I absolutely love this Autozone! They are so helpful and kind and always replace my bulbs--even when they're difficult to reach. In spite of the pouring rain, Pete and Dave worked until they replaced everything. Best customer service ever!
My windshield wiper broke on a snowy day. A helpful young man chose the right one and installed it for me within minutes. That allowed me to be on time for work.
That was last year. Today, Peter helped me figure out if the check engine light meant there's a serious problem needing a costly repair. There isn't. Although free, his help was invaluable to me. Another 5-star review.
After two failed attempts at other AutoZones my local one did not disappoint. Greeted in the parking lot, and in the store. Got the help I needed identifying the options for replacement head lamps. As well why a check engine light was coming on. Store is always clean and inviting!
I went in today and the two gentlemen working were so nice!! I came once for my car battery and the guy helping me was really patient. Then I came back just now for my boyfriend's light to be replaced on his car, and that guy was also very nice and helpful! Great staff at this location.
I ordered a part online and then when I went to pick it up, it ended up not being the part I needed, and the assistant manager basically told me he’s not that kind of guy to be looking around for parts, All I needed him to do was look in the computer and look me up the correct part and this guy was seriously agitated. I’m not sure what happened right before I walked in, but this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life.
John and Jayden are amazing . They genuinely go out of their way and spend enough time to make every customer's experinece seamless and quick. Every interaction with them shows how much they value and love their work.
Helpful place . Bought my new car battery there and they installed it for free. And then I need a new windshield wipers blades they helped me pick out the correct size for my car and then they installed them for free. That's a plus when you need help and they are always willing to help 👍. Great place 👍.
I have been coming to this location for 5 years and have never had an issue. I was there July 30 because the battery I purchased in January would not hold a charge. I had AAA come out for a jump and they tested my battery and it turned out to be bad. I drove to this location and told the 2 clerks what was going on. They looked up my account, and tested the battery. They said the battery was draining and that they would have to check my alternator and other components, but the battery would have to be fully charged. I did not have time to wait and said that I would rather have the battery warrantied out. Plus, AAA had already tested the components and battery and the battery test came back that it was bad. I showed them those results. They argued and said it was not the battery, it was something else, but ultimately gave in. They both acted like I was taking one of their own personal batteries. Jayden, the clerk who changed out my battery, had an very big attitude and was very rude. After he put the new battery in my car, he asked if I wanted him to check the alternator and other charging systems since the new battery was in. I let him check. I was sitting in the drivers seat and he barked orders to me from the front of the car, never "please start your car" or "please turn it off", he just shouted with an attitude. When the results from the system test came back with a pass, he leaned in to the drivers side and said here, and tossed the receipt from the test at me. This is not the way employees should be allowed to treat customers, especially one who has been a customer of AutoZone as far as I have been (about 15 years, and 5 at this location).
I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone in Rocky River thanks to Al! My check engine light came on, and he went above and beyond to help me. Al was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and put my mind at ease about my car. He got me squared away quickly and made the whole process stress-free. Exceptional customer service—thank you, Al!
John S. Is an absolute angel. I took my vehicle to the Rocky River Autozone after a jump. Another associate was helping us try to find a warranty and they introduced us to John S. to start the testing process. He was able to test my battery with an electronic and manual testing device. He took the time to inspect the current battery and determine what we should do. He went into depth making sure the replacement would not only work but work better in my vehicle. He was so sweet to stay after his shift to install the battery and reset it to the cars computer. John S. needs a raise for his magnificent customer service. I had a wonderful experience and if I need anymore car assistance I will go to see John. Thank you so much for your help.
Called the store and Jayden answered. He answered all my questions that I had went up to the store and he was very helpful knew. What he was talking about and everything very great customer service skills very friendly. Great job Jayden.

My right headlight was out when I left for work this morning and stopped by Rocky River Autozone before my meeting. I arrived when they opened & John S. was so helpful and efficient. I also got new windshield wiper blades and filled washer fluid. Got everything done with plenty of time to get to where I needed to be. Highly recommended this location!
John the manager was so helpful. Not only did he take the time to research what I needed to buy, he installed my remote start new battery (tiny screws, outdated model, lots of Googling) and saved me a lot of time and frustration with little parts.

This location was wonderful! John helped my husband over the phone and when I came in he had everything ready for us. He installed the battery, was very professional and patient with my family in tow! He was knowledgeable and even helped me get my maintenance lights off and explained why they may have come on. Can’t say enough good things. We will be back for our needs in the future! Thanks for taking the time to help us, it didn't go unnoticed!
Al was so great at the Rocky River store. He replaced my battery and informed me the old battery was not the correct size. After installing the battery he was thorough and checked the starter and alternator to make sure they were good.
Rick at the Rocky River, Oh store has been remarkable. He has helped me keep my vintage Audi TT running. He is professional, knowledgeable and quite an asset to the store. I appreciate his help every time I stop.
I stopped in at the Rocky River store to have them look at the "check engine light" message. Such a valuable service that Auto Zone provides! I was helped by Tom. He was wonderful - curteous and helpful. He gave me direction on what i could do based on the findings. Now, when i go to the mechanic, i have some idea of what's going on.

I was there twice in the last week for two different issues The gentlemen who helped me were absolutely amazing. I was very frustrated both times. On each occasion they figured out the problem, told me what to do to solve it and we’re reassuring. I will never go anywhere else for my car issues.
