I came there at 2:45pm and they close at 5pm because my brakes were grinding. They immediately took it back to check the wear and tear on them. They were able to replace them while I waited and I didn’t wait long. Customer service was amazing. Amanda was the absolute best, gave great service, explained everything and kept me updated. Will definitely go for more service.
Awesome service ! Came in for a last minute emergency with my tire and the man at the front desk was very kind and funny and Billy my technician got me together in less than 30 mins . Very smooth process , it’s nice to have reliable places to fall back on and this is one of them !

Came in with a flat tire and rim damage on Monday. Service was exceptional with Bridges at the desk. Great guy and made the situation go as smooth as possible.

If there was an option to rate this location a zero, I would. On Monday, January 19th, I had my car towed up to this location by AAA at around 1am. I called immediately at 8am to explain that my car was towed there due to two blown tires on the driver's side and a bent rim on the front, driver side rim. After awaiting until about 10am and not receiving a call back, I uber'd up to this location. I was advised that although my tires were under warranty, they would have to be ordered and that I would need an entirely new rim for the front, driver's side rim, as it could not be repaired. I opted to order my own rim but would leave my car there to await the arrival of the two new tires. I was advised before leaving that the tires and car should be ready by Wednesday, Jan. 21st. I arrived on Wednesday morning at 8am to pick up my work badge from my vehicle, and noticed that it was no longer in the garage, but pulled into a parking lot (mind you, there was a spare on the front tire, but the back tire was still flat -rim to the ground). I received a call Wednesday evening that my car would also need a rim on the back tire as well and that apparently this was not noticed during the initial inspection of the vehicle on Monday. I immediately asked how was my car moved from the garage to the NTB parking lot, as I noticed earlier that morning when I went to pick up my work badge. I was advised that it was driven ON THE FLAT TIRE AND RIM to be moved into the parking lot. So the obvious question would be - is that why now I suddenly needed a new rim on the back tire. Because after the initial inspection on that Monday, I was told that the back tire rim was fine - just the front needed to be replaced. Thursday morning, I received a call from the very unprofessional Chad who repeated that I needed a rim in the back. When I asked is it possible the back rim was damaged when it was driven on by your technicians to move my vehicle from the garage to the parking lot. His response was "well you drove it here on the rim". WHICH IS INCORRECT. My vehicle was TOWED BY AAA at 1am on 1/19/2026. I did not drive it there. Then he went on to say get very smart and unprofessional with me stating that "they are not responsible for my car. And either way I need a new rim so either order it or not". Interesting. Myself and my boyfriend arrived to NTB shortly there after, and interestingly enough, Chad had a totally different tone now that I was with a man, as opposed to how he sounded on the phone when it was just I (or so he thought. My boyfriend was in the background listening to the entire conversation). Chad then explains that he could charge me $399.99 to "fix" the damage rim. When my boyfriend asked to see the now "damaged" rim on the back tire, Chad goes to the garage then comes back and miraculously there was an error. The technician "accidently" put the damaged rim from the front, drivers side tire on the rear tire. So the rear rim was in fact fine. Mind you, the "damaged" rim that they accidently put on the rear tire, is the same rim from the front tire that I was initially told could not be fixed, when I came to NTB that Monday, alone, which is why I ordered a new one. Besides the incredibly NASTY and unprofessional way in which Chad does business, the fact that it took me coming up to the shop with a man to get accurate information and "semi" professional service is egregious. The communication is piss poor. I has to call numerous times to check on my vehicle and Chad even made a comment, when I brought my replacement rim, that was used but in great condition, that he doesn't work on used rims because they often arrive bent. Mine was not. But making the comment before you even saw the rim let's me know that he was going to try his best to get me to purchase a new rim from NTB that would have been $655. I would not recommend this NTB location ANYONE. Terrible service, and negligent. How do you put the wrong, damaged, rim on a new tire when you have the undamaged one there as well?????????????????
I had a great experience and it started from the initial phone call with Bridges.I normally go to the Beachwood location since its close to my job. But today they were extremely busy. The guy that answered the phone was friendly and made me feel welcome. Once I arrived he gave me great customer service, he was very personable and easy to communicate with. He smile and laugh with me.. I will visit again.
We’ve been loyal NTB customers for years and usually go to the Streetsboro location because the service is always excellent. Unfortunately, my husband’s experience at the South Euclid store this past Wednesday was very disappointing. The service representative, Chad, was rude and even hesitated to put air in the tire of the friend who gave my husband a ride to the shop.
It’s frustrating to see such a lack of customer focus, especially when other NTB locations consistently provide great service. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
Bridges just saved my day and lifted my spirit, and it's not even time for my appointment yet. Was stressed to reschedule, and he instantly put me as ease, and got me even more excited for the solution. Bridges and TK were amazing!!! I had a nail in my tire and they got me fixed and out the door safely and in great time. The shop was super busy, but they made me feel like I was a VIP! Amazing. Will definitely return!!

