One of their drivers likes to park his truck in 2 spots (ketch run), even though there's enough room for them to park in 1 spot. I'm supposed to trust these guys with roadside service when they can't even park!? Zero stars for them, and AAA!
Reply: maybe your driver should park in a less populous area in the neighborhood and walk home, like he's forcing others. Better yet, don't park commercial equipment in a residential area, or drive their personal vehicle to and from work like most people. Or buy them a smaller vehicle that they can use, have the apartment complex designate a spot, but don't be jerk, and take 2 spots!
Excellent service and very reasonable pricing. He was friendly, quick getting to my car and even followed up with pictures and texts after the car was towed at desired location. 10/10!
Joshua went out of his way after work hours to tow my vehicle I just bought to my house and only charged me half of what everyone else was wanting no doubt in my mind this is the best towing business around
