I would have given a 10 out of 10 but they did not fill my windshield washer resevoir which was on empty. When I pointed it out though they were on it immediately and the gentleman told me he was off the day before when they did the service but was told they did not get thier shipment of washer fluid. He asked if i would be willing to stop at the Autozone down the street and he would call over there and get me washer fluid. The man at the store said he got the call from Firestone and went out and filled my resevoir and billed Firestone for it. I thought it was a great way to handle the issue and i would come back because of that
Took a 2009 car to get tires. They quoted 140 each plus install. I asked for a less expensive tire. He said that was all they had. Drive across the street to Conrads tire. 65 bucks a tire. And 40 to put them on. Firestone is a not customer friendly and price way too high. He didnt even care that I walked out. And I am a retuen customer with a cc at 0 balance. Maybe management changed.
I called Firestone Rocky River at 7:30a today to see about getting air in my tires on my lunch break and was courteously directed to just pull up to the middle bay (3rd garage door) and let someone know I’m there.
I pulled up at 12:01p, and was greeted by a friendly guy as soon as I walked through the door asking how he can help. As soon as I told him, he put his coat on and asked me to pull my car up to the 3rd bay, which I told him I did already.
Within 8 mins my tires were all filled and the man, (who I later learned is the manager, Rich), also let me know that my tires were each at 26, probably from the cold.
I thanked him for his excellent service and let him know of the bad experience I had last week with his competitor down the street who had a broken air pump outside and said her 2 techs were both on lunch.
Been coming here for years, Andy and Vince always take care of me. Didn’t catch her name but the new rep upfront was very pleasant to everyone that came through the door. Highly recommend.
Got quoted $1300 to fix a broken thermostat on my truck, a 2 hour job max and about $200 in parts. I ended up getting it fixed for $400 by a more reputable mechanic. Would highly recommend going to another place to get any meaningful repairs done as they will try to overcharge you if they think you don’t know better.
Had to find service on a Saturday after breaking down and needing towed. Firestone was the only shop open on a Saturday. Vince answered the phone and was very friendly and said he would do his best to get the vehicle diagnosed ASAP. Ended up being a battery/alternator issue plus serpentine belt. Quickly got us in, diagnosed, and even fully repaired less than 24 hours later so I didn't have to miss work. Took a stressful situation and flipped it around to be quite pleasant. Very thankful for the weekend hours!
I had an appointment with another nearby auto shop that initially told me my single tire replacement would be completed by noon, but informed me when I handed over my keys that it would actually take the entire day. Firestone was able to get me in immediately, had my tire size available on site, and completed the job in under an hour and a half. The staff was very kind and helpful. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you, Firestone!
Vince the person upfront was a very trustable guy. Tony, one of the mechanics did a very good job on my car. I would highly recommend this location. I’m very thankful of the people working here.
Took my car in for oil change, and placing on new tires. Car returned and it was not driving straight. Car taken back. Returned to me, and still not driving straight. Returned to Firestone and they said “take it to a dealership, it could a quirk of the car”. Talked with a dealership tech which said “the wheels are straight, the steering wheel is not.” Called Firestone, told them the dealership’s investigation. They took my car, told me they performed a steering wheel angle reset. Got the car back, and it still does not drive straight. I’m contacting corporate to demand a refund of my purchase. Wasted hours of my time and partners time over weeks since the initial visit. Either the team members don’t care about doing the job, or they have no aspirations of doing a good job the first time. All they care about are oil changes and upselling to customers for higher turnovers. Very disappointing and very frustrating as I have to drive a crooked steering wheel during my 2 hour commute.

