I visited Batteries Plus because I was looking for a battery for the device that unlocked my car. When I was greeted by the salesperson, he came across as being friendly, and helpful. He found the correct item I needed and installed it in less than two or three minutes The price was within reason also. . I definitely would recommend "Batteries Plus"

The sales clerk at Batteries Plus on Mayfield Road was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to give good service.

I came in at around 10:30 AM on Sunday Aug. 4 I needed a battery for my auto key fob. The gentleman who waited on me was able to install a new battery for me with no problem. The reason I am writing this reply is because of his lack of proper customer service skills. His attitude was lacking in any sort of friendliness, and he never cracked a smile. He never engaged me in any sort of conversation, and he didn't thank me for my purchase. He did what he was supposed to do, and nothing more. This was not an example in good customer service.

I have had my past four cell phone batteries replaced at this location for my iPhones. All employees were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Lee, especially, was very helpful. Whether I had an appointment or was just a walk-in, I was impressed with the great service that I received at the Mayfield Heights location.

We were in this Mayfield Heights Ohio location last week to purchase a batteries and there was young female employee that was extremely rude. Just want everyone to know when you walk in this particular store get ready to get insulted! It's a horrific experience. The owner needs to fire everyone and start all over again like a new store opening!

I called your store about a service question. Your employee Drew was incredibly rude and even sighed dramatically. I felt like I’m imposing on someone. Shining example of terrible customer service. Teach your employees politeness and basic human respect.

Very bad experience, and will not be going back. Arrived at 9am for a new battery, was told mechanic (Lee) wasn't in yet and to return at 10..long story short, the clerk did not notify the mechanic that I was there. Mechanic (Lee) was able to provide immediate service despite lack of communication from the clerk.

The clerk at the store was not helpful at all. I showed hin the email I got saying my order was ready to pick up. The clerk was unable to find my online order and told me I would have to come back the next day. I asked him to call the manager. He did and told me I could wait in the store for the system to refresh. He helped 3 other customers while I waited on the phone with Batteries Plus customer service. I was on the line for over 12 minutes. An agent never picked up. I found the battery with its paperwork sitting in the online order pickup bin. The clerk told me that area was for orders that had already been pulled from the shelves for pickup. I had to show him that the order number on the paperwork matched the order number, battery part # and had my name on it. The clerk was indignant and had a terrible attitude. He repeatedly said - what do you expect me to do? My response was - your job. I was there to pick up an online order, showed him the email stating that the order was ready for pickup and he never looked in the online order pickup shelves. His attitude after I did his job for him went from bad to worse. The whole experience was terrible.

Mickey treated me with respect and was welcoming. I needed help with 2 key fobs and he was knowledgeable. He satisfied all 4 of us ( customers ) efficiently and with a smile.

We bought our RV battery in South Carolina and it went out with three months left in the four-year warranty in Cleveland, Ohio. This was one of the expensive but very good RV batteries.. After verifying that the battery was defective and Verifying purchase in South Carolina they installed a new battery and I was back on my way in no time

The store is not only stocked with every conceivable light bulb and battery, they can also replace your fob for about 1/3 less than auto dealerships. The staff is very well trained & they can handle the challenge of installing obscure battery locations. Conveniently located in Mayfield across from Golden Gate.

Never go there. I have dropped my IPhone 100 times and it finally cracked. Went to this store and got a new screen put on. Put my protector back on. 1 month later I dropped my IPhone with all the protectors on it and it cracked. They won’t warrant my purchase. They definitely are using a very cheap screen so we can keep coming back. Never again.

Customer service the way it should be! We are currently on a 2 month RV trip and I needed to replace the 4 house batteries on the motorhome. I purchased the batteries at a Pittsburgh store (also a wonderful service experience) but couldn't install them until we got to our next stop on our trip. So I needed to find another store along our trip route to return the 4 cores for the refund. After calling one store and getting a "No we can't do that" I called this Mayfield Heights store since it was a little further along our trip route. Ryan couldn't have been more helpful on the phone and after confirming with Paul the Manager, I was OKd to drop them off when we passed through. The drop off was easy and quick as they were obviously expecting me. Thank you Batteries Plus for doing the right thing and valuing your customer.

