Unprofessional behavior and communication. Did not show up for confirmed appointment to pick up vehicle.

The owner confirmed the pick up time two days in advance. He did not inform me that he would need me to reconfirm the appointment via phone an hour before pickup. I am not always at my phone and available to answer calls or respond to texts at all times.
I was ready to meet him at the confirmed pickup time. I saw his missed call and text message 30 minutes prior to that time and texted him that I would be there. He rudely told me that he would no longer be picking up the vehicle and then ghosted.
His communication and behavior regarding his failure to inform me in advance of this requirement to reconfirm our appointment one hour prior to our confirmed pick up time does not reflect a professional attitude towards his business relationships. Based on my interactions with him and his responses to every other negative review here, it does not appear that he has the capacity to hear critical feedback or accept responsibility for his mistakes. I’d recommend caution when considering doing business with him.
They really worked me on times working around my schedule even when it was inconvenient for them to come get my car, answered all my questions, and came by very quickly!
John came and picked up my old Ford Escape, was quick and easy, all I had to do was sign some paperwork and the car was gone! Making the appt was easy. Would recommend!
This is the place to go if your looking to get rid of your car fast and at a reasonable price. The owner is very understandable and will work around your schedule as best as he can, they are very knowledgeable and very respectful. If I ever need a service like this again I will 100% be using this company. Thanks again!!
Totally different experience than dealing with the scrap yards or charity organizations that are actually just the middleman. Called on a Saturday afternoon. John gave me an immediate quote based on my description. He said he would be in my neighborhood the next day (Sunday) and could pick it up then even through that is not listed on their business hours. He was right on time - cash, car, done.
Very friendly and efficient. I called in and had a pick-up set for the next morning in less than 5 minutes with a price given over the phone. They showed up on time and even gave me a confirmation call ahead of time.
John was prompt, professional, friendly, and on point. Told me how much he was going to buy our Corolla for and did exactly that. Transaction was very quick. Every step of transaction was easy because of his experience and expertise.
I sold my 2009 Toyota Camry to this company and it couldn't have been more convenient. The transaction was done in 5 minutes, driver came with cash. No tow away charge, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get rid of their old and or junk car.

They were super nice and professional. One of the main reasons I went with them is because they are really big with the environment. It was a huge selling point for my family and I. They called and texted ahead to make sure I was going to be home. It was super easy and not any hassle. I would definitely be using them again if I have to. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

We had 3 vehicles that we needed to have removed.
We called John and he came and towed them all in 1 day.
He was very professional and very prompt. He said he would be here at 10:00am and he was. He was back in 2 hours and picked up another car and back again in 2 hours and got the last one. He gave us a very fair price for all 3. We would definitely use him again.

My father in law decided to dispose of his non- operative auto. I was leaving town the next day. John not only made it a seamless and quick transaction. He made sure I could accomplish it before I left. He was on time fast and true to his word A fantastic business to deal with.

I was trying to get buyers info to notarize my title and this guy is yelling at me over the phone saying he does not have to give us the name and address and sorry he can't do business with us. This is park national banks requirement for us to be able to notarize it there for free. This man was so disrespectful that I would never send anyone to do business with them .
WOW!! Amazing, spectacular service. I had 2 cars that we had sitting that we was going to "fix" up but just didn't have the time. After calling around different junk yards and other businesses, our friends suggested this gentleman. I'm so glad they did. Absolutely no fuss, straight to the point. He was on time & paid the exact amount he quoted me. And the fact that he didn't charge us for towing is amazing!! Our family will ALWAYS use this company for now on. Quickest, easiest, and hands-down best experience I've had when dealing with getting rid of a junk car. They picked it up and paid the full quoted price, which was a better offer than anywhere else we had tried, all in no time. Will use again and highly recommend to everyone!
