It took a long time to finish my car. It took 21 days and I didn't think it would take this long. No loaner car and using a rental car...is expensive. The finished car work was great, but in the future, would go elsewhere.
Previously Caliber was in Willard and they closed. Monroeville Caliber did not provide a car loaner but having a rental car $50/day. It's was very expensive with waiting for my car to be done.
Would I do it again... Probably not, would have done elsewhere and get a Willard collision repair shop.
After a deer accident, Caliber Collision repaired my vehicle back to new within the time promised. They consistently kept me informed throughout the process.
Caliber Collision did a really nice repair to my car, plus they detailed it before returning to me, which is a very nice touch! They kept me informed every step of the way, giving me regualr updates and patiently answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them.
My vehicle was better than new when I got it back there was an unexpected delay due to part delivery that was weather related reason it was understandable. Definitely great job overall

They do not, have not tried to keep me informed of anything about my truck.
It’s been in there possession for several weeks now, Amber has lied to me on multiple occasions about the status and on they cannot do an alignment on a F250, crew cab, long bed, even though they reassured me they could. (With out a doubt this is a very long truck, how could they not have known)
Not a place for any kind of business, they have things worked out with insurance companies not with vehicle owners in mind.

After hitting a deer, the entire passenger side of my car was dented in and the headlight was broken. Caliber Collision fixed it perfectly in a timely manner and it actually looks better than before the accident. Would highly recommend them!
Unfortunately I struck a deer with my 2023 Ford F-150. Insurance company recommended Caliber Collision. There was a lot of damage to the front left and grill area. Dropped my truck off at Caliber and within 2 Weeks they had the truck looking like new again. Was very pleased with the workmanship and professional service. If you want your vehicle fixed right, Caliber Collision is the way to go. I highly recommend them.
After hitting my very first deer, I was unsure where to take my car. After reading reviews I decided on Caliber and I was not disappointed! They were very kind and informative! They were actually able to get repairs done much faster than I even anticipated! I did appreciate the text updates for sure. My car looked so good when done and even the inside was cleaned up (thank you, it was a mess!!) Amber was very reassuring that if I had any issues to bring it back! As luck would have it, I did have a light come on after pick up, so she got me in right away and it was taken care of! I feel confident that if anything else arises they will back up their work! My first choice for repairs is always Caliber Collision. We love the Monroeville location and thankfully Progressive has them as a preferred provider. We have had several of our cars serviced there and have never had any issues. Highly recommended! Thank you!

The Caliber Collison repare experience was GREAT !!! My car was done on the date they promised it. It looks beautiful and runs well. If there are any problems, I was told to return the car so the problem can be corrected. WONDERFUL job. No return trip was needed. !! I would recommend Caliber Colllision. I especially liked that I could leave my Enterprise rental car there and they would have lEnterprise pick up the rental for me at their repair shop !!!
The staff was incredibly kind. When other auto shops were reluctant to repair my car, my State Farm agent contacted them. And they accepted the repair work right away. I dropped my car off on a Friday, and on the following Tuesday, they completed the repair work. The car looked great and was clean both inside and outside. They did an excellent job. And I am very grateful for their superb work. Caliber Collision Monroeville is the best auto shop around.
I had Caliber Collision repair the tailgate on my 2019 Froed Ranger. They did a fantastic job, got it done before the projected date, and it looks like new again. I'm very happy with their work.
I’m 18, and here for a summer job. Got into an accident first week here, and the front was completely caved inwards so I had to take my car to Caliber to get it fixed. While I was there, I was treated so kindly and was never spoken down to or treated as if I were not an adult who could understand the severity of the situation. Amber took time out of her day to drive me back home after I dropped off my car and couldn’t get an Uber or Lyft to come get me, and my vehicle was finished a week and a half earlier than originally promised. Amber also worked to save my car from being totaled, as it was close to it. Huge thank you from me to Caliber, and especially to Amber. Before and afters are shown below.

I took my Jeep there with front end damage and exhaust damage. They pushed my insurance company and got everything paid for. Better than that, they finished the work one day early and saved me money on my rental.
The body work they did was top notch. I will appsalutly take my vehicle back to them if I am ever in need auto body work again.
I have used Caliber Collision twice. Each time everyone has been very friendly, professional , understanding, and my vehicle looked brand new. Logan was fantastic at keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle on the app, and often followed up with phone calls. He was great providing video and pictures of my vehicle and work with me when it was time for me to pick it up. Very satisfied with the service and repair of the vehicle. I would use them again.

Very excellent service! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. My car was damaged, from a raccoon strike. Caliber had my rental waiting for me when I dropped off my car to be fixed. I got my car back, roughly a week later. Everything was fixed, they even detailed the interior for me. EXCELLENT work!! Can't recommend them enough!
Amazing customer service start to finish! They kept me informed on everything that was going on and were extremely patient with me and my work schedule! They got it done quicker than anticipated and had no problems working with me on a later pick-up date! Thank you so much for getting my car back to me in better shape than even before I had my accident! For future reference to anyone, if you have aftermarket parts such as brighter headlights and you get a repair through insurance, they will only replace with stock parts but they will make it look as best as possible!
These guys were top notch from the first phone call straight thru to when I picked up my car. Listened to my concerns during check in calls and then went and looked at what I was talking about before releasing my car. Picked up my car, it had been detailed all the way thru to the inside. I hit a deer in my mustang on my way to work. I stopped in at Caliber and was greeted by Ceilia Fitzgerald. She was very polite and informative, which was one of the many reasons I chose Caliber to repair my car. I admit I was unsure, since I had only let Fitzgeralds work on my cars in the past. She assured me the quality of work had not changed. I took her word and left my car to be repaired. She also gave me a ride home. They were very informative during the whole process. When the car was done it was delivered to me and it looked amazing! They did a great job from start to finish. Don’t forget “Hit a deer and get a turkey” ! Thanks for a great experience!
