I’ve been taking my vehicles to Royalton Automotive for the past seven years, and I can honestly say they have completely earned my trust. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm welcome from Mike, who handles scheduling with professionalism and care. The real magic happens in the shop with Don, the main mechanic. His diagnostic skills are outstanding—he gets right to the root of the problem and fixes it the right way, the first time. It’s rare these days to find an auto repair shop that combines honesty, skill, and genuine customer service, but Royalton Automotive delivers all of that and more. This is a highly trusted shop that I recommend without hesitation.

I had such a great experience at this automotive shop! Dan is an incredibly nice and kind person, truly someone you can trust with your car. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and the service was fast, honest, and professional. You can tell he really cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. So thankful for the team at Royalton Automotive. We purchased a used car from a reputable dealership near by that was supposed to have a service check before we took it home. We plan to give the car to our teenage son who will be driving in a couple of weeks. We decided to take it in for the Peace of Mind check and so glad we did. The two filters were filled with debris like leaves and junk. The tires are all different wear and years which is not good on an all wheel drive car. We trust this team and are so thankful they helped do a through check and fix all open issues so our son can have a safe car. Thank you!

Overpriced in my opinion. They did the work with some other things and I can't justify 5he prices. I've been wrong once before but still pretty pricey for parts that can be obtained for close to half the price.

They changed my oil and did a thorough check of my brakes, tire tread, tire pressure... and reviewed those results when I was checking out. Being informed on the status of all those items is very important to me. They have been in business for many years and I received excellent customer service. Very positive experience.

THEY ARE THE GREATEST! Gary is the best! They are always wiling to help in a pinch and are always so friendly. I have been getting service from them the last 3 years and if 10 stars was an option, I would choose 10/10!

I just had an awesome experience here. I had checked my oil levels and when closing the hood it would not latch. The weather was 20 degrees and I was heading out to do some errands. I took Royalton Automative located on State Road next to the post office and across the street from Giant Eagle. The reason is I chose them was I had a great experience with my daughter’s van that need some work about a year ago. Again great service. I was met in a very welcoming area operated by 2 very pleasant service reps. She inquired into my issue, reassured me that someone could look at it, and gathered a technician that quickly took my keys and said we will see if I can get it closed for you. Within 10 minutes he returned with a smile and my keys stating that it was fixed with a little lubricant. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

Unless it’s something I can handle myself, like an oil change or brake job, Royalton Automotive will be the only shop I go to for maintenance or repairs, no matter where I move in Northeast Ohio. The owner and his team are honest, knowledgeable, and have consistently provided excellent service every time I’ve visited.

The owner, manager, and crew were very helpful when I was in a small jam after getting a flat tire with my family near their shop. They were willing to fit me in to patch it and get me on my way, but there was too much damage. They put the spare on and offered some suggestions of near by shops that might stock the tire. Very grateful for their assistance. Would highly recommended them to anyone in the area.

It's really a long story. In a nutshell, after 2 1/2 months of my vehicle sitting in my driveway thinking I needed one thing done and finding out it was something completely different and of safety issue. I have my vehicle back and it's running like a champ!!! Best it has ran in at least a year. If you notice the paragraphs to the left of photo, shows they're efficient and are listening to us. I would go to no other shop I have had terrible experiences by other shops in the area. This is my second time coming here. Gary always provides not only excellent service but really the most reasonable prices. He’s very honest and Explains everything. It’s the trust factor that I feel good about. I would recommend talking to them if you need car repairs.

The most honest and fairest mechanic shop in all of North Royalton area you can go to they are quick efficient and speedy and a fair price for mechanic work on any vehicle I wouldn't go anywhere else in all of Cleveland area and South side they can do any job efficiently and quickly for you

I'd give you guys 10 stars of it allowed me to! Absolute top notch service and your prices are fair! Rolled in (actually DIED) in front of the shop, my alternator died. Before I could walk to the shop, they met me and were already walking out. Literally. I will say that I am confident in saying that you guys are now my go to auto shop and I will highly recommend to anybody looking. Thanks!

