They deleted my detailed review with everyone’s name. But I will be writing again! If I could give 0stars I would! They gave me the wrong brakes. My mechanic told me if I was to drive with them they would slip out. I called the store and spoke with the manger which I believe was John but I could be wrong because again my review was deleted. He was nonchalant about the situation and made excuses for the employees. No apology no nothing and very rude, I asked for the corporate number. I spoke with Jess in corporate which I only know her name for sure because she left me a voice mail. She also was nonchalant about the situation and could not help, well didn’t want to!. Then has the audacity to ask me “ what do you want them for free” WHICH I never said or IMPLIED! I just wanted some care which they lack a lot of! I’m big on customer service I’m not really pissed until someone doesn’t try to fix the problem in their position and that was done! This is my life on the line when your employees mess up! I could have been in real danger if my break did fall out because they put LE on my Toyota Rav 4 instead of XLE! They need to be caution and pay attention and listen closely to customers because this was a horrible “ mistake” that could lead to my life being gone! Then to not care was wild. I will never step foot in this establishment ever again. I will write this review everytime it’s deleted because people need to know the lack of care, compassion, and “ mistakes” they make. DO BETTER!
Excellent service by James on Sunday. He helped me purchase and put on a windshield wiper after mine snapped off. Thanks for the great customer service!
Clean store and staff are good. Can't go wrong at autozone. Except I went in 3x at this location to get the right part (headlight bulb) it was my fault though. I should have been smarter the last 2xs and showed them the actual part I needed. That always works out best. Also they helped me find a missing part, I left it in their parking lot and they helped me retrieve it, so thank you.
I stopped in to see if they could do anything with my car key fob, which was giving me a low battery signal. Michael S. was friendly and happy to help, and he replaced the battery for me right then! This is what excellent customer service looks like! Thank you!
Employees were extremely helpful. Big call-out to Benjamin who walked me through some options for my car battery and ended up saving me money. Very happy with his service.
I've been to many auto zones for getting oil and oil filters. Normally the store associates are helpful and look up my car's make and model so they can go get the correct oil and oil filter.
This location was unable to assist me in this way and I am not adept at car mechanic lingo so I left empty handed.
To add, they were 0 help on which oil / filter to get for motorcycle.
Only go here if you know what you're looking for.
David the store manager was great. We had great small talk he made me feel like a customer and a friend. He came out with his scan tool and we got down to the problem. He is in the right position at this store. And gets 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me.. it was a simple fix for him but a great experience from me.
Juan needs a raise! I can't say enough of how great my experience was with Juan at Auto Zone. My car was having major issues on the highway and throwing a check engine light fairly far from home. Juan diagnosed the problem and jumped right in to help and the issue was fixed within minutes after reading the code and describing my issue. He did all of this while being super friendly and empathetic to my situation. He saved me time, money, and made sure I could get back on the road home. Hands down the best Auto Zone experience I've ever had.
James was not helpful at all when I came in and asked for assistance with wiper blades. He told me two numbers that I needed. I didn’t know what he meant, and when I turned to ask him he had walked away. While another customer was trying to help me, I saw him help another woman by getting the wiper blades she needed and walking them up to the register for her. As I was being ignored, I left and went to the Broadview Heights store. It was a 100 % completely different experience - they were so kind and helpful, actually listened to me, helped me pick out the right ones and put them on my car for me. I will never step foot in the North Royalton store again.
I couldn't be more satisfied & pleased returning to this branch. Today I needed a new replacement battery for my relatively new for me, 2019 Nissan Sentra. I had immediate service after walking thru the doors. Good 411, value, free installation & disposal of my old battery. I was in & out in record time! Definitely a GEM in North Royalton! Very grateful!
Decided to change the oil in my truck my self. Stopped into the NR Auto Zone and the service was excellent. The gentleman put together everything I needed and was very knowledgeable. Returned a couple days later for a cabin filter. They did not have the filter but quickly located one at another store.
Shift manager and Mr. Martinez were very kind and helpful. Helped me get back into my gas door and told me what to do for follow up. My interaction was brief, to the point, and effective. Thank you gentleman. I did not get the name of the manager, but know you were awesome.
Though there's a semi-decent collection on parts and tools available, the key parts that I need are usually unavailable here. Aside from that, some of the attendants are quite un-knowledgable on the subjects you would expect them to be experienced with. Aside from that, it is quite conveniently located and typically has what you need for SIMPLE repairs.
Employees always friendly and helpful over multiple visits, recently I went because I had a squeaky clothes dryer and needed some oil for it, worked perfectly. Thanks for taking the time to recommend the right product!
The employee was amazing. He helped me put take out old head light and put in a new one. He even stooped down to make sure the brightness of my new bulb was the same as my existing bulb.
Service at this AutoZone is always very good. Associates always ask if they can help and they are very knowledgeable.about their products. I had a problem with a battery for a lawn mower, and the solved my problem in addition to giving me a discount. That kind of service will make me a dedicated customer.
Jay changed my battery in my truck for me. He was helpful personable and knowledgeable. He was pleasent and quick. The employees all wear masks and sanitize and sheilds are at every register. I will definitely visit this store again.
Very helpful and efficient staff! Went for a quick diagnostic check for my engine light. Granted, they understandably couldn't check it for themselves due to the COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions they have, but I was able to learn how to locate my diagnostic port, and they were able to troubleshoot my problem -they also provide a printout for the findings, absolutely free! Great service.
On Wednesday I went in to get headlight bulbs for my car because I planned to pay someone to replace them a few days later. I was under the impression the bumper had to be taken off to do that. Anthony took a look and said he could replace them for me without removing the bumper and did so quickly and efficiently, in the cold temperatures. He was very nice and saved me time/a good chunk of money. I will definitely go back to this location for any other problems with my car. thank you again Anthony!

The best service ever the nice guy not only help me put my wiper blades on he fixed the problem of a lose bote at the end of my blades. It was raining so bad and I had to drive back home to Akron. I didn't get his name but if I can ever repay you I'm the Sous Chef at Delmonico's Steakhouse ask for Eric.
Good place for newer car parts. Most the old stuff they have to order. It is a shame 80% of everything is made in Taiwan, Thailand or China. I try to buy USA made products and it usually ends up being the same price or cheaper on line than here.
The managers here are great! Really good quality and service. Whatever you do just stay away from Dale. He is rude does not know anything about cars and both my wife and I on three separate occasions have had bad experiences with him.
Worst AutoZone ever. Rude, and nasty these people are. I don’t understand how they just let the employees talk and behave like this. I asked if they would price match a battery from Advance. The guy, bald and heavy said just go there then. I couldn’t believe what he was saying. He is the Store Manager for god sakes.
One employee was very helpful while another acted like he didn't want to be bothered. The helpful employee asked him if they could order the part I needed, after looking on the shelves for the part, and he had a bad attitude.
Earl was extremely rude, offensive, and not helpful. I came in with the intention of buying a new battery; but, after the way Earl treated me, I left and went down the street to Advanced Auto Parts. I was told they receive a lot of complaints about this Auto Zone. I was happy to give them my business instead.
It's an AutoZone, so, it does what it does. The selection is good, pricing is national, so, I can't complain one way or another. What makes this store less than amazing is the staff. A couple of the guys are genuinely engaged and interested in helping. The rest of them are there to punch the clock.