I was given a timely appointment for a leaky tire. The tech started his work on time. I got to watch through the large window (what they called Firestone TV). The work was done in a timely manner, and three days later, the tire is still leak-free. And the price was much lower than I expected. All in all, it is hard to ask for a better experience.,
Anthony was extremely professional and helpful in resolving a problem that occurred at a different Firestone location. He expressed concern with the safety of the vehicle and made room to fit me in. The job was completed sooner than promised . Overall I left with the confidence that the issue would be handled properly and timely.
Staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and very welcoming. I called before visiting the shop and talk to Rich. Rich gave me a great price quote for one of my Mercedes Benz Sprinter 2500 cargo vans. I dropped the van off and when the task was done, shop called me to let me know. When I arrived at the shop, staff was welcoming again. I was approved for Firestone credit card while I was there and got an offer of six months same as cash offer. Before the check out, I asked about the military discount, even though Rich gave me 15% off on the tires, he added 10% for my military service.
If you are a veteran of an active duty service member, this is the shop you need to visit. Everyone was so respectful and thanked me for the business and my military service. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
I was very pleased with the service that I got from Firestone. As busy as they were on Sunday, I called and voiced my concern about buying a car out in Cleveland and making it back to Columbus. They squeeze me right in and got me taken care of. Thank you to the technician Andy And the two upfront that we’re busy and bombarded with phone calls all day to help every customer out. THANK YOU!
I told them I wanted new break pads,new front rotors deep inspection and alignment check But charged me 600 dollars and I told them thats it. They then did brake fluids as well without my permission. The total was 716$ They didn’t even do alignment check because my car still turns to the right when I press brake.
I must say, first, that the service on my car was great. Everything was fixed and done in an extremely timely manner. As for the customer service piece, that was extremely lacking. Upon calling to get an update I was told of everything that was done on my car and then was asked if I would like to pay for it over the phone. I politely declined and asked if I could simply pick up my car and pay for it the next day, being that it was Halloween evening and we had our kids getting ready to go out. She said that she would need payment over the phone because it was the end of the month (for whatever that means). I offered then to come in to the shop that evening, which derailed our Halloween plans and upon going to pay, I realized I forgot my checkbook. With no other way to pay I had to sign up for one of the shop's Firestone credit cards, which obviously impacted my credit score. I was able to pay but not without the hassle of having to do all of this when I could have simply come in the next day and paid for it by check. Clearly they wanted to meet some sort of a quota for the month of October.
I came on a busy Saturday with a headlight issue. Within an hour, the light was changed and the problem was solved. Everyone was so nice, professional, and went beyond my expectations to help me. Would definitely recommend!

I received very good information and advice from the sales associate who wrote up my order. She later helped me resolve a question regarding the tires I purchased from Tire Rack for installation and alignment by Firestone. My appointment was for 8:00 am, but my car was not ready for pickup until 3:00 pm. The service technician who did the installation failed to set the correct tire pressures. Each cold tire pressure was higher than manufacturer recommendation by between 3 and 6 psi. I used the 24/7 free air service at Goodyear across the street to save a trip back during the next business day. The service technician did not bother to reset the car's automated maintenance reminder mileage and date. The very poorly handwritten window sticker looks unprofessional in comparison with most other service centers' computer printed stickers. Fortunately, after setting the correct pressure, the tires and alignment perform very well.
This place was awesome! I had a nail in my tire, and they got me in right away, saving me a ton of time so I could get to work. The facility was great, everyone was respectful, and they got the job done quickly. Special thanks to Rich!
This Firestone is always pleasant, efficient, and completes the task asked of them. My family has used Firestone for years, even before I was born so it was a no brainer to the same. I'm just happy to find a location that makes me want to keep coming back. The staff are wonderful!
If I could give them 100 stars I would! I took in my daughter’s car with a flat tire and was in and out in less than 45 minutes! Would highly recommend!
From the minute I made the phone call asking if I could bring my car in for a tire with extremely low pressure to the minute I left, I was greeted with friendly, helpful staff. I did not have an appointment and they were willing to take me in and take care of my tire. They told me it could be an hour and a half to 2 hour wait. I stepped across the street to do some shopping and in less than an hour I got a phone call that my car was ready. Super friendly, fast service! And thank you for being open on a Sunday. People still get flat tires on a Sunday and need somewhere to go. I appreciate that you are willing to be open.

I was on a business trip 4 hrs away and got a flat. I called and the First Lady I spoke to was not helpful stating there was no way it would get done next day as they were busy. I hung up very frustrated but happy she told me she didn’t work the next day. I called the next day and Lee was amazing! He listened and took care of everything and had me out the door by 10 am. I am so very thankful for his empathy and willingness to make it work. I am safely home due to his effort and attention! Thank you!
