monthly pass member. sometimes you get an awesome wash, the one you paid for, and sometimes you get through in 30 secs and your car is still wet. idk go at your own risk. this location is always packed and most drivers/customers are inconsiderate.
i also witness a woman get pulled out of her car by sepd. that was fun
The attendants are incredibly pushy about the monthly membership. The attendant I had made me say I am not interested several times until I finally just said I could not afford a monthly membership right now. He then said it is only six more dollars, which I again said I can’t afford at the moment, and then he questioned why I am spending my last 16 dollars on a car wash. If I had not waited in line for over 20 minutes I would have taken my business elsewhere. I will never be going back.
Wash was good, but I don’t need to tell the attendant 3 times that I don’t want a membership. I suggested that and was told, “We’re taught to get 3 no’s” That’s not good policy.
Workers also need to monitor the line merging. People should not have to blare on horns and yell at each other in line to go through a car wash. Avoid this location.
Just waited in line for over 20 mins which is no big deal cuz it’s the busy time, but there’s absolutely no direction after you’ve made your payment/been scanned. The car in front of me and I got cut in line twice so when I brought it to the attention of someone who worked here, he told ME to calm down and to “not cut anyone else off” 😂 wth?! Middleburg Hts location is a thousand times better lol
I like this place and have been a member since they opened. The only gripe I have about this place is the traffic. Is it busy? Sure which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. However the big problem is what happens after you get to the second part of the line. Because people don’t know how to merge, either the customers either need direction since their only concern is being the next car in line, or they need to get rid of the third lane.
Love them but they close at 8pm and are always crowded but love the membership its worth the wait. South Euclid location has a inside garage to free vacuum and wipe down vehicle.
Bad service ONLY at this location. Watch for a lot of scratches after getting your car washed. Manager never cleans all the machines and components. B careful to get your car ruined bc they are "not responsible" for messing up your car
Depending on where you go the over by me the workers are rude..its always break down .. Vacuums don't work. Its going down hill for the price..and area you would think better service
I will no longer come here; never had a problem until last week; the server Sharnika Callaway was ignorantly rude, and grossly unprofessional. As she raised her voice at me and said "I was acting ignorant" after she repeatedly with a rude inpatient tone stated that tap pay is not accepted; I calmly told her I was aware each time; as I was moving money on my phone to pay. The store manager Matthew was unbothered and stoic; regarding her behavior; he will more than likely do nothing about the matter. This kids in the work force are becoming more and more belligerent.
The attendants were attentive and helpful. The line moved steady and the wash was good. I purchased a membership and it's a pretty good deal, if you go into the wash once a week it pays for itself.
Signed up at a different location but indoor vacuums are dope and staff was cool. Talked to 2 mangers, George and Matthew, because I had a question about membership and they were super friendly and great informants
A long wait duration on most visits! Check to see if you are actually receiving the service(s) you paid for. A few times the ceramic wax wasn't applied, had to go thru again.
Either the hours of operation are incorrect, or the attendant is late doing their job to get the place opened. It's past 0700, and they still aren't open. And the attendant rolled his eyes at me.
I know the vacuums are free but jeez! Can they actually work? The adapter piece comes off or most of them provide then the others where the piece is securely attached- there is no suction just for small crumbs. What is the membership paying for???
Love this place. They need to pay them more and hire a couple more staff members the staff here worked very hard every day. This is probably one of the busiest car washes that they have. I’ve been coming here for about three years. I am a monthly member and I feel like they smile through the pain because this is not an easy job, especially monitoring so many sections with such limited staff. They deserve a raise because they still smile they help they go above and beyond, and they work extremely hard. Keep up the good work guys.
The best place to get your car wash! I have had an unlimited package since this store first opened and the staff, everyone is so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!!!
The South Euclid location was my go-to spot when on Mayfield. I always take my children with me. However, my daughter was advised that she was told the restrooms are no longer available to the public. I had to go find out for myself. Now, had I been informed of this, I would never have renewed my membership a few moments earlier. This will be the last time. My children almost always have to use the restroom when at Clean Express. I have a temporary medical condition when I have uncontrollable urges to urinate. This new policy has compounded things. I will find a new place to maintain my vehicle. I'm sure I am not the only person who feels this way.
Although it doesn’t always get my car completely clean—sometimes there’s still soap left on it, and I’ve even had a scratch once—it’s still a great deal overall. Most of the staff are great, even the younger team members, who are surprisingly respectful and friendly. I especially want to recognize Christian—his customer service was outstanding. He was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond. Truly impressive.
This is a very good car wash. The customer service is excellent. They are very friendly. At some facilities, you may have glitches with their equipment. They are always available to make sure they address any issues to make sure your wait time is limited. I like that.
Update: I just returned from out of town, 08/04/24, and my car was full of bugs. I assumed that I would have to go through the wash twice. As I started to drive through, I noticed some liquid coming down on my car before I actually drove in. It was bug removal. I was not expecting that, and I was extremely happy. This carwash is great!!!💯
Update: I just wanted to add that the customer service is excellent. These young people are always there to help you if you need it. 🙌💯

The car wash is adequate but there are NO PROVISIONS to clean out salty/muddy floor mats!
The staff is always nice and always around when I accidentally vacuum up something my son leaves in the car. Lol Thank you to the gentleman for helping and going out your way to rescue my sons sports sleeve today!
Good vacuums, terrible consideration for people with disabilities. Same employee car constantly parked in blocked off ADA space and worse, employees who proceed get offended and accuse you of being extremely bothered when you point that out. Apparently staff are directed to park in these spaces by management.
Encourage management to actually research why these blocked off spaces exist and educate your employees on the importance of being aware of guests with disabilities :) the fact that someone is unlikely to be getting out of their car in a wheelchair at a car wash is IRRELEVANT!

My son liked the green lights inside the car was. We got the $12 single deal.
It cleaned well! Not sure about the monthly membership deal yet.
The free vacuums inside and outside is a plus, weather ready. That's for sure!
Wish they did car detailing! That would make this place super awesome!