Had a great experience with this location. We’ve in Cleveland for the last four months staying at the Hope Lodge while my wife was being treated at the Cleveland Clinic.
We had hit a pothole and damaged the front passenger wheel.
They(Chad) ordered a new tire for me and an another for a match since my drive side tire was ready for a new tire as well.
I brought in the new wheel and they put the new tire on it and the other on the drivers side within an hour and I was out the door.
The rates were very fair and honest and I was highly satisfied with my experience. Especially when you consider how out of town customers are sometime treated.
Highly recommended this NTB location.

I went in to get my front light fixed. I was told my wiring was just crossed and the guy fixed it. Since I been experiencing different messages pop up saying check something. I tried to take it back so they can put it back how they found it and was told they don’t do things like that there. Your employee did just last week. Now my battery is being drained and they won’t put it back. This is ridiculous to do something on a customer vehicle and turn around and say we don’t do that and we can’t put it back. I’m reporting this company to the BBB. I guess the owner reached out but nothing has been done about the situation so now I have to get a lawyer involved!
NTB provides consistently friendly, reliable service. Scheduling is easy both via their website and over the phone. Their lobby is clean and has Wi-Fi if you need to wait.
Representative Bridges was a huge help today. NTB National Tire and Battery in South Euclid really looked out for me. I came in with a flat tire and they got me in and out in under an hour. The service was quick, friendly, and straight to the point. They explained everything clearly and did not try to push anything extra. I would definitely come back and recommend them to anyone who needs fast and reliable tire service
had a great experience here with Bridges. he has excellent customer service skills, advised me on oil types and suggestions for brake changes in the future. will make this my primary ntb location moving forward solely based on his care!
I was told first come first served, arrived at 7:40 am first customer there to replace air valve sensors on two tires, didn’t get my vehicle until 4:13 pm, the manager there was very rude and when I asked when my car get in he said it will be done today or I could get my keys and take my vehicle and this at around 3:15 pm and that’s when the guy who took me in the morning said no we’re about to pull your car in now. This is a horrible way to treat a customer, I hope that NTB takes a look at getting that manager better customer service training because he needs it
Mr. Bridges , was very attentive to me when I walked into Ntb! I explained to Mr. Bridges, that I was here putting air in my front tire, but I could hear and it coming out & also can see the bubbles , because the ground was wet. He immediately came out & analyzed the tire, and seen that there was a piece of metal in tire. Advised me the amount and tires that they had ! I would like to say, that it was a pleasure & the customer service was outstanding . Lisa
Beware of Chad
I was visiting my sister. My brother, a mechanic, had checked my car thoroughly before my 1100-mile drive to Cleveland. After I arrived, one of the tires went flat in the driveway, so came to the store for a repair. Was told I needed new rear tires, my brother told me that was probably correct. I left the car with them and went off to an appointment, only to see afterwards that the tire shop had been blowing up my phone. They had mounted the tires, but had “discovered” that I needed a new bearing in one wheel and new struts. Called my brother… he said nope. They wanted to charge me thousands of dollars. I paid for the tires and left the next day, after being informed it was “not advisable” and I was taking my life in my hands. Not a whimper from the wheel bearing all the way back. They’ll rip you off in a heartbeat if you’re a woman and they think you’re stupid.

Went to another place and they were not pleasant or helpful when I stated I had a low tire light on. They suggested I take it to the dealership. Luckily I found NTB and it was a pleasure from start to finish. Clean, professional and friendly customer service! Looking for a place to not get price gouged and quality work this is it!