I hired batteries plus in Mayfield Heights Ohio to replace a screen on my daughters iPhone. I didn’t even know they performed this service until someone recommended them. From the first call, I spoke to Paul who i believe was management. He was very knowledgeable and professional. he gave me a timeframe that he needed to order our parts which was just a day or two. When I called in for service, he remembered me by first name and he had what I asked for. I dropped off the phone and it was fixed properly within a few hours. They actually called me and told me that one of the screens they had installed first was not gonna work. It was due to a faulty part. Paul drove all the way to Macedonia, which is about 40 minutes away to get the parts we needed to assure me that I had my daughters phone back the same day. So grateful for the convenient location and availability of product on a Sunday morning…especially because I didn’t lose power and was able to log on in time for my meeting! The customer service was impeccable. I was offered an opportunity to register as a business customer and received instant savings!

Love this store man. Always helpful with a great customer service team. When it comes to a battery saving your day this store will help ya. Need a phone fixed? They’ll take care of you and even refer you to another place if they can’t for some reason. Definitely will be back. Also ask for Cam when you stop in.

I took my phone in to have a back camera glass repaired. I scheduled an appointment online for August 1st. I go in as scheduled, and I was informed that the technician does not work on Sundays, and they did not have the part in stock, and I would have to come back Monday when they called me. Well, it's been two weeks and I have never heard from them. What I found most disturbing is they upsold an elderly gentleman, who I would guess was in his 80's a life time battery replacement for the battery of his car fob. They charged $19.95 to replace the battery in a car remote, after watching that transaction, I personally will not go back. I have a feeling that battery in the key fob will last longer than that storefront will.

I would give this store less if I could, I walked in and it took way too long to be helped. They need more staff. Not only that but one older man with dark hair (the owner I assume) was berating his staff member in front of the others. What kind of boss does that? Try being a leader not a dictator and give your employees some respect.

First impressions are extremely important to me. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, The customer service was extremely great. I was first time customer looking for a key fob replacement battery. Purchased two and will return for any future needs as far as batteries etc.

Deni was great to work with. He kept me updated as it related to my online order. I did have a problem with one item but he and another sales associate enable the return. Overall, a good experience.

Friendly, helpful staff. I bought an item online to pick up in the store. The store didn't have the exact brand, so they called me to verify if a substitution was acceptable (it was), and they seamless changed the order so I could get the item I needed without having to create a new order. I appreciate the flexibility and that they made it easy for me.

So, yesterday I was barely able to walk because I added foot pounding movements to my water workout and apparently hurt both ankles. Add to that the fact that when I used my ONE AND ONLY key fob, I had to push the button 7 times before my door unlocked! Scary. So, I had no choice but to leave work and go straight to Batteries Plus. I have been going to them for several years and they are a great business but I got to see what real customer service looks like yesterday. I called ahead to see if someone could assist me if I needed someone to come out to my SUV. The nice older gentleman said no problem. I almost cried because I was in a lot of pain. When I got there he came out and made sure I got a new battery for my key fob. This business has always been awesome in my mind because they have Batteries for just about anything you can think of but now I appreciate them even more!

Brandon and all the employees were extremely helpful and accommodating when my car battery died at the local Costco around the corner. They were very knowledgeable about the various battery technologies, And even provided tools for me to install the battery. Will definitely return for all my battery and light bulb needs. A+ service.

the customer service ... i spoke with a woman over the phone to insure the correct battery was in stock, ordered it on-line the next day and picked it up. the same woman who i had spoken with, filled my order an explained the warranty and rebate process. the process was refreshing when compared to the auto parts store.thank you.

I order a marine battery online while I was in the parking lot and within 15 minutes I was loading a new battery in my trunk. Fast service and when I went in I was greeted in a friendly and pleasant manner. Good job for the young lady that helped. If that is how she greets and talks to everyone then she deserves a big raise.

Fabulous service by Matt and Spencer... they know exactly what they are doing and have a great sense of humor and wonderful customer service. Would recommend this store for all your battery needs.

Really good experience. I needed a strange battery on a Sunday. The folk in the store checked the system to see if they had it, then went and pulled it off the shelf so it was waiting when I got there. Good Web site, easy online transaction and in-person pick-up minutes later. You had what I needed when I needed it. I recommend Batteries Plus to anyone.
