Unprofessional behavior and communication. Did not show up for confirmed appointment to pick up vehicle. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER'S COMMENTS: The owner confirmed the pick up time two days in advance. He did not inform me that he would need me to reconfirm the appointment via phone an hour before pickup. I am not always at my phone and available to answer calls or respond to texts at all times. I was ready to meet him at the confirmed pickup time. I saw his missed call and text message 30 minutes prior to that time and texted him that I would be there. He rudely told me that he would no longer be picking up the vehicle and then ghosted. His communication and behavior regarding his failure to inform me in advance of this requirement to reconfirm our appointment one hour prior to our confirmed pick up time does not reflect a professional attitude towards his business relationships. Based on my interactions with him and his responses to every other negative review here, it does not appear that he has the capacity to hear critical feedback or accept responsibility for his mistakes. I’d recommend caution when considering doing business with him.
The driver was very professional, very helpful and friendly. Appreciated the service greatly. Got a fair price on our deal. Thank you very much.