Our first time here for shocks for our 2012 Honda Civic. This is really a nice shop with a large, comfortable waiting room with TV, coffee and drinks. They are friendly and service-oriented. I can tell when I have "hit" the right place for our two cars. This is the right place! Thank you Mike and Gary!

Had our suv serviced before driving to and from Texas, and we couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Needed new tires and oil change and a few other small things. It was quick to get scheduled and completed and fairly priced. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely continue to take our vehicles here!

Hospitality is on point! They are very honest and caring. Thank you Don and the guy at the front desk(sorry I forgot the name) for the extra step and detailed explanation of issues my Jeep had. Also almost twice cheaper oil change then your average chain mechanic shop. 10/10

Gary and his team went above and beyond to fix my squeaky brake issue. They are 100% transparent with their customers from start to finish. I also love that this business never over charges/tries to sell a service you don't need. I highly reccomend this business!

Absolutely love Royalton. Mike & Gary are phenomenal! My husband Rob and I never take our vehicles anywhere else. They are HONEST, and you can't find that anywhere else. They don't go for your wallet with a ton of unnecessary jobs, that just keep adding up. They deliver the quality of work that after I leave their shop, I feel 110% safe driving my family around.

This company is amazing! My battery died and I was parked across the street. When I asked if they could help us, they didn't hesitate. Ryan grabbed a batter pack, walked across the street with me, and jumped my battery without a problem. I asked how much and he said it was on him. When there are so many people and businesses today who are out for themselves, it was amazing to experience true customer service without any strings attached. Extremely honest owner and employees, Gary did a great job getting our 73’ Gran Torino running in a very safe and reliable manner. He was very honest on the pricing and the work he did, we are taking all our vehicles here now.

I took my previous car to Royalton for a check engine light diagnostic and they found many additional things wrong with my vehicle. These repairs would have cost a few thousand. Knowing that the car was old, had high miles, and only cost me a few grand; they advised me to not even move forward with repairs and to trade it in for something better. Outstanding! They could have made a ton off of fixing my car but, instead they were honest and really cared about my position. And as if that weren't enough... they actually knew someone who was selling the type of car I was looking to buy as a replacement and had him bring his car up to the shop for me to check it out! I can't say enough good things about this place. Will definitely be bringing my new car up there when it needs service. Thanks guys!

I will never take my car anywhere else. Gary took care of me and my car the entire process. He called me constantly to keep me up to date with what he was doing and to make sure I was ok with ordering parts that were needed to get the job done. He kept all of the old parts to compare to the new parts. Great mechanics and great customer service! I will be recommending Royalton Automotive to all my friends.

Gary & his staff put a lift kit, tires & rims on my Jeep Wrangler. It looks awesome & he is very knowledgeable & passionate about his work. He treated me with courtesy,respect & honesty. I have a Honda accord with a dent in the left rear. I took it to some local shops and the cost was 800+ bucks. Gary took care of it for a 100. Best part is he personally called me to give me my car back within 2 hours. Gary is as slick as his hair. Highly recommend Royalton Automotive !

Royalton Automotive has been servicing my vehicles for several years now. The team is excellent. Gary has always been fair and done his very best to ensure my vehicle is serviced properly and no more or less than needed. Gary has assisted me in finding used vehicles for myself and helped me sell a couple. Today an unfortunate situation occurred that I needed to sell my 1969 Dodge Dart. An offer was accepted for $4000, and within minutes I received an in-person offer of $8000. It was incredibly difficult to go back and tell the person who made the $4000 offer that I could no longer honor that sale. Due to current circumstances I do need the money and for my own good I accepted the $8000 offer. I do apologize for the disappointment this has caused. Of course, this has absolutely no reflection on Gary or the Royalton Automotive Team as they do not own the vehicle or have any skin in the game.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I have been taking my car here for the past 10 years. they have always been fair, I have never suspected that they were overcharging me. I always drive away with my car in great shape. Bill is awesome, and the owner Gary is very nice. they know me by name and are always sweet to me. I would recommend Royalton Automotive to anyone. Took my 350z for an exhaust system upgrade. Their work was top notch. They cared for the car as if it was their own car. They explained exactly everything they were doing and price was fairly quoted. Absolutely the best place for performance cars. Love this place! Everyone was super friendly.
