25 for a $14 pizza ? Well if Vera Towing sold pizza thats how good it would be. He was nearly 1/2 what 3 other companies estimated ( as much as I want to i wont even acknowledge them ). I know who I'm calling if and when future issues arise. Thank you.
